From the beginning I felt in good hands working with The Coco Plum. Not only is the property absolutely beautiful, but the support also which I received from Rosie was invaluable. She was the best part of planning the wedding: a serious professional with quick response time and invaluable feedback on any wedding matters. The food was wonderful as well and beautifully presented. We used all the vendors offered in the package and were very satisfied. The DJ music was a priority for us, and he did a fantastic job. He had the place dancing thru the whole wedding. We did an upgrade with the flower arrangement to meet our requirements and the florist met our needs to perfection. Additionally, all the personnel that worked the wedding was 100% service oriented and met all our guests needs with a smile. We could not be any more happy!

Rosie and her team at Cocoplum are amazing! Had my daughter's ceremony and reception at this beautiful historical venue, many guests made comments to my husband and I on how good the service and food was. Rosie is basically your personal wedding planner, she is a lovely, classy lady who was available to answer all my questions and provided many recommendations and great ideas. The venue is all yours when you book it therefore you don't have to share it with other people/events. A special shot out to JP our DJ (recommended by Rosie) he kept the guests dancing all night!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience for my daughter, her new husband and all of us! Thanks to Rosie and her team (Miguel, Katherine, and many others). Highly recommend Cocoplum and Rosie's team for any special events.

This venue and staff absolutely lived up to their perfect rating. First of all, the venue is beautiful, containing multiple spaces inside and outside to capture great photos.
But what really makes the Cocoplum stick out is Rosie and her team. They have amazing attention to detail. It started raining an hour before our wedding and they seamlessly moved all the seating for our 75 guests and our chuppah inside and made the entire operation run so smoothly, you would have thought that we planned it that way from the start.
When me and my groomsmen arrived to the venue, we realized none of us knew how to fold our pocket squares. We asked Rosie for help, and she brought out the chef, who proceeded to iron and fold all 6 of our squares! I think that gives a sense of how helpful/full-service the venue is.
In the lead up to the wedding, the staff made everything so easy for us - answering our questions in a timely manner. It was also extremely helpful to have so many vendors affiliated with the venue, making it a one-stop-shop for everything we needed regarding food, flowers, music, and lighting.
Thanks so much to Rosie, Miguel, Fernando, Marta, JP, and the rest of the team! The Cocoplum exceeded our wildest expectations!

If you are planning a wedding look no further. The venue was amazing and our planner and chef's attention to detail was exquisite. The staff made us feel like family and were extremely attentive to every need we had. Even when we had to make last minute pivots they handled our requests with grace and professionalism. It's been three months now and we are still in awe at how well it went. If I could give 10 stars to the Cocoplum team. What a team!

Our experience with The Cocoplum was perfect! Our wedding was on December 23rd, 2023 and we had our ceremony by the tree, followed by the cocktail hour in the courtyard, and the reception in the ballroom. Every single aspect of our special day went absolutely and perfectly smoothly thanks to the amazing team at The Cocoplum! When looking for our wedding venue this was the first place we visited and we fell absolutely in love with the beautiful classic style and the incredible team. We did not even visit any other venues! Starting from the very beginning, Rosie helped us plan and coordinate every step of the way and gave us such great advice from her many years of experience. She is incredibly dedicated, attentive, kind, and answered all our questions with so much enthusiasm. We truly could not have had such an incredible wedding without her! The entire staff was fantastic during the planning process and the day of the wedding. The whole team is such a well-oiled machine making sure that every aspect of the wedding went as planned and our guests are still telling us how great and attentive the staff was! Our family has also been raving ever since the wedding about how stunning the location, how beautiful the flowers/décor, how fun the music was, and how delicious the food was! The vendors The Cocoplum works with are the best. The food was as delicious as a 5-star restaurant thanks to Chef Fernando and his incredible team, Fabiano Silva the photographer is spectacular, DJ JP really does a fantastic job at making sure the guests have a fun dance party, Chef Marian who prepared our dessert table goes above and beyond, and the florist Marta is truly one of a kind! We are a super busy couple and the entire team at The Cocoplum helped make planning our wedding so much easier and less stressful! I 100% recommend The Cocoplum! Our family is already asking us when we can renew our vows at The Cocoplum because they all enjoyed our wedding so much LOL. The Cocoplum truly made our dream wedding a reality!

I really did not want a hotel banquet feel for our wedding and wanted a beautiful outdoor venue that was timeless. After looking at I feel like every venue in Miami, I was thrilled to find the Coco Plum. Their open courtyard stole my heart and knew I wanted to have our reception there. It was also super helpful that it came as a package so we didn't need to find our own caterer, DJ, florist, etc. and also included open bar. Rosie and her staff are amazing - super kind, so willing to help, incredibly understanding, and whole heartedly dedicated to making your wedding amazing. My husband and I were astounded at the level of service and care they offered us the day of - we never had to ask for anything. They were super kind to out of town guests who had to arrive earlier and get ready onsite, so professional with the timeline and ensuring everything went well, and offered so many more services than I had anticipated. It was gorgeous and our guests had a wonderful time.

Rosie and her team went above and beyond for my now hubby and I. We got married at the Cocoplum on 10/14/2023 and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. They were super available to us with any questions we had 24/7 and being an out of state couple, this was extremely helpful. Their preferred vendors were amazing and it made the planning process easier since we didn’t have to book with a bunch of different vendors. Everything from decor, to music, to florals was great and the food was delicious! If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose the Cocoplum, no questions asked! Thank you guys for making our day so special and memorable!

We had our wedding at the Cocoplum a little under a month ago and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Rosie was extremely attentive to all of our needs, and her and her staff executed all of our personal touches and extra details to perfection. We used only their preffered vendors for flowers, photography, DJ, and lighting, and each of them were exceptionally kind, curteous, and professional. I also cannot understate how absolutely delicious all of the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. Best day ever.

Rosie and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless and enjoyable. Their service was impeccable and food was delicious, which was very important to us. The packages they offer made the planning process so much easier and more economical as we didn’t have to find and hire 10-20 different vendors. Highly recommend them for any event!

My husband and I just got married on July 15, 2023 at The CocoPlum. We feel so lucky to have found this venue. After searching for the perfect venue for months, we stumbled upon The CocoPlum, and already felt how special this place was. From the first moment of seeing the space in person, to talking with Rosie, we knew this was the place. We felt so supported by Rosie and the vendors during the whole planning process (which we did from another state). Everyone answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. The actual wedding was a dream. Not only was it beautiful, highly organized, and professionally run, but we felt SO taken care of during the whole night. I would recommend The CocoPlum, Rosie and her staff, and the vendors over and over again!!!

When looking for a location to host our wedding this was the first and only location we visited. The venue is gorgeous and perfectly set up for wedding. What sold us on the coco plum was the beautiful courtyard, reception area, and expertise of Rosie & her team. We felt comfortable with them because have done so many weddings and seen it all. Their list of vendors is fabulous and we went with the recommended DJ, flowers, cake and their catering. All went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. I was worried about rain and the heat and they provided tent vendor options / fan recommendations. I was concerned about the bar and personal wine selections being served and the bar service went smoothly. We were able to have my dog be a part of our wedding from ceremony to send off and this made me so happy. Thank you Rosie and team for a wedding day we will cherish forever. :)

The Cocoplum team is amazing, they provide all the services you need to celebrate without worries and the venue is majestic. I don’t have words to express my gratitude to Rosie, she was extremely kind and committed in making my daughter’s Quinceañera Celebration a unforgettable night. Guests admired the service, the beauty of the venue, the decoration, the music and the exquisite food.

On April 29th, 2022, my husband and I tied the knot at The CocoPlum venue after a year and 3 months of planning.

Before booking this venue, we had gone to few other places to inquire about details and pricing. None of them really were what we where looking for which was convenience of distance, all inclusive, and pricing. Once I found The CocoPlum through The Knot, it really caught our attention. I would like to start by saying that since the moment we inquired further information about the venue, we got a quick reply for Rosie, the venue manager and coordinator.

The booking process was extremely informative and smooth. The venue was all inclusive and it was absolutely stunning once we got the tour. As the months kept going by, the planning start happening and every questioned that we had it was answered right away by Rosie or the staff members.

Finally, the big day had come after months of waiting. At first, I was a bit nervous about the way everything was going to come out since I did not hire a wedding planner but I knew that everything was going to come out just perfect as visioned and we knew we were in good hands.

As we through, everything came out absolutely perfect. We tried thinking of anything that could had possibly gone wrong and we have zero complains. Rosie and his team went above and beyond to make our special day happen. The food, drinks, and cake were amazing, the DJ and flowers were phenomenal, and the staff in site, day of coordinator staff, and Rosie wen above and beyond to make sure the groom and bride and guest had the best time.

