The ladies at the Gown House were absolutely excellent. I personally worked with Lisa and she was very helpful. All the girls always have a smile on their face and provide excellent customer service. The experience was great. If you want an all around personalized shopping experience with people who care about your needs and not your dollars, this is THE place to go.

I made an appointment with my sister/MoH since this seems to be the only bridal shop in Columbia besides David's Bridal. After 3 experiences of not finding what I like in other stores, I had little hope for this appointment. Wow, was I shocked! First of all, they have lots of dresses, even though its more of a boutique. Dresses were of all different price ranges, which is excellent because I am certainly not a $5000 dress bride...or anything close to it! Also you can order dresses or buy the sample (which are in excellent condition) at a discount. The dresses were of all different styles, unlike another boutique I had gone to which seemed to have styles designed for a much older woman. Leesa was my consultant and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. It was a Thursday afternoon and we were the only ones in the store. In the end I found my DREAM DRESS at an amazing price point. It looks and feels expensive, but fit within the budget. She also gave me recommendations for people to do my alterations. This was such a great experience! I never expected to find my dress in Columbia five minutes from my house, but I guess everything works out for a reason!

I drove 2 hours to buy my dress here. They were so nice and accommodating. Most importantly, I bought my dress for 40% less than what I had seen my dress elsewhere. They shop is so clean and they have a great selection.

I bought a gorgeous strapless dress here for only $100!!! The consultants here were very helpful and I had a wonderful experience!

The Gown House is amazing! The service is wonderful and all the ladies are lovely to work with. They have a great selection in a wide variety of sizes. They also have great sales and discounts throughout the year that you can take advantage of. My MOH got engaged after my wedding and we had to go to The Gown House to get her dress...they are just that great!

I got the dress of my dreams here and the service to match. The manufacturer messed up the zipper on my gown and the staff called the manufacturer and made them replace it and pay for all the hassle of shipping and fixing the dress. It was no cost to me and they made everything work very smoothly. The owners are some of the nicest people I've met and definitely make the customer experience a priority.

The ladies at The Gown House were great! I felt like I was spending time with family whenever I would go in. I know they work with many brides each day, but everytime I was there, they made me feel like I was the only one! They were fabulous!

They were great. I told them what I had in mind and they found some choices for me. The one I ultimately went with was one I would have never picked off the rack but it was perfect. Alterations and appointments were easy, done well, and very affordable.

The ladies that work at this store made me feel like a true princess! It was a very pleasurable experience and I would do it all over again if I got remarried (but hopefully that won't happen!). Very nice and willing to do whatever you want!
