As a queer couple getting married in the Midwest, my wife and I had a pretty difficult time finding wedding attire that would be both comfortable and fitting for o ur wedding.

Most companies assumed we had a groom to dress, and then when corrected, failed to respond to any further messages.

Others just assumed we would be happiest in a men’s suit with no alterations to fit a woman’s body and couldn’t understand why we wanted anything more.

The Dapper Dames wen above and beyond for us! They made us feel like any other couple, and tailored perfect suits for us according to our measurements. The suits were excellent quality and shipped out with plenty of time to spare. Seriously, these things are beautiful and I cannot thank them enough for making our dream come true.

I can not say enough about Mary Ann and the Dapper Dames. I am so thankful that this line of formalwear exists for women. I was in my best friends wedding and she was marrying her long time partner of 10 years. She was so excited about finally getting married but she was hesitant about the shopping experience. This was my first experience ordering custom clothing on line and it was a real pleasure! Customer service was amazing, they sent fabric samples which really helped me "design my own" vest, shirt and pants. I had a beautiful outfit and the best is that no one else had it.
