Located in Fishers, Indiana, The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club is a sophisticated venue with personalized service. Our ballroom has recently been renovated to give a more modern feel. We have brought the beautiful exterior ambiance to the inside of the ballroom but still feature our floor to ceiling windows to highlight all the beauty your event brings.
Facilities and Capacity
Our venue offers indoor or outdoor spaces for ceremonies and endless picturesque opportunities to capture that favorite photo. Our Ballroom can be used in two separate sections for smaller weddings or in its entirety for large celebrations. Both sections of our ballroom have attached balconies for your guests to enjoy. Our other event spaces are flexible and offer a variety of settings to fit your needs.
Additional Celebrations
Beyond the ceremony and reception services, The Hawthorns offers private meeting rooms and a golf course. These other rooms are ideal for engagement parties, anniversaries, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, day after brunches etc.
Cuisine
Our Executive Chef is a seasoned professional who works with clients to create a menu tailored to what they specifically need. For specific cultural cuisine, we do allow outside licensed and insured catering companies. All arrangements and documentation must be submitted and approved by the Director of Catering.

We were recently married here and it was everything we wanted and more. Stephanie was great to work with and went the extra mile to get our favorite beer for our big day. The venue was so beautiful, the food was great and the staff was so responsive and helpful! Big shout out to our bar tender for making sure we wobbled correctly! I couldn’t recommend it more. Being able to have everything through the hawthorns was amazing. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to Stephanie! Thank you!!! Our families kept telling us how beautiful the venue was!The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club's reply:
