Chelsea and her team are great - highly recommend working with her as your coordinator! Her responsiveness, conscientiousness, thoughtfulness and kindness made all the difference in our experience pre-wedding and on the wedding day! While Chelsea leaned in the most in the last 2-3 months prior to the wedding, we'd hired her about a year and a half before our wedding, and she was available for questions that entire time, which is much more than most month/day of coordinators offer. From answering our questions during our planning process, to building our timelines and coordinating with all vendors, to making sure our day went smoothly, Chelsea was very helpful. I'm very particular and type A, and Chelsea was extremely patient with me :). She was also extremely knowledgeable about our venue, Armour House, which was helpful. Highly recommend working with her and the Gilded Aisle!

Chelsea made our entire wedding weekend a dream! Once we began working with Chelsea, I no longer had to coordinate anything with any of our vendors. Chelsea asked me questions about things I hadn’t even thought about to ensure our wedding was the most perfect night, and without Chelsea, it would have been completely chaotic. She was with me from the second I woke up on my wedding day, and her team was the last to leave the venue at the end of the night. I can’t thank Chelsea enough for coordinating the wedding of my dreams and ensuring my husband and I got to enjoy every perfect minute.

Here is what you get when you hire Chelsea Kiely: Au courant advice delivered in an understated manner. Chelsea is very good at listening to our brides vision and translating her ideas into recommendation’s for vendors. Top notch service across the board!

Words do not express how wonderful Allison was as our day-of-coordinator! Not only is she extremely kind, professional and fun to work with, she was also so organized in nearly every facet of the planning process. Our seasoned wedding photographer called Allison the most organized and detail-oriented coordinator she'd ever worked with. The wedding timeline she built for us included the smallest details, like where the nearest AED and fire extinguisher were at our vendor and hotel. She is also an incredibly thoughtful human who would pick up on the tiniest things we'd mention in our conversations. For example, in a call I briefly mentioned that my dad recently had hip surgery. Several weeks later, Allison sent over the schedule for family pictures and had organized it so that my dad could take all of his first and then sit down to rest before the ceremony.

She seamlessly navigated so many different moving parts and communications across our vendors in the two months leading up to our wedding. Her day-of management was also flawless. She and her team made sure everyone and everything was accounted for, and we honestly cannot imagine having our wedding be such a success without her. We cannot recommend her and Gilded Aisle enough!

If you are currently looking for a wedding planner, your search can and should end now. Chelsea and the Gilded Aisle were the best vendor we had at our wedding 2.5 weeks ago (and we'd highly recommend most of them!). 

Coming from a type-A, work event planning background, I thought I had most things covered for our wedding, but I wanted to feel like a bride, not a coordinator on my wedding day. Chelsea far exceeded every expectation we had well before our wedding day with her impeccable communication, the planning tools she provided us, contact with our vendors, advice, and numerous items we were able to borrow from her for our day, saving us countless hours, stress, and money in rentals. 
She is professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every detail is organized and taken care of - those you thought of and twice as many that won't cross your mind. Our day had a few unavoidable hiccups we knew of (and likely more we didn't), as everyone's will, and Chelsea was phenomenal at managing them all so we never felt stressed. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day truly thanks to Chelsea and her team. 

She was there from the moment hair and makeup began through well beyond the last dance, taking care to keep our most precious items and deliver them to our home. There is no one we trusted more than Chelsea, and no one we could recommend more than her for your wedding day. Do yourself the biggest favor and include The Gilded Aisle on your vendor team - it's the best decision we made! 

Lynne Kennedy at the Gilded Aisle is incredible! She helped plan my NYE wedding in 2021 and we could not have done everything for wedding planning and prep without the help of Lynne! She was extremely responsive, organized, and always valued our opinions in what we wanted for our wedding. I cannot recommend Lynne enough! I will definitely be recommending her to all my family and friends. Just stop searching for a wedding planner hire Lynne Kennedy already! :-) you will NOT be disappointed!

Gilded Aisle was the best and we cannot recommend Mary Claire more! She made our planning process and wedding so wonderful. She was an incredibly calming force throughout, and it made such a difference to know that we were in such knowledgeable and capable hands. The planning was truly stress free with her by our side. Our wedding would not have been the same without her!

I am so grateful to have selected Mary Claire as my wedding planner. We originally thought we could plan the wedding by ourselves because it was going to be on our family farm. Then we started to realize there was an unbelievable amount coordinating and planning that was needed for rentals, catering, music, flowers as well as organizing all the tiny details. Planning an outdoor wedding at a private residence for 175 people proved to be a challenge. Mary Claire came in at the right time to help us out. I could not have planned it without her by my side.

I had a strict budget and she helped me accomplish all of my goals by working with the vendors and figuring out which options worked best for me. Her organizational skills were key and she created a timeline for us to follow for both the planning as well as the day of events.

Mary Claire is kind, organized and extremely thorough. On my wedding day I didn't worry about a thing because I knew she had it handled. I cannot say enough about Chelsea Keily in helping us plan our daughter’s dream wedding downtown! We certainly could not have done it without her. Chelsea went above and beyond in every respect.
