I got married in Averill Park NY and Courtney, along with another girl from the shop, traveled to my party and I to do our hair and makeup. Every girl loved how they looked and I got compliments on my hair and makeup throughout the entire night! They were both very nice, made us feel comfortable, and had fun with us while we were getting ready. I'm very glad we chose them to get us all ready for the big day!

Courtney did an absolute amazing job on my hair for my wedding day and all of my bridesmaids looked beautiful as well. She was very prompt, professional and friendly and everyone loved her. I highly recommend her!

Had mine and my bridesmaids and my mother's hair all done here for my wedding. I did not hear any complaints from my girls on their hair, but my mother did not like her hair and there was not enough time to redo it. My mother-in-law had her hair and makeup done, and I was told she actually took a lot of the make up off because it was too much for her. I went in for my free trial, but was rather disappointed by the result (i suggested changes and they were only held by hand in place and not pinned in for a full idea of what it would look like) and decided to change it the day of the wedding. My hair stayed in place all night and I did like it, but I think it could've been executed better. I came here on a suggested from an old college friend and because it was inexpensive. The seating area was nice and we decided to come in a couple at a time rather than all sit around all morning since we were doing a lot of self organizing. When my first two girls arrived they said they felt a little put off because they were asked where everyone was, even though the stylists were told we were going to come in a few at a time. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels when I went to use it. I think there are better options out there.

They booked another much larger wedding party and didn’t mention it until we arrived. There were not enough seats for everyone to be comfortable. My party was squished into the doorway and had to sit on the floor. They only had one girl working on my 7 person party. The hair dos were pretty good, but the makeup was horrible. The foundation they used was the wrong color (I was orange) and it looked like the girl was using her own home makeup stash. I would have had them correct it, but at that point I was an hour and a half behind schedule and didn’t have more time to waste. This is even with accommodating them by coming in at 7 am for a 4:30pm wedding. I wound up removing all the makeup and just did my own makeup. I had to reglue the eyelashes because they fell off after an hour. The other girls in my party also had to make adjustments/corrections to their makeup.

I will say that the other bridal party’s hair and makeup looked amazing. I have seen other weddings that they have done and their work looked amazing, hence why I booked them. I think they overbooked and I got the short end of the stick. I really wished they would have just referred me out to another salon if they wanted the other party’s business. If you do book them I would just clarify that you are their only bridal party and that you are getting the whole salon’s attention.
