The Cotton Exchange is a wedding and event venue in Waterford, Wisconsin. The original barn was the most modern styling for its day but was destroyed by a fire. The barn was rebuilt with hand-hewn wooden beams and existing flagstone. The new barn survived 100 years of change and is now owned by the Foster family.

Facilities and Capacity

The main Banquet Hall features private restrooms, a bar area, elevated stage, an outdoor patio for cocktails, dance floor, and private entrance. They also have a photo booth and lighting options for the space. It can accommodate 300 guests for a seated dinner and 400 guests for a standing reception. The Cotton Patch Room is an intimate space that can accommodate 64 guests. It features a private entrance, restrooms, and built-in bar.

They also offer several wedding packages that can be customized to meet all your needs. The Platinum package includes all the items included with rental plus chair covers and sashes, LED uplighting, icicle lighting, photo booth and props and catering and bar options. The Cotton Exchange is the exclusive caterer for all your events. They offer food and beverage packages to satisfy your taste buds and budget. The Platinum package include one hour of open bar, premium and top shelf alcohol brands, domestic tap beer, house wines, soda, champagne toast, three appetizers, butler passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet or plated meal options. Some of their menu options include center cut sirloin, sauteed mushrooms, stuffed chicken breast, chicken marsala, shrimp scampi, spaghetti and much more.
