We can't say enough wonderful things about Cocoplum! From start to finish, our wedding was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible team at the venue. Everyone—from the servers and bartenders to the host and, of course, Rosie, the amazing venue coordinator—went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Despite their decades of experience, they made us feel like our wedding was truly unique and that they genuinely love what they do.
Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how much fun they had celebrating with us. Planning was made easier, too, because Cocoplum works with top-notch vendors who are absolute pros. Marta’s floral arrangements were stunning, Fabiano captured every special moment perfectly with photography and videography, Chef Marian’s dessert table was a huge hit with our guests, and DJ JP kept the energy alive on the dance floor all night long.
We’re lifelong advocates of Cocoplum and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue, whether for a wedding or any other event. Thank you, Rosie and the entire team, for making our day so extraordinary at such a lovely, historical, and beautiful location in Coral Gables. Planning for your wedding is exciting yet can be an overwhelming experience. Rosie Hayden, the wedding coordinator at the Coco Plum, helped to make it a relaxed experience for my husband and I.
Rosie and her team were so supportive throughout the entire planning process. They reminded us when meetings needed to be booked and accommodated for them to work with our work schedules being flexible when typical hours were not available. Additionally, they were attentive to the numerous emails and phone calls with questions. They also made it a point to check in with us throughout the planning process - emailing or calling us to see if we needed support with anything.
If you are looking for a beautiful venue in Miami there are hundreds of options, but if you are looking for a beautiful venue with a team of staff that truly care Coco Plum is that place! Our wedding took place in January and 3 months later our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding and the venue. Thank you Rosie and the rest of the Coco Plum team for adding to the perfection of our wedding day! We were so blessed to have an incredible group of people to support us! -

We had our ceremony and reception at Cocoplum this year and it was the most magical day! Rosie and the whole team are SO professional and organized. The fact that the venue offers packages that include food, drinks, DJ, cake, flowers made it so much easier to plan. We did not end up needing to hire a wedding planner because Rosie and the team helped so much, especially with Day-Of coordination. The courtyard was beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and the DJ made sure everyone had so much fun dancing. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the wedding was. My husband and I had our wedding at the Coco Plum Woman’s Club, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and quick to respond, which made the entire planning process feel so much smoother. Rosie was amazing, and Katherine was as well, along with the rest of the staff who helped make our day feel so special.
The venue itself is beautiful, and their wedding package was very helpful in bringing everything together. The vendors they work with also did a great job.

Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and well kept the venue is, the DELICIOUS FOOD (Thank you Chef Fernando!), and the overall experience they had at our wedding. Our friends kept saying this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Not only working with the Coco Plum is amazing, but the vendors that they recommend are top tier as well! Now that two weeks have passed since our big day, we're still over the moon reliving our wedding, all of which felt like something out of a fairytale thanks to the professional and attentive staff of the Coco Plum Women's Club of Coral Gables. Not only did they make our vision come to life (and better), but they blew us away with attention to small details and made the whole planning process smoother and less stressful.
As Miami locals, we knew we wanted to marry in a venue close to the Gables, so we toured 5 spots before finding the Coco Plum. After hearing prices, seeing the spaces, and speaking with the reps at other venues, we immediately knew after our tour that this was 'the one.' None could compare to the value here. The historic building and landscaping keep that old Spanish Florida charm, and the preferred vendors work with you to add flair and details that fit your personality and imagined color scheme. We did the all-inclusive package, which provides all basic needs and services like floral centerpieces, DJ (who was the absolute best!), photography, food, cake, liquor, day-of coordinators, etc. and even some fun additions like a men's grooming service and content creator. Rather than solely food, it is a per-person price for all vendors, but we found this to be much more affordable than it would have been to arrange everything on our own. The first place we toured didn't even include/provide tables and chairs, but the Coco Plum gave us options on everything. Even with adding upgrades to our package on lighting, photo booth, premium appetizers, and decor, it still came out to be more affordable than other places quotes for our group of 150+. And if you think about it, because all of these vendors work fairly exclusively with the Coco Plum, they are practically on speed dial when needed and know the space like the back of their hands, so the familiarity lessens the chance of mistakes to occur. It's also partially a family-run business, and they work seamlessly together.
We had several meetings with Rosie (director/coordinator) and her staff throughout the year to prepare linens, timelines, cultural observances (a Jewish ceremony in our case), and menu items. Even with a last-minute request to have an on-site pizza station, they made it happen and it was a huge hit! On the day of the event, it was about as flawless as it could be and the staff went above and beyond for us. Prepared with walkie talkies and multiple staff members, we didn't have to worry about anything. Even in a rush of greetings from guests, they made sure every planned detail was covered, that we had food available to eat (though we struggled to have an appetite), and a delicious cocktail or water in our hands at all times. There was a moment where the groom's tux rental had buttons popping off, but they were there to save the day. And after the ceremony when my feet hurt, they came over with spray to numb so I could dance the rest of the night away. Though the bridal party was there, they also helped pin my veil and button my bustle. Little things like that are what sets this venue apart. They truly care and have a passion for making unforgettable weddings.
From the most beautiful and special ceremony to an energetic, well-paced party, our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding. I'll never forget the moment after first dances and toasts when all 150 people got up and started breaking it down on the dance floor and kept that animation throughout the evening. As for food, we were so busy taking it all in that we didn't try the entrees, but we heard wonderful things, especially with the lemon caper salmon and decadent dessert table.
Overall, it was magical. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding, and can't recommend enough that you do the same. Now I am just hoping to be invited to another event here so I can enjoy it as a guest!