If we could do our wedding all over again at this place we would. The only sad part about it is that everything goes by so quickly so enjoy your day as much as you can with your other half and your guest.

Rosie and her team are no less then AMAZING. I was a desination bride and her and the team made it soooo easy for me. They are so prepared, organized, understanding and so much more.

They were very hands on, especially on the day of. All of our guests kept raving about how spectacular the wedding was, how amazing the staff and bartenders were and they saw what care Rosie and her team gave my husband and I. With making sure we ate, to having our favorite drinks or water in our hands when needed.
I would recommend them over and over again. I wish I could relive every moment!

There is so much to complement about The Cocoplum Woman's Club. If you want a historic site with medieval architecture, located in the center of Miami, with a flexible estimate according to your budget, this is the place. Any venue will offer what you pay for, but there is one thing of utmost importance when celebrating an event; having a team that works professionally and that goes the extra mile to please your expectations, making it an exceptional and unforgettable day to remember. I want to thank everyone that made it a lovely wedding on Friday, February 3rd, 2023. Starting from Maritza who attended the coffee station, to Patricia, who catered to all our wishes, and Miguel, who provides great customer service and is always with a smile to answer any question, Martha who creates magnificent floral decor, Fabiano an enthusiastic and talented photographer, and finally Rosie and Fernando, THE BACKBONE OF THIS CLUB.
It is my opinion, that is due to their hard work and commitment to this venue, that The Cocoplum's Woman's Club has achieved tremendous recognition and is expanding its growth in the social media. Rosie is the Event Coordinator, and she knows how to meet and exceed the expectations of each customer, and Fernando, who is the Master Chef, not only prepares delicious meals, but he is like an octopus with 8 hands, working and trying to resolve so many things in that one place. It's been a long time since I have experienced the customer service provided, which is rarely found this day. Please note that I did not know of this place, nor did I know these people prior to booking my daughter's wedding, but as the day approached, I realized I had chosen the perfect venue, The Cocoplum Woman's Club. DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! From the minute we walked in the door we just knew this was IT! We saw a few other venues that were nice but surprisingly had a hard time getting return calls! Not the case here. The space is warm and so versatile. The building and grounds are stunning but most of all Rosie and her team are amazing. Every email was answered every text replied to and always with such a positive attitude. The chef is amazing and our guests are still raving about the food. It’s all in the details and Rosie is on top of everything. She was our wedding dream maker and I am sure she must have a magic wand because she gets everything done! The vendors that work with her were excellent. We have nothing but praises and extreme gratitude for the hard work from everyone at Cocoplum. The wedding was magic

We had our wedding at Coco Plum and haven’t stopped receiving compliments on our event. Rosie was there every step of the way, even when 1 year of wedding planning turned into 3 years with covid delays. We had the most amazing time, and it was so stress free as they provided everything we could possibly need. Even though we planned our wedding from the other side of the world, Rosie was so accessible and made us feel so relaxed and prepared. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, without a single detail out of place. Cannot recommend enough that you choose Coco Plum for your wedding!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Rosie, Fernando and the entire team! They were incredible for the entire process leading up to our wedding, during, and after. I was so nervous about having a wedding and Rosie made me feel calm and comfortable. Rosie made sure every detail was perfect and that everything went smooth. The DJ, lights, florals, cake and decor were everything we imagined and more. Not to mention how beautiful the venue is. Everyone was raving about the food! Selecting the Coco Plum Woman’s Club as our wedding venue was an excellent decision. From our initial meeting, our event coordinator, Rosie Hayden, was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She is always prepared and guided me through the entire planning process. She followed up with me and ensured I had all preparations ready. I felt I was in excellent hands every step of the way. Their chef Fernando, is a phenomenal cook. Our food tasting was magnificent and I enjoyed every dish he prepared for us. The staff is outstanding. They are all so courteous and eager to assist. Patricia, in particular, was an angel on the wedding day. She checked in on me and ensured I had plenty to eat and drink throughout the day and well into the night. Miguel, was also of exceptional help. He was helpful and patient during our preparatory meetings and on the wedding day. Every single member of the Coco Plum team is outstanding. The venue is beautiful. We had our ceremony in the courtyard and it was perfect. I love that the venue only hosts one wedding at a time which made it all the more intimate for us and our friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend the Coco Plum Woman’s Club and their amazing team on your special day.

