Located in Historic Village, in our restored office building, we offer a basic, Elegant yet Affordable Wedding for only $50.00 which is the maximum the law allows for this very basic type service for just the bride and groom in my office during the weekly normal business hours. All of our other ceremonies takes place in our beautiful Victorian Garden Wedding Parlor, with its Renoir Prints, Garden Arbor, and seating for the immediate family. the basic ceremony consists of an opening prayer (if you so desire), the ring exchange, the vows ( your own, or ours),the pronouncement, and a moving, and meaningful blessing. We are open 10 to 3 pm M-F. A modest sur charge is applicable for ceremonies after 5:30 pm weekdays and weekends, dependent on ,time of day . Our fee includes a personal consultation to assist you in crafting your special, unforgettable day. The law .governing fees for services was CHANGED EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014, PROVIDING FOR NEGOTIATED FEES FOR ANYTHING OVER THE BASIC WEDDING CEREMONY WHICH IS NOTED ABOVE AT $50.00.

We were appointed to serve the entire Commonwealth of Virginia to perform Civil weddings any where in the Commonwealth of Virginia and will travel anywhere in Virginia for your convienience. We have served couples; both heterosexual, and same sex throughout the Tidewater area, performing marriages on the Beaches of the Chesapeake, the James and York Rivers, at The Mariner's museum, various parks, marina's, Hotels, restaurants, homes, backyards, and other venues. We can provide you with a list of free, or inexpensive restaurants, to hold your ceremony when a large crowd is anticipated.
