Sandy and Sean are wonderful people, who own two beautiful homes in a very special setting. Sandy and Sean hosted our wedding welcome party at Rustic Gatherings, planned our wedding on our property AND did our wedding catering. I am not a person who likes to plan but Sandy made sure every detail of our very complex wedding weekend was perfect. I do not have enough words to describe the thought and effort they put into
both events to ensure they went off without a hitch. Our welcome party at Rustic Gatherings was intimate and welcoming. Our wedding that Sandy planned, and setup, far exceeded my expectations - it was stunning. We also ended up doing our wedding portraits at Rustic Gatherings and I am so happy with our decision - the scenery behind Rustic Gatherings looks amazing in photos. Rustic Gatherings did the catering for our wedding, and I cannot tell you how many guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever tasted. 6 months later we still have guests commenting on the food. Sandy and the Rustic Gatherings team were amazing to work with. Sandy has extensive experience working on all different kinds of weddings and was willing to help us build out our vision of a fun summer camp wedding. Sandy helped us think of details we forgot or would never have thought of in the first place. She is incredibly generous and good-spirited, and our family and guests loved meeting her. On the weekend of our wedding, Sandy was amazing at figuring out what needed to be done and getting it solved so that we didn't need to think about logistics. Her experience with weddings in rustic venues was also particularly helpful to us. We highly recommend!

I worked with Sandy for over a year planning my wedding this past August. From multiple venue visits to my many phone calls and emails, Sandy was so kind and patient through all of it answering all my questions and making sure the day would go off perfectly - which it did.

The day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Sandy and her incredible team took care of everything and made the day go smoothly. The food was incredible! So many people came up to me gushing about it. One couple said it was one of the best food they have had at any wedding - I agree it was delicious!

I cannot say enough about Perfect Cadence Events! Logan was responsive and scheduled multiple calls to make sure we were pleased with the sequence of events. Our wedding guests danced all night long and has the time of our life! The music selection was absolutely perfect!

My husband and I had to postpone our wedding twice and came across Rustic Gatherings with Pat’s Cabin. My mother emailed the venue and Sandy reached out requesting a phone call.

The stars aligned and Sandy let us know they were available for our May wedding. Sandy worked with us to ensure that our wedding planning experience was seamless. She ironed out every small detail from contacting our vendors and creating a master timeline to creating a menu for our guests (the food was also incredible).

On the day of our wedding, Sandy worked with all of our vendors, greeted our guests- provided them with beverages- and got them seated for the ceremony, and even carted my husband and I around the venue.

Sandy was incredible to work with throughout all of our planning and on our big day. She was responsive and extremely kind. We feel very thankful to have worked with such incredible staff. The venue speaks for itself with such incredible views- but the Sandy, her husband, and her staff were the cherry on top of a beautiful day.

Sandy and her family are truly one-of-a-kind wonderful. Sandy was so helpful throughout all of our entire planning process. Her dedication to giving you the best day ever is palpable from the moment you speak with her. Their energy, creativity and support throughout the last year has meant so much to my husband and I.

Have I mentioned the food yet?! I could probably write 300 page dissertation on the cheddar potato and chive soup alone! But seriously, their food is so fresh, it all comes from local farms and it's prepared with so much love you can taste it. Our guests went back for seconds and thirds and we're still hearing people talk about how yummy the dinner was. Beyond the food, our bartenders were fantastic and the mulled cider they made us was a huge hit.

Overall, Sandy and team really went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams.

Sandy and her team were wonderful to work with. They made our wedding as stress free as possible during a pandemic. Sandy was so accommodating when we had to change our guest numbers and put in special dietary requests. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have asked for a better day!

My now husband and I got married at Pat's Cabin 09/26/2020. In our eyes the whole weekend was perfect from start to finish. The views are unbelievably breathtaking, foliage was perfect and weather was amazing, but what really made our weekend unforgettable was the above and beyond service. Sandy and her staff worked hard to make sure everything in the tent was perfectly laid out, spaced and clean. Sandy was our caterer for our wedding night and the food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about it and the best part was that it was homemade, local and fresh! Overall, the venue, service, and experience allowed ourselves and our guests to have perfect weekend together celebrating! We have zero regrets choosing this amazing venue and hiring their hardworking staff!

My husband and I got married (101020) this past weekend and it was everything and more. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with 360° views of mountains. Sandy is wonderful and will help you connect with vendors if need be. They offer a catering service that is divine, it is a farm to table operation where everything is fresh and homemade. Our guests absolutely loved the experience that was provided and were blown away by the views. You can have an outside wedding, which is what we opted for. They have a beautiful birch arbor that you can decorate to your liking. They have a secondary building called the bunk house, where you can have numerous guests stay with bathrooms and a kitchen. On the lower level is called the clock room where they have 4 beautifully crafted wood tables along w a sweetheart table if you want.
They offer options for different packages especially for the amount of people you’re looking to invite. We just had an elopement package with 30 people and it was absolutely perfect.
Sandy and her team truly are wonderful, and provide a warming service - not commercial at all.
