If your looking for bbq for your wedding the search is over! I had ribs, chicken, delicious baked beans, corn bread, salad, mac & chesse for rehearsal dinner. My family and I are very picky and selective when it comes to food but, this food was amazing. The ribs were cooked perfect and if you know anything about ribs you know they take time and are hard to master perfectly. The chicken was delicious and also cooked right! Beans are a must! Everything was delicious. Tom and Shelly are amazing people. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. They are very professional and I guarantee they will exceed your expectations! They provide a great menu of food selections to customize your wedding or any other events! Check them out.

We hired Tom and his lovely crew to come up to Gualala, CA to cater our wedding on my family's property. We hired them before we did a tasting and were not disappointing! We got to try their BBQ chicken which we were going to serve as well as the Marinated Tri-tip, both were excellent! We had guests raving about that Tri-tip, saying it was the best they had ever had! Kudos to S'wine Country! They were so easy to work with and the food was perfect! My husband especially loved the salad! Thank you so much all of you!

All I can say is yum! The food is off the charts. The people (Tom especially) are easy to work with and very accommodating.
I still have wedding guests calling me to get their number.
Tom and his crew were so easy going when we switched up a few things at the end. They just went with the flow.
He even provided a bar tender for us!