There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible Rosie Hayden and the entire Cocoplum team are. From the very beginning, Rosie felt like more than an event coordinator. She was our own personal wedding planner and mentor, guiding us through every step of the process. She knew all the vendors, made the best recommendations, and helped us bring our vision to life even when we struggled to explain exactly what we wanted. Somehow, she always knew what to suggest and how to make everything feel right. Throughout the entire planning process, Rosie consistently checked in on us and made sure everything was set. Calls, emails, questions, and last minute changes were always met with patience, understanding, and a positive attitude. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Cocoplum is stunning, and seeing everything come together on the wedding day was truly magical. When all the pieces were finally in place, it felt like a dream. Our guests were completely fascinated by how beautiful everything looked, and we received endless compliments on the venue and overall atmosphere. One of the biggest advantages of Cocoplum is the package they offer. It includes so many elements that make planning much easier and far less stressful. Not having to hire a long list of outside vendors was a huge relief. Even for the vendors we did bring in, everything was seamless. They already knew Cocoplum, and Rosie coordinated with them effortlessly. The food was incredible. The dinner, the wedding cake, and the pastries were all amazing. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The day of the wedding itself was everything we hoped for and more. Seeing all of our decorations and every detail we had planned come together was emotional and unforgettable. What stood out the most was how present and attentive Rosie and her team were. Every single guest mentioned how Rosie was constantly checking in and making sure everyone was taken care of. At one point, my mom got a blister on her foot from all the dancing, and Rosie took care of her immediately. That level of care meant so much to us. The trust we have in Rosie is truly unmatched. My wife and I were having so much fun that we accidentally left our wedding gifts at the venue, and without hesitation, Rosie secured everything for us and kept it safe until we were able to pick it up. Knowing everything was in her hands gave us complete peace of mind. Rosie and her team took care of us in every possible way. They were always there when we needed anything and somehow always one step ahead. From the planning stages to the very end of the night, we felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. We recommend Cocoplum and Rosie’s services one hundred thousand percent. If you want a beautiful venue, an incredible team, and someone who will treat your wedding as if it were their own, this is the place. Our daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect! Rosie and the staff were AMAZING. They walked us through the entire process, were very accommodating and gave great suggestions once my daughter was able to communicate her vision.
The wedding day was flawless. As a matter of fact, several guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had attended, and the staff's careful attention to every detail was one of the reasons they cited. One said, "I dropped my fork, and someone was there with a replacement in no time, and I didn't even have to ask." The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
As the mother of the bride, I can say I had a blast because I had no stress, at all! I was able to take it all in. EVERYTHING was handled, and so incredibly discreetly. The guests were shuffled from one area to another so naturally (we had the ceremony & reception there). Each area was perfectly set, which included flipping the courtyard in only 15 minutes after the ceremony to a cocktail hour space.
My daughter and her husband also have great things to say, including, "best day ever…everything was perfect….we enjoyed it all!"
One final thing, every vendor associated with The Coco Plum is top notch: very professional.

