PICKERING HOUSE WEDDING WEEKENDS
Located in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, the Pickering House Inn and the Barn at Pickering House is a beautifully restored, historic property located in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro. Recognized by Conde Nast as # 17 of New England's top hotels, we are within walking distance to the town’s quaint shops, restaurants and the docks on Lake Winnipesaukee. The luxurious Inn and stylized Barn exude charm and eclectic high end finishings throughout - providing a unique, high-end Wedding experience unique to the Lakes Region.

Pickering House Wedding Weekends are available on a limited basis throughout the year and include:

• Use of the Barn for your 5 hour reception event
• Lodging and exclusive use of the the complete 10 room Inn for your registered guests staying at the Inn (2 night minimum / 3 nights in July and August)
• Breakfast each morning for these guests

FACILITIES AND CAPACITY

The Barn at Pickering House accommodates wedding receptions of up to 150 people (Spring / Summer / Fall) and 75 - 100 Winter for a sit-down event. The rustic, chic barn features large open space with lofts and a sweeping central staircase.
Your use of the Barn also includes:

• Heat and AC
• Rustic rectangle and round custom Farm Tables
• Eclectic cross back chairs
• A full Dance Floor
• Antique tables / furnishings for service, displays, etc
• Barn lighting
• A full service Bar
• Indoor / ADA Accessable bathrooms
• Use of the front brick courtyard patio for your cocktail hour
• (In Winter, a heated walkway / entrance to the Barn)

  Subject to the size of the event and availability, you have the choice of having our in PAVILION Hospitality culinary team or choice from our selection from our list of partnered catering vendors for your event.

• BEVERAGES:
  We provide complete customized bar services in the Barn. Subject to your budget / preference, we offer:

• PLANNING:
  While we provide a full list of recommended vendors, we require all couples to secure a wedding planner. They are responsible for working with you in:
  • The selection and coordination of all additional vendors (Flowers, Photography, Music, etc)
  • Stylizing your tablescapes, linens, rentals, etc
  • The development, coordination and oversight for your full event and day of schedule
  • Coordination of additional services such as guest transportation, off site ceremony, off site guest activities, etc.

• The On site Pickering Event team works with you and your planner to provide:
  • Management of any facility issues
  • Support / accept pre-event coordination with deliveries
  • Confirmation of vendor on site policies and COI's

ACCOMODATIONS:

• Pickering House Inn consists of spacious common areas, a full wrap around porch and two patio seating areas. Our ten luxurious guest rooms in the Inn are included with your Pickering Wedding Weekend for two nights (three nights in July and August). You and your guests registered / staying at the Inn will also have access to two living rooms, a dining room, sitting porches, and a garden area that will be all yours for the duration of your group's stay.

  The 10 high end guest rooms feature:

  • Private bathrooms (featuring heated tile floors, electronic showers and exclusive finishes).
  • Four of the rooms have (gas) Fireplaces / 2 have (gas) stoves.
  • All rooms are double occupancy only except the Brewster Suite which has an additional daybed (three person total occupancy).
• For your additional guests:
  Wolfeboro has a wide array of other small inns and hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, full house rentals and camping. We will gladly provide you with a full list of these recommended accommodations.

Typically used for outdoor dining, (subject to time and availability), this space may be available for outdoor on site ceremonies as well.
