Hiring Kate was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. I honestly have no idea how we would have gotten through the months leading up to the wedding and the day of without Kate and her team. From the beginning Kate was above and beyond organized and professional. She has an online planning system that has everything you need in one place. She was also very proactive about setting up zoom meetings with us and getting everything organized so we were pretty much ready to go a month in advance. This was extremely important to us because I had to take a board exam for medical school a week before the wedding. Kate was in contact with all of our other vendors so I didn’t have to worry at all and could just focus on my exam. The day of the wedding Kate and her team had a solution for literally everything from my dress falling off because I had lost weight to having to move everything inside due to rain. They are also truly kind, genuine people who bring good vibes and intention to every meeting and interaction. We really felt like Kate both wanted to get to know who we were as people as well as where we were coming from during the planning process. Kate and her team are truly the best!

We recently eloped to the Cascade Mountains (all the way from Chicago) and the entire experience went off without a hitch, thanks to Kate's guidance and wisdom. What was so impressive and special about the experience was Kate's ability to connect with us, even over Zoom meetings, and integrate what we wanted for our elopement with her understanding of how to make that happens. Communication with Kate was simple, quick and always helpful. Kate saved the day for us! My husband and I had a very small wedding ceremony in September 2020 on our original wedding date, but had always planned to have a larger wedding when COVID became more manageable. Fast forward to 2022, our wedding was coming up at the end of March and we had no idea what to do for our ceremony. We knew we wanted to have a ceremony again so our friends and family could share in that experience, but we were at a loss for what to include in this "second" marriage ceremony (everything online was about a second marriage after a divorce - not our situation!).