A lot of blogs and websites say all inclusive usually means less personalization, but this couldn’t have been farther from the truth with The Coco Plum. I have absolutely nothing negative that i could possibly say about this place. The food was excellent, more like a great restaurant then a wedding reception. Rossy and her staff are incredibly, they are on top of every detail. If i made a comment that something needed to be changed or modified in anyway within seconds the change would take place. Their top priority throughout the event was that everyone was having a great time and no one needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place without any doubts what so ever. -

Having our wedding at the CocoPlum was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning, Rosie and her Staff were very accommodating, transparent, and helpful. Quick email responses, phone calls, and FaceTimes to review selections were helpful living around 1.5 hours away. Anything I asked about they were able to answer and provide suggestions or solutions. They are extremely flexible and are truly willing to work with you to make your imagination come to life for your wedding rather than fit your vision into their venue. I created a wedding planner with all the details I wanted and they followed every single detail I envisioned. They were able to provide recommendations for outside vendors and also help bridge that communication. I did not have a wedding planner nor a day-of coordinator and they definitely helped and from the moment I got there for the ceremony they had everything ready to go and took over without me having to stress. I ended up using most of the included vendors besides one and all of them were so easy to work with and did exactly what I requested. You’re even able to add more to the included packages for each vendor if you choose and they will adjust the price accordingly. It turned out to be a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding that all came together and it was an amazing experience working with the CocoPlum. -

We had a DREAM wedding!
When we were looking for our wedding venue, we didn’t know exactly what we were looking for, only that we wanted to stay within a certain budget while also having a beautiful wedding. We came across the Coco Plum and it was actually the first and ONLY venue we toured - that should say A LOT about how amazing they are, we literally didn’t feel the need to keep shopping around.
The Coco Plum team was super flexible from the very beginning, as soon as we stepped into their office we felt embraced and felt their commitment to truly understand our vision and bring it to life.
The fact that they are an all inclusive venue too just made it a no-brainer decision for us. We were DREADING having to shop around for vendors and compare prices and the whole nine (I’m sure you can relate). We used Coco Plum’s vendors for almost everything and can attest to the AMAZING group of professionals within Coco Plum as well as within the vendors they choose to partner with. Not only did they deliver on everything we wanted, but they (vendors included) went above and BEYOND for us. The beauty of having a great team is that you don’t need to micromanage, they took off so much stress from the planning process. Fast forward to our wedding day, EVERYTHING went according to plan, every detail was thought of, everyone was there to make our day. Our guests cannot stop gushing about how amazing and beautiful everything was from the decor, to the food, desserts, the drinks, and how amazing everyone they came in contact with was.
We 1000% recommend Coco Plum as your wedding venue, for us it was worth every penny. Trust us, you will not regret choosing Rosie and her amazing team! -

