I cannot put into enough words how AMAZING Crista is. I don’t say that lightly. She is like a little butterfly in the background making sure everything is done to PERFECTION. You are in a whirl wind on your wedding day and there’s little details that Crista simply takes care of without interrupting you….she just gets it done. I’m a very type A personality and that’s how Crista works to a T which made me incredibly calm!!! You NEED Crista for your day!! She is a want and a need to have on your biggest day!! If you want to be a guest at your own wedding to enjoy all your hard work and all the time, money, and effort invested, you 1000% need to book Crista. And I would do so right now before her schedule fills, because it undoubtedly will.

Booking Crista as our Day Of coordinator was worth every single cent, and now having lived the day, I honestly would have paid more knowing how invaluable she is.

From our initial call, Crista completely understood how we wanted our day to go and I felt a sense of relief immediately after we officially booked her. She built out a very specific day of timeline. That said, she was so flexible as plans kept slightly changing the week leading up to the wedding, and even ended up changing her own plans to help coordinate our church ceremony (which we originally didn't ask her to do but she was absolutely needed for it). She worked in getting to our reception venue as soon as all was running smoothly so that she could keep set up moving at that location.

Not only that, but she made adjustments to her normal scheduling timeslots as we were insistent on working in less photo time and more mingling with guests time during our cocktail hour. If there was a single hiccup during our day (and come to find out there were), we didn't hear a word about it because Crista worked closely with all of our vendors to solve and mishaps in the moment. She helped coordinate the flow of the entire day and I (and everyone else who knows me) was surprised at how stress-free I was during it all.

Putting my trust in Crista was the easiest decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process, and I feel even more confident this investment was the best decision now having lived it. Hands down, our day would not have been as magical and memorable as it was without her. And we're forever grateful for the gift of being guests at our own wedding that only she could give us.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crista! Although I did the planning for the wedding myself, I knew I needed someone I could trust to help execute all of my ideas. From the moment I first talked to Crista I knew she was a great fit. She was super professional and type A (like me) and I trusted her to make my wedding run smoothly. And more importantly, she put a lot of emphasis on making sure me and my husband and our families got to truly enjoy the wedding.

Leading up to the wedding she worked with us to put together our timeline, lending her advice from her experience on things like order of events and timing without being pushy or judgmental if we wanted something non-traditional.

When the wedding day finally rolled around, she was truly amazing. She coordinated every vendor, made sure we stayed true to timing, made sure all of the decor I designed was laid out exactly as planned or got approval from me on any changes. More than that, she made sure to keep stress low (such as getting me out of the bridal suite when things were getting a bit too chaotic) and dropping of my husband and I in the suite after the ceremony for a quick breather alone before the reception.

Every single member of our families commented on how they are so glad she was there that day and they were amazed at how professional and efficient she was. Everything truly went off without any issues and it was exactly the day I had dreamed of and planned over the last 15 months. Crista is worth every single penny and I would recommend her to any and everyone looking for someone to help with their wedding day.

One of the most reassuring things about her is that she always has your back. Throughout the process, she was receptive to our wants and great at talking through different things. I was an out-of-town bride, so having Crista in my corner made the process much less stressful. As for the day of, she swooped in and fixed all the issues that arose while also assisting and keeping me and my husband on schedule. I don’t even know where to begin with our experience with Crista and Day of Buffalo. I could go on and on about the perfect timeline Crista created, her ability to fix any issue on the fly, or the countless questions and concerns she helped answer and resolve (before, during and after our wedding) but what I really want to touch on is how Crista brought so much comfort, excitement and ease to our wedding day. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day to the FULLEST which is exactly what we wanted. Through this process Crista became a friend and a part of our wedding that I could now never imagine the day without. There is not enough thanks to give Crista for her service, leadership and love she pours into her work and specially our wedding day. I can’t say enough good things about Crista. I reached out a little late since I didn’t even know day of coordinators were a thing and lucky me she ended up being available for my wedding date! I always wanted to make sure I was present and enjoyed my wedding without stressing about anything else, and Crista helped me do that. She was there for me throughout the whole day, constantly checking in on me and my husband along with anyone else who needed something. She made sure everything went on time and smoothly. Without her I don’t think we could’ve enjoyed our day as much and I’m so grateful for her. If you are thinking about a coordinator, she exceeded our expectations!!

I do not even know where to begin to describe how thankful I am for Crista! Crista was in constant communication with our MOH, best man, and vendors to ensure our day went perfectly. She ensured we had time for us and that we had what we needed. If something went wrong at our wedding I could not tell you what it was because Crista handled everything for us. It allowed us and our families to be stress free on a very stressful day. We can not thank her enough for everything she has done for us!

This woman is a boss b!tch with serious take charge attitude in the best way possible. You want her for your wedding. From the big things to the little things, Crista will get it all done and more. In the midst of such a busy day, heightened emotions and LOTS of anxiety she carved out a little bit of impromptu time for us to have a cup of coffee alone together during dinner; taking a moment to slow things down and get some jitters out really meant a lot to me and I'll never forget it. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the people who told me we didn't need a planner or that "someone from the family can do that for you." Worth every GD penny. Exceeded expectations. Thank you Crista.

Where do I even begin! Crista, thank you so much for helping our day be absolutely flawless. Since my husband and I planned our wedding ourselves, and in a short timeframe, hiring The Day of Buffalo was literally the cherry at the top of our whole wedding planning process. My husband (bless his soul) was convinced that between him & I, we could coordinate the entire day-of events. However, given that wives are always right (and some major bride anxiety) I decided to hire Crista to help us get through our big day. Crista ended up being soooo much more than I imagined!!