What can I say besides PERFECT?! The Cocoplum gave my husband and I our dream wedding, and their commitment to their clients makes you feel not only like you're the only couple in the world, but family.
We had a bump in the road with the first hurricane to hit Florida in November in almost 40 years, and they helped us come up with a solution for our outdoor ceremony that was gorgeous.
They work with amazing vendors, the food and space is wonderful, and the vibe is pure magic. Again and again, I'll wholeheartedly reccomend them to any engaged couple. To all the crew, especially Rosie, we love you and are so thankful you were part of our special day!!!

We just had our daughter's wedding at Coco Plum Woman's Club. It was absolutely wonderful. Rosie is an absolute delight to work with. She anticipates every need and is extremely attentive. The venue is a gorgeous historical landmark with beautiful architecture and has a welcome room with fireplace, large courtyard and stately ballroom. The food was served hot and was very tasty. The staff was great. Every expectation was surpassed!! Although I don't usually write reviews, I would be remiss not to share this gem managed by the talented Rosie.

Let me tell you, I read what felt like thousands of reviews when looking for my wedding venue. When I read the reviews to the Cocoplum I assumed it would be nice but boy was I never prepared for how nice. Rosie was my fairy godmother when it came to the wedding. I didn't have a designated wedding planner because we wanted to keep the wedding budget low however Rosie was basically it. There wasn't a question I would call her with that she wouldn't know the answer to or have a better suggestion. She helped me with the rest of the vendors and made the entire process seamless. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and my vision. Even my bridesmaids fell in love with her because of her attentiveness. You cannot go wrong with the Cocoplum. They made all of my dreams come true :')

Where to start with the Coco Plum?! They are simply wonderful. We were planning our wedding from out of town so from Day 1 we fell in love with not only the beautiful historic venue, but also the team. Rosie and her team of coordinators are well-organized, creative and professional with a great sense of fun too. They were so helpful at bringing our vision for the wedding to a reality and making the day magical, even with a bride and groom who were not very good at keeping track of time of being in the right place at the right time ;D. They kept the party going where it needed to go!
The food was amazing - just make sure you don’t eat too many appetizers and save room for cake and entrees!
DJ JP also really worked with us and our vision and made it an amazing party, playing just what we wanted while also bringing his own fun energy.
Marta the florist was very kind and flexible, and all of her arrangements came out even more beautiful than we hoped.
Fabiano Silva the photographer is familiar with the venue so had great ideas for good photo spots and worked with our large wedding party with patience and humor.
We got our cake from one of their partners - ET Cakes - and that was delicious too!
There were also just so many thoughtful touches throughout the night - bringing cups of tea, making sure the bride and groom got appetizers and had drinks, helping find missing items, checking to make sure everyone was doing all right and having a great time - they really went above and beyond and I would recommend this venue again in a heartbeat. Once we decided to “tie the knot”, as a same gender/gay couple, it was very important for us to find a wedding venue and vendors that would work around our specific needs and see the same vision we had about our wedding day. Since day one, we made a click with The Cocoplum team and decided it was the place and the people that we wanted to work with. Rosie and her team ensured that every single detail was covered. Rosie’s attention to detail is impressive. We work almost a year and she was always available to answer our questions and every single time we got the assurance that everything would be taken care off and gave us that sense of peace and comfort. Her experience, expertise, and advises helped us to make of our wedding day our big, best event of our lives. The Cocoplum team worked excellent side by side with our outside vendors as well. Marta, with her beautiful arrangements transformed the venue exactly as we envisioned it. JP with the lights and music services excelled our expectations as he accommodated our wishes and desires of music and lighting systems options. The food was exquisite, The Cocoplum chef, Fernando, and his team really put together an amazing testing menu for us and was exactly what was provided to our guests. The food taste, quality and presentation were stunning. It was amazing to get to know him and his team and we are grateful for their dedication for our special day. During our wedding day, another excellent asset was Jazmine, Rosie's assistant. Both, Rosie and Jazmine took care of us, our needs, and the program flow of the entire night minute by minute. Bartenders and waiters always on point. Our guests had an amazing evening thanks to all of them. We, as the newlyweds, only had to worry about having an AMAZING time, dance, and have lots of FUN from the breathtaking ceremony in the beautiful courtyard until the last dance in the amazingly beautiful ballroom. We would recommend The Cocoplum with no hesitance or reserves. The place is stunningly beautiful, and their people is the soul of this venue. The Cocoplum entire team was dedicated to make our wedding for us and for our guests an evening to ALWAYS remember.