Hiring CocoPlum as our wedding venues was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. From the moment we entered in CocoPlum we fell in love with the venue, ambiance, and the vibes of the place. Coming from Europe (Paris), we wanted a traditional and intimate place – CocoPlum met all those characteristics of elegance, and traditional.
Planning a wedding can be stressful, but CocoPlum, made the process feel effortless. We loved the idea that CocoPlum had all/semi-inclusive deal where we did not have to find vendors for the food; cake; appetizer; cocktails; appetizers; bar; DJ; photographer, desserts, flower, content creator. This helped us tremendously in our process as we were novice with the Miami market.
1. Rosie. - She made the process feel effortless. She handled every challenge with grace, always having a solution ready. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic, and she coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring that we could relax and truly enjoy our day.
On the day of the wedding, Rosie was a miracle worker. She managed everything behind the scenes with precision, allowing us and our families to focus on celebrating. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautifully everything was orchestrated. My mom (mom’s bride) said “Veronica – you were blessed with Rosie; what a warm and delicate person to treat each guest needs”.
2. Fernando (Chef). - Every guest told us that the appetizers during the cocktail hour and food were incredibly tasty. Some guests requested the contact information for future references.
3. Martha (Flowers). - A sweet old lady who truly guide you and advise you how to re-use flowers.
4. Desert. (Chef Mariam). – You can’t not go wrong with Chef Mariam. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that guests loved the desserts. She decorated the dessert table with total elegance as we requested.
5. DJ (JP). - He understood our vision, and he really worked with us. As our first dance was composed of three songs, he suggested to do a mix of the three, and the result was great! I loved how well structure and organized he was. During the reception, he really tried to understand the crew. I danced the whole night! the lighting package gave a whole different touch to our wedding. It became Bistro, cozy, romantic, festive. It was beautiful.
6. Bar. - There was no guest who really loved the bartender. Guet said that the drinks were excellent and flying.
7. Edda’s cake.- Rosie shared with us her preferred vendors. We did cake tasting with couple of them, and we ended up with Eddas. We were so happy with our choice. They were able to customize groom and bride flavors preferences. 1st layer vainilla; 2nd layer chocolate and 3rd layer amaretto. The flavor was ufff delicious!
8. Video Content Creator (Memory Hotline).- I don’t have words to describe Ily. She really surprises you. We are so thankful with Rosie that she shared Memory hot line vendor. Ily was on top of every little detail. We received all her short videos within 48 hours.

Best Venue and Team!!!
Rosie and her team at Cocoplum are amazing! Had my daughter's ceremony and reception at this beautiful historical venue, many guests made comments to my husband and I on how good the service and food was. Rosie is basically your personal wedding planner, she is a lovely, classy lady who was available to answer all my questions and provided many recommendations and great ideas. The venue is all yours when you book it therefore you don't have to share it with other people/events. A special shot out to JP our DJ (recommended by Rosie) he kept the guests dancing all night!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience for my daughter, her new husband and all of us! Thanks to Rosie and her team (Miguel, Katherine, and many others). Best Wedding Ever!
Our experience with The Cocoplum was perfect! Our wedding was on December 23rd, 2023 and we had our ceremony by the tree, followed by the cocktail hour in the courtyard, and the reception in the ballroom. Every single aspect of our special day went absolutely and perfectly smoothly thanks to the amazing team at The Cocoplum! When looking for our wedding venue this was the first place we visited and we fell absolutely in love with the beautiful classic style and the incredible team. We did not even visit any other venues! Starting from the very beginning, Rosie helped us plan and coordinate every step of the way and gave us such great advice from her many years of experience. She is incredibly dedicated, attentive, kind, and answered all our questions with so much enthusiasm. We truly could not have had such an incredible wedding without her! The entire staff was fantastic during the planning process and the day of the wedding. The whole team is such a well-oiled machine making sure that every aspect of the wedding went as planned and our guests are still telling us how great and attentive the staff was! Our family has also been raving ever since the wedding about how stunning the location, how beautiful the flowers/décor, how fun the music was, and how delicious the food was! The vendors The Cocoplum works with are the best. This venue and staff absolutely lived up to their perfect rating. First of all, the venue is beautiful, containing multiple spaces inside and outside to capture great photos.
But what really makes the Cocoplum stick out is Rosie and her team. They have amazing attention to detail. It started raining an hour before our wedding and they seamlessly moved all the seating for our 75 guests and our chuppah inside and made the entire operation run so smoothly, you would have thought that we planned it that way from the start.
When me and my groomsmen arrived to the venue, we realized none of us knew how to fold our pocket squares. We asked Rosie for help, and she brought out the chef, who proceeded to iron and fold all 6 of our squares! I think that gives a sense of how helpful/full-service the venue is.
In the lead up to the wedding, the staff made everything so easy for us - answering our questions in a timely manner. It was also extremely helpful to have so many vendors affiliated with the venue, making it a one-stop-shop for everything we needed regarding food, flowers, music, and lighting.

