The Grandstand is an open air, covered stadium with theatre-style seating that offers access to consessions, betting windows, the paddock and track apron. The Grandstand can accommodate 3,000 guests. The Party Suite is a climate-controlled room with an excellent view of the finish line and private restrooms. The Party Suite is a great space for luncheons and other events. It accommodates 100 guests. The Veranda is an outdoor, covered area just past the finish line with a stunning view of the track. It is directly across from the winner’s circle and can accommodate 40 guests. The second floor of the Clubhouse is an enclosed, climate-controlled space with theatre-style seating and room for tables. It can accommodate 215 guests. The Skype Terrace Dining Room is located on the third floor of the Clubhouse and overlooks the entire track. It features fine dining options, panoramic views, and upscale decor. It can accommodate 70 guests. The Trackside Pavilion is located in the picnic area and great for large events. There is room for tents and close to the racing action. This outdoor area can accommodate 1,000 guests.

Their reception packages include butler served hors d’oeuvres, rolls and salads served tableside, a three course menu or grand buffet and wedding cake cutting and serving. They also offer a four hour call brand open bar, four hour premium open bar and a hosted bar on consumption.
