I cannot put into enough words how AMAZING Crista is. I don’t say that lightly. She is like a little butterfly in the background making sure everything is done to PERFECTION. You are in a whirl wind on your wedding day and there’s little details that Crista simply takes care of without interrupting you….she just gets it done. I’m a very type A personality and that’s how Crista works to a T which made me incredibly calm!!! You NEED Crista for your day!! She is a want and a need to have on your biggest day!! Gahh love you so much girl!! You are one of a kind and in the perfect business helping others. Thank you thank you! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crista! Although I did the planning for the wedding myself, I knew I needed someone I could trust to help execute all of my ideas. From the moment I first talked to Crista I knew she was a great fit. She was super professional and type A (like me) and I trusted her to make my wedding run smoothly. And more importantly, she put a lot of emphasis on making sure me and my husband and our families got to truly enjoy the wedding.
Leading up to the wedding she worked with us to put together our timeline, lending her advice from her experience on things like order of events and timing without being pushy or judgmental if we wanted something non-traditional.
When the wedding day finally rolled around, she was truly amazing. She coordinated every vendor, made sure we stayed true to timing, made sure all of the decor I designed was laid out exactly as planned or got approval from me on any changes. More than that, she made sure to keep stress low (such as getting me out of the bridal suite when things were getting a bit too chaotic) and dropping of my husband and I in the suite after the ceremony for a quick breather alone before the reception.
Every single member of our families commented on how they are so glad she was there that day and they were amazed at how professional and efficient she was. Everything truly went off without any issues and it was exactly the day I had dreamed of and planned over the last 15 months. Crista is worth every single penny and I would recommend her to any and everyone looking for someone to help with their wedding day. -

There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Crista is. She is one of a kind and the primary reason our wedding day went as well as it did. One of the most reassuring things about her is that she always has your back. Throughout the process, she was receptive to our wants and great at talking through different things. I was an out-of-town bride, so having Crista in my corner made the process much less stressful. As for the day of, she swooped in and fixed all the issues that arose while also assisting and keeping me and my husband on schedule. She kept us in the loop and honored all our decisions regardless of others' recommendations! I highly recommend her to anyone and suggest any bride make room in the budget for such a service! -

I do not even know where to begin to describe how thankful I am for Crista! Crista was in constant communication with our MOH, best man, and vendors to ensure our day went perfectly. She ensured we had time for us and that we had what we needed. If something went wrong at our wedding I could not tell you what it was because Crista handled everything for us. It allowed us and our families to be stress free on a very stressful day. We can not thank her enough for everything she has done for us! -

This woman is a boss b!tch with serious take charge attitude in the best way possible. You want her for your wedding. From the big things to the little things, Crista will get it all done and more. In the midst of such a busy day, heightened emotions and LOTS of anxiety she carved out a little bit of impromptu time for us to have a cup of coffee alone together during dinner; taking a moment to slow things down and get some jitters out really meant a lot to me and I'll never forget it. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the people who told me we didn't need a planner or that "someone from the family can do that for you." Worth every GD penny. Exceeded expectations. Thank you Crista. -

Where do I even begin! Crista, thank you so much for helping our day be absolutely flawless. Since my husband and I planned our wedding ourselves, and in a short timeframe, hiring The Day of Buffalo was literally the cherry at the top of our whole wedding planning process. My husband (bless his soul) was convinced that between him & I, we could coordinate the entire day-of events. However, given that wives are always right (and some major bride anxiety) I decided to hire Crista to help us get through our big day. Crista ended up being soooo much more than I imagined!! I truly believe we had such a smooth, hiccup-free day thanks to The Day of Buffalo & Crista! Meeting with her before the wedding definitely eased my anxiety and helped me much calmer the entire day of the wedding. During the wedding, Crista and her wonderful assistant were on everything, making sure each transition went smoothly and that we stuck to our timeline. This not only made things flow as planned but also allowed us to have so much fun and truly enjoy our day! Crista, I can't thank you enough!! I'll be sure to recommend The Day of Buffalo to any bride & groom I come across :) -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crista and TDO. We hired her as a day-of coordinator to help our day run be as stress free as possible- she went above and beyond to make sure that happened for us. From our first phone meeting to our wedding day, I felt at ease knowing we were in good hands. Our day was perfect and would not have run so smoothly without her. If you are debating whether a coordinator is worth the extra expense, I can tell you it absolutely is, and I can't recommend TDO enough! -

I honestly cannot say enough about Crista from Day of Buffalo. From our first interaction to our wedding day, Crista consistently went above and beyond.
We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to Covid, and Crista completely took on the job of rescheduling our wedding the second time, reaching out to all of our vendors and confirming a new date for us. Leading up to our wedding day, Crista worked with us to finalize our timeline, shared that with our vendors and made sure she knew what was important to us on our wedding day. At the rehearsal, Crista took charge and made sure everyone knew exactly what their role was, and day of she wrangled us, our bridal party and parents to make sure everyone was in the right spot at the right time all day long.
In terms of our ceremony and reception everyone is still commenting on how smooth everything went, and I know with certainty that it's all because of Crista that it felt so smooth to us! I honestly cannot recommend The Day of Buffalo enough, their services were without a doubt the best investment we made for our wedding day! -

Best Decision For My Whole Wedding
Without Crista I don’t even know how we would have pulled off our wedding day. She handled everything like a pro and I can’t thank her enough ! I just remember her saying I got this or doing things I didn’t even know about that made the wedding! If you are undecided on getting a wedding planner for your big day look no further and book Crista because I’m telling you she took all the stress away and made everything go beautifully! It's hard to imagine what our wedding would have been like without Crista, but I'm glad we don't have to! Crista is worth all the $$ in the world because she takes care of literally everything. Our wedding day was so so so enjoyable because of her. She literally carried a mirror twice the size of her down a staircase for photos because she knew it'd look great for photos (it did). We had a really difficult venue and caterer, but she was on everything. All of our wedding party saw how much she was running around, making sure everything ran smooth. Our ceremony was happening at a winery right when it was closing, and she made SURE no drunk idiots ruined our ceremony lol. She is seriously the best and I can't recommend her enough!! She met with us plenty of times beforehand and was always available via phone when we needed. The timeline, "playbook" lol, was great, and her coordination with the vendors took so much off my plate. Before you do anything else with your wedding planning, book Crista!!! -

Hiring Crista as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made! From the very first meeting she took the time to get to know us, and what we wanted for our day. She spent hours with us on multiple occasions, and made us feel as if we were her only client..even though that was far from the truth! I can’t even begin to list all the things Crista handled before the wedding, and day of, as the list would go on and on. She went above and beyond to put it simply. If there is one “extra” you should splurge on, this is it. By far the best money we spent, and the first hire I would make again.
Crista, you were such a calming, comforting presence on what could’ve been such a stressful day. You truly gave us the gift of being able to fully enjoy every part of our wedding day. We can never thank you enough for all you did! ❤️ -