Rosie and her team went above and beyond for my now hubby and I. We got married at the Cocoplum on 10/14/2023 and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. They were super available to us with any questions we had 24/7 and being an out of state couple, this was extremely helpful. Their preferred vendors were amazing and it made the planning process easier since we didn’t have to book with a bunch of different vendors. Beautiful Wedding Day
When looking for a location to host our wedding this was the first and only location we visited. The venue is gorgeous and perfectly set up for wedding. What sold us on the coco plum was the beautiful courtyard, reception area, and expertise of Rosie & her team. We felt comfortable with them because have done so many weddings and seen it all. Their list of vendors is fabulous and we went with the recommended DJ, flowers, cake and their catering. All went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. I was worried about rain and the heat and they provided tent vendor options / fan recommendations. I was concerned about the bar and personal wine selections being served and the bar service went smoothly. We were able to have my dog be a part of our wedding from ceremony to send off and this made me so happy. Thank you Rosie and team for a wedding day we will cherish forever. :) -

Any venue will offer what you pay for, but there is one thing of utmost importance when celebrating an event; having a team that works professionally and that goes the extra mile to please your expectations, making it an exceptional and unforgettable day to remember. I want to thank everyone that made it a lovely wedding on Friday, February 3rd, 2023. Starting from Maritza who attended the coffee station, to Patricia, who catered to all our wishes, and Miguel, who provides great customer service and is always with a smile to answer any question, Martha who creates magnificent floral decor, Fabiano an enthusiastic and talented photographer, and finally Rosie and Fernando, THE BACKBONE OF THIS CLUB.
It is my opinion, that is due to their hard work and commitment to this venue, that The Cocoplum's Woman's Club has achieved tremendous recognition and is expanding its growth in the social media. Rosie is the Event Coordinator, and she knows how to meet and exceed the expectations of each customer, and Fernando, who is the Master Chef, not only prepares delicious meals, but he is like an octopus with 8 hands, working and trying to resolve so many things in that one place. It's been a long time since I have experienced the customer service provided, which is rarely found this day. Dream Wedding!
What can I say besides PERFECT?! The Cocoplum gave my husband and I our dream wedding, and their commitment to their clients makes you feel not only like you're the only couple in the world, but family.
We had a bump in the road with the first hurricane to hit Florida in November in almost 40 years, and they helped us come up with a solution for our outdoor ceremony that was gorgeous.

I had my eye on The CocoPlum since before my husband proposed. The Monday after he proposed, I reached out to The CocoPlum about setting up an appointment. When I arrived with my husband (at the time fiancé) and my parents, I was pleasantly surprised that my date was available. After sitting with Rosie and getting a tour of the venue, we decided to move forward without seeing other venues and we do not regret it. Rosie and her team made our day special. The CocoPlum team were there for anything we needed. Marta, their florist, along with Rosie helped guide me every step of the way. As we got closer, the DJ, JP, and the photographer, Fabiano, were so very helpful. Every detail and question, was answered and to our liking. At the food tasting, we were blown away by the dishes we had chosen. It's clear that Chef Fernando puts a lot of love into each and every dish. Rosie and her team went above and beyond the actual wedding details. I had a hard time finding a hotel the night of the wedding, she put me in touch with her contacts and I was able to get a beautiful room that evening which happened to also be mother's day weekend and F1's Grand Prix weekend. The team recommended the limo company which also went above and beyond helping us that day. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the lead up. And what can I say about the big day itself? It was exactly what my husband, parents and I wanted. The entire team was there to help us on that day and make sure it ran smoothly. Ana, was assigned to my husband and I, and she was amazing as well. The guests raved about the venue, the service, the food and the amazing atmosphere The CocoPlum created. I do not regret choosing The CocoPlum and highly recommend it. If I had to choose again, I would not change a thing. The team were more than just a group of vendors, they felt like family that wanted to make sure this day was special. I will never forget that and appreciate all the work this team did. Let me tell you, I read what felt like thousands of reviews when looking for my wedding venue. When I read the reviews to the Cocoplum I assumed it would be nice but boy was I never prepared for how nice. Rosie was my fairy godmother when it came to the wedding. I didn't have a designated wedding planner because we wanted to keep the wedding budget low however Rosie was basically it. There wasn't a question I would call her with that she wouldn't know the answer to or have a better suggestion. She helped me with the rest of the vendors and made the entire process seamless. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and my vision. Even my bridesmaids fell in love with her because of her attentiveness. You cannot go wrong with the Cocoplum. They made all of my dreams come true :') -

