Highly recommend Best Day Ever for your rentals. We used them for our 11/10 wedding at Maclay State Park and they were fantastic! The venue comes with literally nothing but the space so we rented everything! The team was great with communication, setup, value, and even some flexibility! We had a potential storm coming through and they were great to work with us on tents! You won’t regret hiring them for your special event!

Michelle and her team were AMAZING for our wedding. Michelle is very knowledgeable and helped us with whatever we needed along the way. leading up to the wedding. The team took care of everything on the day-of and I didn't have to stress about anything. They were very attentive, professional, and overall just wonderful to be around. I am so glad Michelle, Kristi, and Melissa were there to put me at-ease and to help with anything I had questions on. I could not have asked for a better team to help make my wedding day as smooth and as wonderful as possible!

Michelle and her team have been my go to rental company since I started my wedding coordination adventure 2 years ago. They are always accommodating, always professional and always on time. Michelle and her team were the real MVP’s of our wedding day! Michelle met with us several times before the day to plan and walk through the venue. She ran our rehearsal and was there for every day of need. Her team set up and broke down all decorations so no family or friends had to bother with it. They even ran to publix to pick up some vegan food when there was a mix up with the caterer! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was stress free and PERFECT! This was one area we didn’t plan to spend money and hire a friend, but I am so glad we hired Michelle instead! Worth every penny! We also got all the rentals from her as well which made the process so seamless!

Michelle and her team with Best Day Ever were fantastic for our wedding at Pebble Hill Plantation! She was very easy to work with and even attended one of our venue walkthroughs to ensure that the tents we requested would fit and would work for the number of guests. Although I’m sure she described them to us, we were blown away by incredible and classy atmosphere they created for our cocktail hour. They also graciously planned and were on call as our “rain plan” in the event the weather did not cooperate (thankfully, we did not have to use it). They set up the tents, made sure they were safely and comfortably arranged for our guests. Professional would be the definitive description for this company. I would recommend Best Day Ever to anyone looking for wedding tents or other items!

I met with Michelle a couple weeks before our wedding to finalize the details and show her the vision I had for the rentals and decorations.

The day of our wedding Michelle and her team arrived and immediately went to work. The set up the rentals, (lounge area, chargers, centerpieces, etc) and also helped my planner arrange the greenery I had purchased. Walking through the venue and taking everything in, it was everything and more that I could have dreamt of. Michelle and her team went above and beyond with the set up and at the end of the night they helped organize everything that we brought so we could easily load it onto the truck.
The staff was very kind and made sure I didn’t stress over anything.

Michelle and the Best Day Ever Team made our daughter's wedding literally the best day ever! We are photographers also and have photographed many weddings over the last 10 years and have NEVER witnessed a coordinator do what she did. She brought our daughter's vision to life and created such a relaxed atmosphere for us all.

There are always moments at every single wedding we've ever photographed where things go a bit unplanned (maybe even a little crazy). Our daughter's was certainly no exception. How these unplanned moments are handled can literally make or break the day. Fortunately for us, we had Michelle and her team to handle each of those moments and they kept smiling thru it all. They handled everything so professionally and we were able to just simply relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding instead of panicking over little unplanned moments, thanks to them. We were disappointed that we were having a rainstorm that day, but Michelle & her team showed up more than adequately prepared for a rain plan. It was better than we could have even imagined even if we hadn't had rain!
