Tauri and Brian are the PERFECT choice when choosing a wedding photographer. The photos turned out to be absolutely stunning. Tauri is brilliant at what she does and it shows in her work, she guides and directs you into different poses to create stunning photographs. Her knowledge of photography allows you to be in the moment with your spouse, truly getting to enjoy each and every moment. Trusting Tauri and Brian means you do not have to think about anything, which is a huge deal when planning everything yourself. Through the unforeseen obstacles, Tauri was ready with a solution and Plan B for everything: whether it was small, like how to hide a bad tan line or huge like coordinating an additional photographer when needed, she always pulled through. I do not have enough kind words to describe how wonderful Tauri Baum is. When going with Tauri & Brian, you can rest assured they will give you 100% of everything they have. Tauri and Brian are the most kind and genuine people and they deeply care for the couples they are working with. At our wedding, I looked at them at friends, not just our photographers, and the friendship continues even after the wedding. Brian was the best second shooter, he was ready for everything. Weddings can be stressful and a little overwhelming being the bride, but Brian brought such a calmness to the day. He held on to flowers, ensured we stayed hydrated in between pictures, held an umbrella when is started to rain, every small detail Brian had taken care of and it was just incredible. The morning of, I had forgotten to wrap my flowers in the extra material of my wedding dress, Brian came in willing to do that. But not only did he take on that task, but he got creative with it. He used the fabric during bridal details to create a STUNNING backdrop for our rings, vow booklets, etc. It was such a sweet surprise. If you have made it to the end of my novel, all I can say is Tauri & Brian are the best choice we made. They were everything we wanted and everything we needed, even if we did not know what we needed.

She made us feel so comfortable during our engagement session, that we were pros with poses on our wedding day. There are wedding photographers and then there is Tauri Baum (and her wonderful husband Brian). When I first met Tauri three years ago I knew she would be photographing my wedding one day. The day after Martin and I got engaged, I immediately asked Tauri. We both had been waiting for this day for so long! Tauri and Brian I can’t thank you enough for being there on our big day! From setting up engagement photos to after our wedding day, Tauri was there every step of the way with thoughts, ideas, and the CUTEST little gifts. Tauri you made the whole process easy, fun, and stress free. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for capturing the best day ever! We love you!

Tauri was the first person we booked after deciding on our date. She had photographed the wedding of a friend of mine, and I was just in love with the pictures. And now I am absolutely in love with my own wedding pictures as well!! Tauri is such a sweetheart and was so helpful throughout the planning process, providing expertise and support with all things wedding related. We especially appreciated that the engagement session is a part of all her packages. She teaches you basic poses that really make you feel more confident and comfortable in front of the camera. My husband has always been self-conscious with pictures, but he felt totally at ease. We love Tauri and would hire her a thousand times over!!

Tauri from the day I met with her for coffee was so incredibly organized and passionate about my fiance and I, our engagement, and our wedding day! Tauri was so timely in responses, any advice we would need or hadn't even thought of, and all of our images from engagement shots to wedding photos!! My fiance and I received so many little notes and words of joy throughout the planning process that truly eased any stress we may have had! We truly felt as though we were good friends with Tauri, and it was sincerely a ray of joy and peace on our wedding day having her by our side every step of the way.
And to top it off, my husband who is not really a picture person mentioned many times he truly HAD FUN taking pictures with me and Tauri!! This girl is a miracle worker!!

Tauri was the best choice that I made during my wedding planning! I searched forever for the perfect photographer who fit my style and budget. When I first scrolled across Tauri's website, I loved her bright/airy/happy/candid style of photos. She was the first and only photographer we met with- we loved that she was our age and that she was so easy to chat with...I remember thinking that I totally wouldn't mind having her follow us around throughout our whole wedding day. Tauri was always an email or text away and was so quick and friendly to respond. She also sends the sweetest gifts throughout the planning. She helped to plan a timeline for the wedding day, basically without Tauri we would've been lost! On the wedding day, Tauri and her husband Brian fit in so perfectly! They communicated well with me, dealt with hiccups with the timeline, made all poses feel natural, and grabbed my veil & shoes that I left behind before the ceremony. We were actually so bummed when it was time for them to leave, and would've loved if they stuck around and celebrated with us as friends! After the wedding, Tauri was so quick to post a blog post and send me lots of her favorite sneak peak pictures before sending us the full gallery with more than 1000 photos! I would recommend Tauri to every engaged couple- she's the BEST!

Words can't express how much I would recommend Tauri. She is AMAZING. Not only was she prompt, easy to work with, SUPER responsive, and UNBELIEVABLY talented - she makes you like you're with your best friend. Both my husband and I felt genuinely cared for and that she was invested in helping make our wedding a beautiful, memorable experience. I would choose her again in a heartbeat!!

It is hard to put into words how amazing of a photographer Tauri Baum is! My husband and I met Tauri at my brother and sister-in-law's wedding and knew from just speaking to her that she was the kindest and sweetest person around. We knew she would be our wedding photographer one day, and she was the first person we contacted once we were engaged! To show even more how much we wanted her a part of our day, we live in North Carolina and she lives in Michigan! Also, we called her when checking wedding venues and picked our place and date based off of her availability. When I say she is that amazing, SHE IS! Tauri and her husband Brian made our day so magical. They took care of us, laughed with us, made sure everything is just the way you want it, cried with us, carried a veil and lipstick if needed, and took our breath away when we received just a few photos back. Looking back on our photos we can relive every moment, memory, and feeling all thanks to Tauri. She was not only an amazing photographer with her husband, but just an amazing couple all around. It didn't feel like just another vendor there, but two friends joining in on your special day and making it even more magical!
