Dream come true wedding venue

I always dreamed of having a venue that would have the rustic, industrial, romantic warehouse vibe and it's extremely difficult to find a location like this in Florida. The Glass Factory was not only large but had many amenities and great people to work with. The only con was the no air conditioning but that is something that can maybe be added later and during winter months would probably be much better.

Overall would recommend this Venue to anyone looking for a modern new take on their wedding dreams. Thank you!

To my future brides, do not get married here! Worst Venue Manager ever!!!!

We had our wedding here June 21, 2025.
We toured the venue in January with Clay the Venue Manager (at that time). He was awesome, very down to earth and very transparent about the concerns I raised questions regarding.
My first question was how was the AC- Clay told me the start of our contract is 9am and they will ensure the AC is set at the event setting of 72 F.
Another concern I had was regarding the parking, he said there were lots 1-2 blocks away available to use.
These were key details that we started to use to plan our big day.

March 31 was the next venue walk through with our Day of Coordinator (hired outside of TGF). This was when we first met the new Venue Manager “Andrea”. We were not notified or aware at this time that Clay was no longer working at TGF.
In order to close the loop on communication, I informed Andrea what we were told in our initial walk through regarding parking and the air conditioning. She advised us to hire a valet service. After reiterating what Clay had told us she then amended.

April 4th, my day of coordinator confirmed the AC is set at 72.

We decided to rent the venue for Friday as well because we knew it would be smart for set up. Per contract we had it 9am-5pm Friday. The whole time my family was there helping us unload and set up the AC was set at 75 F.
The next day, the wedding day, I got there at 9 am to do some last minute things. I raised my concerns that it was warm. The ac was set to 75 F and all of the curtains were open. During our First Look I was so hot! I asked if we can have the curtains closed (plenty of light was coming from the ceiling) and if the AC could please be turned down to 72 F.
Keep in mind my fiancee and I were raised in Jacksonville, we are used to the heat! We quickly ordered fans from All About Events. It was so hot! Andrea recommended us bring in supplemental AC but the venue couldn’t even handle two fans!!

Thankfully we were able to get 2 of those industrial fans. But then, the outlets kept short circuiting. The coordinators team kept having to move them to different outlets.

To my future brides, the venue is beautiful but do not get married here while Andrea is still the Venue Manager. She was very unprofessional. She ate food that was for our guests and then started throwing away personal items that were in the grooms suite. She made the day a living hell for my amazing coordinator. She was a stickler on things that literally breached the contract. She was inconsiderate of this being our wedding day. Do not do ANY EVENT here between Memorial Day and Labor Day or you will be so hot and your guests will be uncomfortable.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.

I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding at The Glass Factory last year and basically the perfect way to sum it up is I hope I get to shoot another one there! It is an absolutely wonderful venue with tons of natural light and exposed brick. The venue space is huge so it can accommodate anything you're looking for and Kara and Haley are wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend this venue for your wedding!
