Whether you’re planning a wedding, party, fundraiser or corporate event, celebrations, big or small our experienced staff understands how important your event is to you and will give personalized care to guide you in the planning process.
We specialize in all sizes and styles of tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, tent flooring, staging, lighting and many unique items. The newest additions to our vast fleet of tents is our elegant Sailcloth tent and our Jumbotrac tent. The translucent Sailcloth tent with 40 foot solid oak beams creates an elegance that is one-of-a-kind. The hip ends on our Jumbotrac tent expands event space with four-dimensional ceilings allowing for an exceptional spacious feel.
We deliver seven days a week and set-up and break-down of all our rental items is complimentary. We consistently add rental items to our inventory to offer our clients unique items that they cannot find anywhere else in the area. Our computerized DJ-In-A-Box, LED portable lighted bars, iridescent dance floor, Belgian chocolate fountain and frozen drink machine and are just a few reasons we have coined the tagline, “TENTS WITH A TWIST!” Send us a message and we will be happy to email you a price list showing the wide variety of items we carry.

Team
Kristen has been with the company since 2014 and is the face you see when you walk in the door and the voice when you call over the phone. Kristen graduated Florida State University with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration with an emphasis in Event Planning and Coordination. She recently has decided to take on the Event Planning and Coordination services at our new location and is eager and willing to help all potential clients with their event, no matter how big or how small.
Christie graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance. She strives to deliver the best products and services. Her and her husband took over the company in 2016 and have been full steam ahead ever since. Christie is the next in line on the phone and the second face you see when you come in. Christie is lovingly called Mama Bear by her employees.
Bobby is an Army veteran and second in command of In Tents Events. Bobby is our lead site guy and never hesitates to show up to any situation willing to help however possible. He is great at taking leads on layout plans and all technical aspects of the company. He certainly keeps the staff entertained with his awesome dance moves!
