We can't say enough wonderful things about Cocoplum! From start to finish, our wedding was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible team at the venue. Everyone—from the servers and bartenders to the host and, of course, Rosie, the amazing venue coordinator—went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Despite their decades of experience, they made us feel like our wedding was truly unique and that they genuinely love what they do.

Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how much fun they had celebrating with us. Planning was made easier, too, because Cocoplum works with top-notch vendors who are absolute pros. Marta’s floral arrangements were stunning, Fabiano captured every special moment perfectly with photography and videography, Chef Marian’s dessert table was a huge hit with our guests, and DJ JP kept the energy alive on the dance floor all night long.

We’re lifelong advocates of Cocoplum and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue, whether for a wedding or any other event. I have to start by saying that The Cocoplum is the very best wedding venue I could have ever chosen - and I truly do not say that lightly. As an out-of-state and extremely Type A bride, I toured, visited, or interviewed over 60 wedding venues across four different states before making our decision. I knew exactly what I wanted: a beautiful outdoor space for an alfresco reception and dining experience, a separate indoor ceremony space, and another distinct indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour. I wanted every phase of the wedding day to feel intentional, elevated, and immersive instead of everything happening in one room - and The Cocoplum not only checked every box, it exceeded every expectation I had. Initially, I wasn’t even looking for an all-inclusive venue because I assumed I’d rather source everything myself. But when I tell you their vendor team is beyond top-tier, I mean it wholeheartedly. Every single vendor they recommended and included in our package was exceptional beyond words. Our coordinator Rosie Hayden was the greatest gift of the entire process. JP was hands-down the best DJ in Miami - kind, professional, fun, and unbelievably easy to work with. Fernando and the catering team delivered food that our guests are still talking about weeks later. Maja with Ribeiro Events created the most breathtaking florals I could have imagined, Ily with Memory Hotline captured the most meaningful behind-the-scenes moments, and Edda’s Cakes gave us a cake that was not only stunning but genuinely delicious. The only vendors we sourced ourselves were our photographer and glam team (due to style preference) everything else through The Cocoplum was truly the best of the best. And this is coming from people who know weddings deeply. My husband and I actually worked weddings together for years when we first met, so we understand what happens behind the scenes. We know what quality service looks like. We know how hard timelines, logistics, and coordination actually are. Truthfully, you do not get better service than this. What set The Cocoplum apart from the other 60 venues immediately was Rosie and her coordination team. They were, without question, the most responsive, organized, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful team we encountered throughout the entire wedding planning process. Even though I technically planned my own wedding, Rosie and her team essentially stepped in as partial planners and were involved in every single decision for our entire wedding weekend. They communicated with me several times a week throughout our 9-month engagement, met with us in person multiple times, walked through every detail with us, and welcomed me to the venue whenever I wanted to stop by to measure, brainstorm, or visualize ideas. They made me feel like our wedding mattered deeply to them personally. The amount of care and attention they gave us was honestly unreal. They added things for us last minute without hesitation, including an additional bar setup. They had staff constantly checking on us throughout the night. Someone was always there fixing my dress, helping with my hair and makeup, bringing us food and drinks, spraying me with perfume, helping with tears, assisting our guests, and making sure every single detail stayed on schedule. Every ten minutes someone from the team would quietly check in and ask what we needed. I have never felt so genuinely taken care of in my life. Rosie, Fernando, Daniello, Catherine, Andrea, and the entire team truly run weddings like a luxury full-service planning company. The professionalism, warmth, organization, and execution were unlike anything I have ever experienced. They are the kind of people you WANT surrounding you on one of the most important days of your life. What’s even more meaningful is that now, weeks after our wedding, over 15 guests have independently reached out to tell us how incredible the The Cocoplum team was. Multiple people literally called them “superheroes” because of how attentive, organized, calm, and hands-on they were all night long. Guests noticed every detail. They noticed how smoothly everything flowed. They noticed how cared for we were. That says everything. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Between the gorgeous courtyard, the fountain, the bistro lighting, and the way the spaces transition so naturally throughout the evening, it genuinely felt like we were having a luxury European alfresco wedding instead of being in South Florida. The atmosphere was magical. They also allow you to completely customize the flow, layout, and use of the venue however you envision it. Nothing felt restrictive. They were open to every creative idea we had and helped us execute everything perfectly. The food and bar service were also exceptional. We had a plated dinner with bread service, salads, hors d’oeuvres, entrees, and a premium open bar with high-end liquor - and everything was phenomenal. Our tasting experience was lovely from start to finish, and the quality of the food on wedding day somehow exceeded even that. Their pricing is honestly beyond fair for the caliber of service and experience you receive. We chose to upgrade our flowers and cake because we wanted additional customization, but that was completely our choice and absolutely worth it. If I had to mention one small downside - and truly it was not a big issue for us - it would simply be that the bridal suite is not large enough for a full bridal party to fully get ready onsite all day. We ended up doing glam and getting-ready photos at a hotel and then transported everyone to the venue. However, once at the venue, the suite was still wonderful for relaxing, hanging out, touch-ups, and spending time together before the ceremony. Also, definitely take advantage of their partnership with Thesis Hotel Miami for guest accommodations because that’s such an incredible added perk now as well. At the end of all of this, the most emotional part for me is honestly that I miss them. After spending 9 months working so closely with this team, they genuinely became family to us. They were such an integral part of one of the most meaningful seasons of our lives, and I’m genuinely emotional that it’s over because they cared for us so deeply throughout the process. Choosing The Cocoplum was the best wedding decision we made. Our wedding day was truly perfect - no stress, no issues, no speed bumps - and it’s entirely because this team is exceptional at what they do. If I could give them a million stars, I would. Luxury bride, budget bride, out-of-state bride, Type A bride - whoever you are - you will not find a better venue, better coordination team, or better included vendor team in South Florida. They gave us our dream wedding, and I will forever be grateful for them.