This venue is amazing. It's beautiful, elegant and offers incredible flexibility for anyone to have a unique and personalized event that also works with the couple's budget. Their coordinator (Rosie), and their Chef (Chef Fernando) are the best! Rosie is an incredible human being and such a talented planner. She and Fernando are excellent professionals who are also extremely nice (and both so awesome!). Their team is outstanding too.
The venue allowed us to have a very long and late party (which was my priority), customize our package to allow us to bring our own alcohol (which was better for us since we we wanted to offer very specific drinks) and vendors for things we were very particular about. They even allowed me to bring DYI decorations and set them up for me (which allowed me to personalize our wedding exactly how I wanted). Our wedding reception was 10 hours long and they did an awesome job the entire night. Our families and friends were so impressed with the beauty of the venue and professionalism of its team.
I'm sure their full package events are incredible! (and I would highly recommend that to avoid the stress of making your own decorations). I can't recommend them enough! You can feel comfortable leaving everything in the hands of Coco Plum's talented team. Just make sure you tip well because they truly deserve it!
On a personal note, Rosie helped me every step of the way and held my hand through two pandemic-related postponements, over two years of wedding planning and coping with the emotions of having our wedding in the middle of an awful war directly affecting my husband's family. Rosie was patient, understanding and so kind supporting us through all these unexpected hurdles. Thanks to Rosie and her team, my husband, our families and I truly enjoyed our wedding. They managed to help us suspend reality and momentarily set aside the pain and stress from the tragedies affecting our Ukrainian family and my mother-in-law's people, and somehow have mental and emotional space to enjoy our union (and cherish Ukrainian traditions). My husband and I will always be grateful to Rosie, Chef Fernando and the Coco Plum team. -

The Cocoplum is the best!
The team at the Cocoplum is absolutely incredible! Rosie’s attention to detail and organizational skills are unparalleled. She made us feel so loved and so special not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire planning process leading up to the wedding (and it was extra long since we had to push the wedding out a year due to Covid). Rosie is professional, helpful and has an extremely calming presence. She 100% understood our vision and was very accommodating with our special requests. Even though we leveraged their premium bar, we wanted to bring in some of our own wine and spirits and Rosie was happy to oblige. She really is the best!! We could not have done it without her! Chef Fernando was awesome too - from the tasting to the wedding night the food was spectacular. We are big foodies, so having a menu we loved was very important to us. We ended up going a bit off menu and Fernando and team were so accommodating and helpful! Our guests were so complimentary about all the food served throughout the night. DJ JP was a blast - he knew how to get the dance floor party started and kept it going all night long. Our guests raved about the music. JP took the time to get to know us before the wedding to understand what type of music we liked and the vibe we wanted throughout the night. Marta the florist was also great! Her arrangements were beautiful and very affordable.
The venue itself is stunning! It was great having the cocktail hour outside and the dinner and dancing in the ballroom. The high ceilings in the ballroom are amazing! The flow for the guests was great too - they entered in the welcome room, enjoyed cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres in the courtyard, and then headed into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. We loved having the ability to go inside and outside throughout the night. Rosie and team did an incredible job with the setup, we were blown away and it exceeded all expectations!

