Bashful Butler has been super helpful and professional throughout the wedding process.
They made everything easy while also catering to what I wanted, from what specific food I would like to even the color of the napkins, tablecloth linens, if I needed a cake cutter, etc.

Food was awesome, cake was delicious, and the staff were super attentive and friendly!

Ben worked with my family during our time of loss. He helped us with our budget and didn’t push beyond that. My husband and I were married August 26, 2018 - We are from California, we live in Texas. We were high school sweethearts (40 years ago) and we were reunited just over a year ago. We decided we wanted to share our day with our family and friends in Southern California. A friend had gone to a function at Hurst Ranch in West Covina CA. She told us about it and we looked at the website. It looked exactly like what we wanted. All of our planning had to be done from Texas, which meant no face to face meetings. Everything had to be done over the phone. I called the venue and found out that Bashful Butler handles all of the catering and set up at the venue. I called Bashful Butler on a Saturday and left a message. I got a call back from Theresa in less than an hour. From the beginning Teresa was professional and friendly. She answered every question like it was my first question. Teresa sent us everything we needed to make our decisions. She also gave us recommendations for vendors like the florist and for the drapes/uplighting. Teresa was so great to work with. She was one of the key components that made our day perfect. The employees that were there the day of were awesome and the cake was amazing!! Thank you everyone at Bashful Butler that helped make my dream come true.

We were referred to Hurst Ranch / Bashful Butler by a friend. The location and the catering was perfect for our rustic wedding. Ryan is so easy to work with. He made one of the biggest parts of the wedding an easy thing and took a huge load off our shoulders!! The Bashful Butler is budget friendly without going cheap :) :)

Chris Lowther was very quick on dot setting everything up and their food was Amazing. She also did OUTSTANDING job on my Wedding Cake.

The food was absolutely delicious. Our coordinators Kathy & Grace were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our planner, Ryan was so easy to work with. He was very reassuring and helped us out so much when needing schedule around out of town guests. Their company took care of everything for us, leaving little worries on our end on how the event will run. They were all there to help us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Working with Nancy at the Bashful Butler was so easy. She helped me finalize the schedule with what would be easiest, what was normal, and what I wanted. The food was amazing. I'm still getting compliments two months later! Everybody I talked to said they went back for seconds or thirds! Yes, I did manage to eat during all the excitement and I have to say that I chose an excellent catering company. I've even had people ask for a referral!
