Asheville June 2025

We booked That Won Truck as our wedding caterer. We were adamant that we didn’t want overpriced, forgettable wedding food, and That Won Truck did not disappoint! Even our foodie guests commented on how delicious it was.

My wife and I both have some severe food allergies, and they were able to adjust the entire menu to accommodate. We got to talk with them extensively in-person about their precautions during our tasting, which gave us huge peace of mind that we weren’t going to get sick on our big day. They even prepped our meals separately first so there was no risk of cross contamination, and sent us home with some boxed leftovers (I am not ashamed to admit I housed the entire box of salmon skewers in the hotel room the night of our wedding).