Words cannot express how much I loved working with The Coco Plum Team for our Wedding. My husband and I knew from the moment we walked into the venue that this was it. Our guests were blown away by the architecture and overall elegant feel. From the moment I spoke to Rosie, I knew I was in the best care in the business. Her kindness and hospitality is unlike no other, she truly takes it upon herself that not only is your wedding a success but that you also enjoy the process of planning. Anna was also incredibly helpful and always ready to assist when needed. The communication with the team was excellent, answering our calls and emails with urgency and always giving us great advice to help us make the best choices for our big day. The all-inclusive package made wedding planning so much easier and put us in touch with great vendors. Not to mention the excellent pricing options. We added table rentals and a florist to our wedding team and they seamlessly worked together to create our perfect vision. My husband and I truly could not believe how beautifully our vision came to life. We made use of the indoor/outdoor venue and the team was so accommodating when the weather changed our plans and we had to do our ceremony inside. The food and the open bar was incredible. We received tons of compliments on the quality of the food and drinks, it was the talk to the night, how delicious everything was. The service and professionalism of the waiters were also a hot topic after the wedding, everyone congratulating us for such a warm and friendly environment, this really elevated the experience for all our guests. We also loved the convenience of the free parking for our guest who drove, with how difficult parking can be in Miami, this was an easy win. The flow of events was handled so seamlessly by Rosie and her team, consistently communicating and ensuring my husband were happy and always taken care of. I never had to wonder what to do next. The DJ and the team sure know how to make a fun party. It was truly the best night of our lives, we didn’t want the fun to end. After the wedding we have received compliments upon compliments on how incredible the night was. It was all thanks to Rosie and the team at Coco Plum for making our wedding dreams a reality. -

Do not look any further for a wedding venue. The Coco Plum is it. They were the second venue I found online, and I had a good feeling from the beginning. My husband and I planned our wedding in Miami from Virginia during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Coco Plum could not have made it any easier. Seriously. If you want a stress-free planning experience, here it is. Rosie and Ana were my main contacts throughout and were super responsive, caring, and flexible with every request or need that came up. We're so glad we chose to have our wedding reception at the Cocoplum Woman's Club. It was everything we could have wanted and more!!! Rosie the entire staff was incredible and a pleasure to work with. We had a good feeling about this venue when we first toured it and met with Rosie but at that time we had no idea how lucky we were to have secured such an amazing venue. My husband and I had our reception (wedding ceremony was at a different venue) at the Cocoplum two weeks ago and it was an absolute dream. Rosie, who is the person of contact at the Cocoplum, is phenomena and a true expert at arranging the perfect seamless wedding. I planned my wedding from Cleveland, OH with the help of my mother in law who lives in South Miami. Rosie was in contact with me every step of the way - over email, text, and phone she is always available. She doubles as a day of coordinator at the venue (and also helps along the way from day 1), so there is really no need to purchase a wedding planner separately from this (added bonus!!!!). Rosie is very meticulous and goes over EVERY detail and option with you involving the ceremony (catering, vendor options, timeline, etc). She also includes such thoughtful touches on the day of - before our entrance - Rosie set aside appetizers and drinks for my husband and I to just have a few moments alone before the party started. The rest of the staff is incredible - the caterer that is affiliated with the Cocoplum cooked up DELICIOUS appetizers and entrees!! Everything was out fast, every glass was always full, and the servers were courteous and astute. My husband and I went with the Cocoplum DJ, florist, wedding cake (ET cakes), but chose our own photographer. I highly recommend working with all three!!! They were fabulous and already have connections with the Cocoplum which make things that much easier. ET cakes made an amazing vanilla + rum cake that all of our guests went crazy over!! We just had our daughter's wedding at Coco Plum Woman's Club. It was absolutely wonderful. Rosie is an absolute delight to work with. She anticipates every need and is extremely attentive. The venue is a gorgeous historical landmark with beautiful architecture and has a welcome room with fireplace, large courtyard and stately ballroom. The food was served hot and was very tasty. The staff was great. Every expectation was surpassed!! Although I don't usually write reviews, I would be remiss not to share this gem managed by the talented Rosie.The CocoPlum's reply:

