Kim, Beth, and the rest of the staff really go above and beyond to make sure every single detail is organized and beautiful for your wedding day. The on-site house where my bridesmaids and I got ready was clean, spacious, and absolutely beautiful, the walkway to the aisle had exploded with jasmine blossoms, and the trees covered in spanish moss that overlook the ceremony give the space an old-Florida vibe. Kim was amazing making our special day so perfect!! There was nothing I wouldn’t change about our special day. As anxious as I was Kim made sure to make everything run so smoothly for me.

Our dream wedding came true! My husband and I looked from St. Augustine throughout the entire state for a venue that we could get a whimsical, forest feel at and were so lucky to find this venue close to home. We had a formal elopement and Kim and Beth delivered beyond our expectations. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and romantic with countless places on site for amazing photos. We rented the home onsite to get ready in which was a very comfortable and also provided for some amazing preceremony photos. The property is huge, can accommodate a lot of people comfortably and provides easy parking. It was absolutely perfect. Kim went above and beyond to make our day as stress free as possible. No detail was missed from the walkway down the aisle, beautiful dance floor under the oak trees for our first dance and placing the cake in a location to avoid heat. The florist failed miserably because most of the flowers were yellow although there was supposed to be no yellow at all. When I saw the cake, I wanted to cry and within seconds, Kim had removed all those flowers and replaced them with others from some floral pieces from the ceremony. She is fun, sweet and a true professional. We will always recommend this team when asked for a great wedding coordinator and venue. Chapel Creek is an absolute gem for a wedding or event venue and we highly recommend them.

Our wedding day ran very smoothly with Kim and her team taking the lead the day of the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and there are multiple ways your night could be laid out! Having everything at one location was convenient and the transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless and enjoyable for the guests. I had nothing to worry about on my day! It is awesome that Kim offers a package that allows you to use the tremendous about of decor the barn has for your wedding day. That is a HUGE plus!

I found the venue when I was just about to give up on finding what I wanted for a reasonable price. When I saw the price of the “Perfect Package” I immediately asked “what’s the catch?” Because every other all inclusive package in the area was so much more. I booked 2 years in advance but even through 2 date changes and mild panicking the ladies ( Kim and Beth) were able to answer all my questions and put nerves at ease. The day of was magical Kim and her team brought my vision to life and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. We truly felt like guests at our own wedding! They made the day so amazing!

My husband and I got married at the barn at chapel creek on May 25th 2019. The barn and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and truly were made for the wedding of my dreams! I just loved how fun our wedding was. Beth and Kim were also a pleasure to work with and such sweet women! Couldn’t recommend this venue enough! Thank you guys for all of your help too!

Everything about the venue was perfect. Kim set up everything exactly how we pictured it, from tables, outside decor and lighting- since the time we arrived we didn’t worry about a thing her and her staff had everything running so smooth and perfectly. Everything was absolutely amazing. Also, Kim and Beth were so helpful through the whole planning and question process.
Side note- we did ceremony out front, cocktail inside and dinner under the lights/ I love that there were so many options with this venue!!

What a beautifully amazing and magical place and wonderful people to work with!! My son and his bride were to have a beach wedding this past weekend. I got the beach permit, arranged for the rentals, etc, Unfortunately the rainy season came early this year, in addition Tropical Storms were predicted for the wedding day. Sadly the bride realized there was no other choice then an indoor venue. I came up with a list of about 10 places for her to choose from and The Barn was what she really wanted, so I felt I had to do what I had to do to make it happen! When I called I learned the owner was in Canada, the wedding coordinator was on her way to Chicago and they were actually closed since season was over!! Amazingly enough, and I believe by the grace and of God, Beth agreed to let us have our very small wedding at The Barn!! She warned me the place was filled w/furniture & etc., and said they would get all cleared out and have it ready. I also spoke with Kim, who was also so very nice...and coordinated all while driving to Chicago! Both were so very generous. I know many were a little nervous after seeing the place on rehearsal night, since it was so full that of stuff!!! I met with Henry & Robert the morning of the wedding to go over with them what we wanted moved out, changed around, etc. These two young men were up for the enormous task!! When I got there about an hour before the ceremony to do some other final touches, i was totally blown away by all the work these young men did! The place was transformed into a magical wedding venue!! So gorgeous!! Everyone was as astounded as I was at how beautiful all looked!! And since it was raining a bit they kept squeegying the entrance to make sure bride's entrance remained puddle-free!! Even held an umbrella over her while she waited for her music cue! Such professionalism and such great people at such a beautiful place!!! So different then any other venue!! For us, the Tropical Storm turned into a blessing in disguise!!

A beautiful venue with everything to offer! Kim is absolutely wonderful to work with and will do what it takes to make sure you are happy. You can not pick a better place to get married. Scenery is gorgeous!
