We have used Terri Smith Details for years with nothing but great things to say about her personalized, expert service and beautiful product line. This includes event props used for our own events with our former Decor shop, and numerous items used in the weddings of both of our daughters at Pebble Hill Plantation in Thomasville.
For the most recent wedding, we had to incorporate last minute changes due to a rain front that had stalled over the area. After setting up all of the products we had originally ordered, Terri made additional trips to and from Tallahassee for items with which she personally orchestrated the transformation of a big, plain, white, 20' by 80' tent into a spectacular alternative to an outdoor ceremony in 40*, steady rain. As fate would have it, and despite Terri setting up runway rugs along the length of the tent, they were soon floating - which led to abandoning the tent in favor of moving the event inside the reception barn to keep the guests comfortable. I say all of this to point out that the very reasonable 'delivery and setup' fee Terri charges, technically only includes the delivery, initial set-up, and retrieval of the products we rented. In this case, as has been our experience with our previous arrangements, we got So Much more from Terri and her staff.
Terri had 100% of her products delivered, set-up, and perfectly decorated the day prior to the wedding. Under no obligation beyond being a great business owner and great friend, Terri returned early the morning of the event to help transform the tent. She worked tirelessly for several hours and was a driving force in transforming what could have been a rain-soaked, miserable event, into what ended up being a spectacular save. Terri is truly our local Energizer Bunny and does it all with a huge smile and a great attitude. As parents of the bride, words can't describe the gratitude we have for Terri, her awesome staff, and her beautiful, quality product line. Thank you Terri for helping us to make the dreams of Mama and her daughters come true. We love you!

This is the second time we have used Terri Smith Details for an event and they are extremely responsive and dependable. Their pricing is also better than most companies. We rented beautiful gold chairs and a gold mirror to use as a seating chart. We highly recommend them!

We are so happy that we hired Terri Smith Details! They installed wall draping inside of an industrial building and it turned out so amazing. It completely transformed the room into a romantic and warm setting. I can not recommend hiring Terri Smith Details enough! Terri knows what she's doing when it comes to all-things weddings and events. All of her rentals are beautiful, in great condition and well-priced, and it's also an added bonus that her and her staff are simply extraordinary. Everyone is very nice and professional, giving us no issues/hassle on our wedding day. The team even arrived to our venue and had everything perfectly set up way before schedule. A quick piece of advice: please do yourself a huge favor and rent any of her stunning chandeliers! They were hands down the perfect touch to our reception decor and had me in awe as soon as I saw them.

Terri Smith Details was a breeze to work with for our wedding! Their prices are reasonable and there are so many items to choose from. We rented the 15 feet white drapes to blend some elegance to our rustic venue. The quality and the service were both great.

The ordering process was so easy and they were very flexible as I continued to add items throughout our planning stages. All the pieces were in great condition. The delivery and pick up services were great.