Because of the Covid-19 closures in Miami, we actually weren't able to have our wedding at CocoPlum (we ended up having to do an intimate house party with our closest loved ones for our reception). However, Rose's service and attention during our entire planning process was so amazing that my fiance and I wanted to write a review for CocoPlum. The venue itself is an absolute dream and all the areas are so carefully crafted and historic while the service provided by the staff is unmatched. This venue is the most amazing gem you will find in South Florida. My then fiance and I looked everywhere in Miami for a solid venue that was both romantic and accommodating for all our guests and The Cocoplum BLEW us away! Rosie (Executive Senior Coordinator) is an absolute angel and the best venue coordinator you could pray to work with. The team is always on point and the venue was so gorgeous it didn't need a ton of work. It had everything you could need in a venue. It had great parking, event spacing, it was beautiful and charming, it had the best staff, included (but not mandatory) super professional vendors you can totally trust, and an all around very professional system that will really make planning your wedding or any event a breeze. Amazing/ Above and Beyond our expectations
I don’t think there are enough amazing words to describe how amazing the Coco Plum Women’s club is ! We recently had our wedding there and everything was spectacular! We want to thank Rosie, Fernando(chef), Marta(florist), JP(dj) and everyone else that helped make our day beyond our dreams. The drinks were amazing, our guests couldn’t stop complimentary us on the food, the music kept us dancing all night long! Rosie went above and beyond on her dedication to us and all of our guests. The service was one of a kind and you can really tell she loves her job! There aren’t words to thank all of the staff for all their help and amazing work! We had our wedding at the Cocoplum in July and it was an amazing experience! Rosie and her team took our vision and turned it into reality! The Cocoplum is great because they have made everything so easy, especially for out of town couples. They have identified a rock star team of vendors - everyone from the DJ to the florist Marta came together to make our wedding great - it has been six months since the wedding and everyone is still telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The food is amazing, the coordination staff were on it, and the venue is beautiful. They will go above and beyond to help with any request! You can't go wrong with hosting your wedding here and working with Rosie and her team! -

Celebramos la boda de mi hija el 31 de agosto. Escogimos el lugar inicialmente porque nos pareció hermoso. Cuenta con un exterior para una boda al aire libre y en el interior las mayores comodidades: cuarto para la novia y sus damas, cuarto de espera para el novio y sus amigos, sala de bienvenida, patio de cóctel y salón de fiesta con tarima. Tienen su propia cocina, así que la comida es fresca y divina, hecha en el lugar. Lo mejor, sin dudas, el equipo liderado por Rosie, todos amables, eficientes y coordinados. Feliz de haberlos escogido. Mi hija tuvo su boda de ensueño y yo como madre de la novia estuve sin estrés pues no hubo ningún contratiempo. Just want to recommend this place for any kind of events. We had our wedding in June, 2019. First I loved the place, very unique for Miami. I am originally from Europe, so I appreciate architecture and style. But the whole wedding was beyond our expectations!! Rosaly was unbelievable! Helpful, professional. Every vendor she recommended was perfect and reasonable. Martha created beautiful flower arrangements, cake was excellent, photos professional! We are very happy with our wedding! From the first visit to the Cocoplum, i was blown away with the beautiful architecture and how friendly and attentive the staff were. Rosie would let us come after work and just go over all my questions and directed me throughout the whole wedding process.
Rosie and her team made our wedding look so unbelievably beautiful, She was there by my side through every detail. The day of the wedding everything went so smooth because of her and her team. She even let me keep my dream of having an outdoor ceremony even if the weather wasn't to my favor ( thankfully it didn't end up raining!) We used all of the vendors associated with the Cocoplum package and I couldn't have been more happier.

When I finally got engaged I couldn’t wait to share the venue of choice with my then fiancé. Rosie and Guilherme were the best from the beginning until the very end. They were supportive and involved throughout the entire planning process. We also took advantage of their wedding package and worked with all the vendors they suggested. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I remember texting back and forth with Guilherme on my wedding day. He was so attentive and wanted to make sure all was well. I will never forget my wedding day thanks to the Coco Plum staff. They truly made our day a dream come true. My guest are still talking about our wedding day 12/16/17!!

Rosie and Guilherme were so helpful and professional throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. This venue comes with vendors that you can use if you want. We used all the vendors (Fabiano Silva, Marta Villar, JP, and Edda's cakes) and are very glad we did. All the vendors, along with Rosie and Guilherme, were professional and worked with us every step of the way. Our wedding had to be postponed due to hurricane Irma, and everyone made that stressful time go smoothly. All the guests that were at our wedding cannot stop raving about all aspects from the décor, to the music, to the food, and to the beautiful building. We are over the moon with how our reception turned out and we know it was all thanks to the fantastic staff at the Cocoplum. -
