Teri took the pictures for our October wedding. She was fabulous. Teri was able to corral our giant wedding party (15 in the bridal party and 4 kiddos under 6) and was so professional while she did it. Her eye and staging of photos was fantastic. She was also so helpful with being an extra set of hands the day of. Teri posted sneaks less than 24 hours after our wedding! The pictures were amazing and so clear. If you are looking for a photographer that is kind, professional, and does great work- I definitely recommend Teri!

We had a great time working with Teri for both our engagement photos and for our wedding. She had a lot of creative ideas for cool shots I never would have thought of and was also very thoughtful about us a couple. We took our engagement photos at Gillette Stadium, where we got engaged and Teri made the experience a blast. On our wedding day she got there a bit early and starting shooting right away, capturing getting ready moments and family time. Teri is so sweet and very enthusiastic and passionate about her work. I am SO impressed with Teri and her work! Her photos were absolutely stunning, and she was so friendly and easy to work with. There was an unfortunate family emergency, so the timeline was in flux in the week leading up to the wedding, but Teri was super flexible and accommodating, and offered to do anything she could to make sure the day went as dreamed. Teri's pricing is also AWESOME! I love the light airy feel to the photos, as well as her ability to make everyone feel at ease. Definitely recommend Teri!

Very nice girl, but not very professional.

She canceled two days before our wedding after confirming four days before our wedding that everything was fine. She sent an associate who took horrible photos. She promised to refund our money and then claimed she was having problems with Venmo and Paypal and never ended up refunding the money. I would never use her for any photography event as she is unprofessional, unreliable and makes promises she does not keep.

In the beginning, this photographer was super friendly. However, her quality of photos is sub par. She has yet to get back to me with all my photos and its been almost four months since the wedding. Very unprofessional!

Teri Lynn runs a Photography studio in N. Andover, MA that is far from professional. A few days before our wedding I received an email from Teri stating that she would not be photographing our wedding, but she would be sending someone else in her place, but Teri would be doing the photo editing herself. I had no idea who this other person was nor did she have a portfolio that I could see. The wedding was too close, so I agreed. That was stupid on my part.
The photographer showed up with raggedy jeans, sandals, a t-shirt, and dreadlocks. Who dresses like that for a wedding? I don't even remember her name. She was friendly but clueless about photography. We were directing her as to where to do the photos, how to pose, what conent to photograph etc.
About a week after the wedding we were told the photos would be ready and a flashdrive would be mailed to us as well as an online site for viewing two albums. The flashdrive never arrived and only one album was posted online. We went back and forth for weeks with her not replying to my messages or saying the flashdrives were sent but they never came. Finally I begged just to have our photos so I could be done with her. After four+ weeks we got the final flashdrive. The photos we received were horrible! We got three to four of the same photo, some were extremely dark, while others were completely washed out. This is supposed to be a professional photographer! Important memories were ruined due to unprofessionalism, and we cannot have a redo. Do not book this woman. Check out her reviews on other sites and on the BBB website. You will find very similar complaints to ours. I wish I had investigated more.

Sweet girl. That's about all the nice I can say about her. She's very hard to communicate with often messages go unanswered. I'm still waiting on my album she's missed 2 deadlines. Stay far away. Shes got every excuse in the book.

Stay away!!! I want to warn all brides but Teri Lynn screwed me so bad for my wedding :( she emailed me a few hours before my ceremony started saying she was "sick" and sent some girl who showed up in yoga pants and sneakers. She didn't even know where and what time my ceremony was. It took us FOREVER to actually get the video because Teri came up with every excuse in the book. When we finally got it, it was HORRIBLE!!! So shaky, couldn't see anything (she stood in the same spot all night in the way back) nothing was focused... she totally broke our contract.. the best part was the ceremony wasn't even in it!!!!!!!! She didn't get any footage of my ceremony.... so so sad... it's heartbreaking and I don't want any other brides to make a mistake and book her!!
