Based in Largo, Florida, The Event Hall is a privately located elegant Hall facility in the Tampa Bay area, featuring it's originally created fully draped ballroom concept, with the purpose to offer a beautifully decorated intimate banquet hall atmosphere and wedding venue that will bring your event vision to life. The Hall has hosted beautiful events for over 7 years with an intimate setting that serves the Tampa Bay Area, St. Petersberg, and Clearwater areas. The unique space is conveniently located near major highways, airports, hotels and beaches. Because the banquet hall is so versatile, couples can easily add their own personality and flair to the venue. Because of it's creative style in providing a fully draped ballroom with Up Lights enhancement, the hall facility is also a beautiful location well known for hosting Quinceanera, Ceremonies, Memorials and special cultural events

Facilities and Capacity
With an elegant front lounge entryway and unique atmosphere, The Event Hall offers countless photographic opportunities. The hall facility is best for indoor ballroom celebrations and has two event spaces that can comfortably hosts up 200 guests (can accommodate max 250 guests at the Hall's discretion). A large stage is available for live music, decorative head table setup, special themes decor or ceremonies, while the on-site separate kitchen is useful for food prep. Optional areas for buffet setup offer flexibility in choosing your desired catered moment. The Hall offers a separate front lounge area entrance that adds a welcoming flair which also hosts cocktail hours and is excellent for photo moments and casino themed events.

While the wedding venue can provide a specially made professional cake for any event, they also welcome outside cakes and catering. An open bar with bartenders and a champagne toast can be provided or arranged through with the client. Their catering team can serve dishes as buffet, family style, hors d’oeuvres or plated. The receprion/wedding venue is located near the major beaches in Pinellas County one block away from Hwy US19 Frontage Road Exit(Clearwater side) and 126th Ave N. Exits (St.Petersburg Side). It is also 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 8 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport within minutes tje 4-5 Star class popular Hotels on the Roosevelt Hotel Tourism strip. Downtown St. Petersburg is just a 15-20minute drive away with Ybor City as a most highly rated popular active tourist attraction location with it's variety of themed and cultural restaurants, shops, dance clubs and bar lounges and it's lively energetic Night out on the town enjoyments.

    Perfect for us :)

    The Event Hall is pretty unassuming from the outside, but when you walk into the ballroom it is just gorgeous. Our biggest deciding factors in choosing TEH were the fact that we could bring in our own food and drinks and the amount of decor that was included (linens, uplighting, an easel/stands, eating utensils, an arch, etc.)
    There were two things we were disappointed with. One being that we were told in the beginning that we could have real candles as long as they were in vases, but then 3 weeks before our wedding we were told that actually wasn't the case and we could only use LED candles. That sucked because we had already bought dozens of candles over our year of planning and then had to buy the LEDs and hope they came on time. Our other frustration was that we had planned on using the arch that was included in the venue rental, but the rep had decorated the arch for an event a few weeks before ours and refused to let us take those decorations off to use our own -- we could only decorate on top of them, which would have looked insane. So we had to find an arch to rent with just a couple weeks' notice during peak season.
    All that said, we would still absolutely recommend TEH to anyone who wants a lot of flexibility, an affordable cost, and a beautiful venue. Irene and her husband are the sweetest people and we could tell they genuinely cared about us and they did everything they could to make our wedding everything we dreamed (and it was!)

    Memorable Wedding Day :)
    We had our wedding at The Event Hall December 2, 2017 and were absolutely blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of ceiling and wall drapery, up-lighting, atmosphere, abundant space to have the ceremony and the reception and most importantly an ideal location for both of our families. There is a beautiful entryway to take wedding party photos and family photos. We were given plenty of time the Thursday before for rehearsal. We were also able to purchase additional time before the ceremony start time, giving us plenty of time to friends and family to set everything up. Irene and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful from the moment we booked the venue, during the wedding planning process and throughout the entire wedding day. The bartenders they hired were excellent.
    We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!!

    I wanedt to share my experience i had with The Event Hall on Feb 21, 2016. We had a wedding with approx 90 people and i must say the event hall was very nice. I did a whole bunch of shopping for facilities and found that The Event Hall was very reasonably priced and allowed for us to bring in our own liquor and food which really helped a great deal with our reception budget. Besides that, I found that working with the owners Irene and Alonso very pleasant, they were more than accommodating with our setup and breakdown times. Overall very good experience and enjoyed doing business with them.
