Tara was amazing at our wedding in October. My husband and I are not great in front of the camera, and she was able to make us feel so comfortable with different prompts during the photos to try and make it look more natural and get our minds off of pictures with minimal effort on our part. Our photos look amazing, and they will be something we look at and cherish for a long time (her sneak peeks on Facebook/Instagram are the best, especially the captions she comes up with). We will be using Tara for more photo events in the future, as we have already used her skills for our wedding photography and a fall photo shoot the week after.
Don't hesitate to reach out to Tara if you are interested in her photos, editing style, social media posts, etc. She will give you all of the information you need, answer any of your questions, and make sure she knows exactly what you're looking for (which I really liked, because I often feel like I am under explaining what I want and Tara did not miss a thing).
She is also amazing at photographing kids!! Major plus when we were trying to wrangle 4 kids under the age of 5 that had not napped.

Tara is an incredible photographer! Not only did she take specific shots requested but she went above and beyond to capture all of them. There are so many pictures she took where I didn't even realize she was there next to me taking them. She took our quirky and VERY rustic venue and made it look like a fairytale. She also went above and beyond with special editing requests and she is so kind and patient but is able to direct our wild crowd. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Words cannot express how appreciative and grateful we are for Tara and the incredible job she did photographing our engagement photos and wedding. From an engagement shoot in 90 degree weather, to a second engagement shoot in 26 degree weather, to FINALLY our May Wedding Day – TARA WAS A DREAM! Our wedding day was stress-free, so much fun, and a day that we will treasure forever. Tara and her second shooter Marissa were a huge part of making that day so great for us. They kept us laughing, loving on each other, and made sure we were able to focus on each other without worrying about “behind-the-scene” chaos. I appreciated Tara’s patience, professionalism, and personality that she brought to our wedding day. Tara and Marissa quickly felt like part of the bridal party! After the wedding, we waited patiently for our photos. After seeing the sneak peeks, we knew that we didn’t have to stress about the photos living up to our dreams and expectations. At no surprise, the wait was WELL WORTH IT. Caleb and I laughed and cried looking through all of the photos. Tara captured our day perfectly. Every special moment was caught on camera. Every photo looked natural, organic, and showcase the love that Caleb and I have for each other. None of them looked “posed” or “unnatural.”
