Purchased my wedding band from TeNo. They are very flexible and work with you to ensure that size is correct, and have a very flexible return policy if the size isn't right. Their only location is Las Vegas, NV, but I did everything by mail. I even purchased three different rings, and returned two after selecting the one that I wanted. A really great group of people. If you like modern design, this is the team to work with.

My partner and I bought some beautiful rings through TeNo. The ones that have what look like floating gemstones in between two sides of the ring. It never occurred to me that the topaz (in our case) could fall out. Hers fell out within a month, and mine about four months. You can pay to replace the stone - and if they need to send it abroad, the cost is quite high. Their rings are beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend any of these rings that are just held in place this way. Friends who have stones more embedded in the ring have had theirs for years. But this is a huge flaw in a wedding or commitment ring, which one would hope would last for years.

I purchased a TeNo bracelet for my husband, unfortunately, do to medical reasons, he had to have it cut off as the clasp seized (according to Sherry Cohen the owner) this is normal (you are not supposed to wear in the shower or water (who new... its rubber?) We requested a replacement and she said NO. I told her I would post a negative review and she said that I was threatening her ... no, just making customers aware that the product is beautiful but not good and really bad customer service!
