My family still talks about the food at our wedding -- I think it was the best food we ever had. Seriously.

Jerry & Chris - the husband and wife team are awesome!! We were sold the minute we met Jerry and have not regretted our choice since. Jerry makes a great effort to accommodate our likes and preferences in food but is helpful by adding his own flavor in the mix. Chris is all business and super organized - you know she know what she's doing! We received the most compliments on the food from our wedding more than anything else. Our carnival themed hors d'uerves were a major hit along with the heirloom tomato salad and Korean fusion main course (kimchi mashed potatoes!) sufficiently satisfied our Korean guests without offending our non-Korean guests with any stinky odors. We would highly recommend the Food Matters to anyone who is looking for a laid back caterer who truly delivers what you order and are paying for. One thing we had an issue with was not hearing back or getting replies to our email inquiries or CC'ingboth of us to keep us all in the loop. Communication is not their forte.

The catering Chris and Jerry provided for my wedding was wonderful, especially the sit down dinner menu and the passed apps. Some of the food I never got to eat, or saw, but all the guests were extremely happy.
