We enjoyed working with Charles for our engagement pictures. He did research for a location and picked the perfect spot based on our ideas. He was there early and even scoped out the area before we got there. Charles was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable throughout the session. He is a really nice person and showed genuine interest in the success of our photo shoot. The pictures were delivered within the timeframe he gave us and we loved them. Charles from Tell Your Story Stuios was a great photographer. He constantly communicated with me from the first time we spoke on the phone. He looked up and emailed me new locations. He made the process very easy by picking a date and time that worked for us, and he even had backup plans in case it rained.

The day of the session was so much fun. My fiance and I sometimes feel awkward in pictures, but he made us laugh and feel so comfortable. I loved the final gallery and all of the different poses that really felt natural.

Charles was hired by my fiance to secretly capture the moment of our proposal on a beach March. Not only did he visit the location a week prior to scope out the layout, he weathered through the 30 mile an hour winds that swept our way. Despite this, the photos he captured are absolutely amazing, somehow managing to make my hair being whipped through the wind look more elegant and whimsical. He even was able to get a near perfect photo of us with our two dogs, which has been an impossibility before! We of course then had to hire Charles for our engagement shoot. He was so flexible when the weather didn’t cooperate on our scheduled date, and was able to pivot to a weekday, which worked so much better for me and my fiance. The photos from that day brought tears to my eyes! He captured exactly how my fiance and I love each other and I am honored to have such a beautiful momento of this time in our lives. I will definitely be using Tell Me Your Story Studios again!!!

Charles is a very friendly, genuine, and talented photographer. He worked with me in the weeks leading up to my planned proposal to not only work out tiny details, but also game plan for back up locations in case of inclement weather. He was very flexible with me in location, timing, and other details, which made it effortless to plan my proposal.