Rosie and her team were so supportive throughout the entire planning process. They reminded us when meetings needed to be booked and accommodated for them to work with our work schedules being flexible when typical hours were not available. Additionally, they were attentive to the numerous emails and phone calls with questions. They also made it a point to check in with us throughout the planning process - emailing or calling us to see if we needed support with anything.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue in Miami there are hundreds of options, but if you are looking for a beautiful venue with a team of staff that truly care Coco Plum is that place! Our wedding took place in January and 3 months later our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding and the venue. My husband and I got married at the Coco Plum in February. We’re still in post wedding bliss.

We had our ceremony and reception at Cocoplum this year and it was the most magical day! Rosie and the whole team are SO professional and organized. The fact that the venue offers packages that include food, drinks, DJ, cake, flowers made it so much easier to plan. We did not end up needing to hire a wedding planner because Rosie and the team helped so much, especially with Day-Of coordination. The courtyard was beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and the DJ made sure everyone had so much fun dancing. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the wedding was. My husband and I had our wedding at the Coco Plum Woman’s Club, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and quick to respond, which made the entire planning process feel so much smoother. Rosie was amazing, and Katherine was as well, along with the rest of the staff who helped make our day feel so special.

Rosie herself is incredibly kind, empathetic, thoughtful, and calm—she seems to instinctively know what you need before you even realize it yourself. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel completely supported and at ease.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every space is stunning and our photos came out unbelievably beautiful because of it. So many of our guests commented on how special the setting was, and multiple people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
Another highlight was the food. Rosie’s husband is the chef, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how incredible everything tasted. It’s rare for wedding food to stand out the way this did.
Her daughter Katherine is also part of the team and was by my side the entire night, making sure we had drinks and water and everything we needed. They were so intentional about creating little moments for the bride and groom to pause and take it all in, which meant so much to us.
The vendors they work with are all top-notch, which speaks volumes about the standards they uphold. Every element of the day came together flawlessly because of the amazing team around them.
