My husband and I had a Sweet Grace wedding cake included in our package with our reception venue, and on top of that, it was highly recommended by our wedding planner. We went to a cake tasting so that we could choose flavors and design, and scheduling was super easy. We tried a few flavor combinations and there was plenty of cake to count as lunch if that's your style. We were interested in a lemon flavor for our brunch reception, and though that wasn't available at the tasting, the designer who met with us helped us choose coordinating flavors (we landed on an incredible raspberry filling and a light vanilla buttercream). My husband took the lead on the design of the cake and the designer was excited to add some unique touches like whole and sliced lemons instead of flowers. The week of my wedding, I received a call from one of the bakers that they had been working to figure out how to candy lemons so they continued to look beautiful for extended periods of time (a new feat for the shop) and assured me that he had many solutions available, including having the lemons fresh cut by the chef at the reception location, whom they work closely with. It was comforting to be kept in the loop so that no surprises happened the day of! I have to say, this was not a "wedding cake" as you've experienced before - it was a sweet lemony, fruity cloud of tastiness. MULTIPLE guests made a point to tell us how much, to their surprise, they enjoyed the cake. It was exactly what we wanted in both aesthetic and flavor. I can't wait to eat the anniversary tier they included for us next June!

My wedding cake was absolutely delicious and looked exactly how I wanted it to look! It was really a beautiful cake! I have a peanut allergy and Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure all of my needs were met. I did not have to worry about anything, which was such a huge relief!! Having a peanut free cake was something I was very worried about. I wanted to make sure I could eat the cake at my own wedding. Lisa was great throughout the whole process and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Sweet Grace!!

My guests could not stop raving about how delicious, moist, and decadent my wedding cake was. Not to mention a true work of art. It was so elegant you almost wouldn't want to eat it until you took a bite, and then you would not want to stop eating it! Lisa was professional and set up a nice intimate cake taste testing for us. All her flavors were top-notch. My husband and I chose the pink champagne with strawberry buttercream. I cannot give this cake enough praise. I am so happy we found her and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cake for any occasion. We will be using her again for sure!!

Sweet Grace deserves a 10 out of 5. Lisa is very professioal and extreamly creative. She is always prompt and her cakes are PERFECT!. i have never been disappointed. and will never use another cake designer again.

There are not enough stars for Sweet Grace! The cake was perfection and delicious and a pleasure to work with!! My gorgeous cake was exactly what I wanted!!

Lisa at Sweet Grace is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to create a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS cake that didn't break the bank! We went with the pink champagne cake with a layer of strawberry buttercream in the middle, coated with vanilla buttercream. I would highly recommend this combination -the pink champagne cake is unique and extremely delicious. Lisa was also able to create a personalized cake-topper out of sugar, to match our wedding theme. The cake was a HUGE hit at out wedding, with several guests actually requesting extra cake! Lisa also creates a special anniversary tier of your same cake for you, so you don't have to worry about saving any of the cake that is served at the wedding. I will be shocked if our anniversary tier makes it the full year without us eating it!

Lisa designed a Victoria Secret inspired Sweet 16 cake for my daughter. The cake was simply stunning! Better yet, it tasted as amazing as it looked!

Lisa made me the two most wonderful cakes for my 2 daughters who celebrated their First Holy Communion and Confirmation this May 1st 2016. The cakes were both exquisite, elegant and absolutely delicious. It is a true blessing that I was able to find someone who could make the cakes that I envisioned perfectly and it helped that I live nearby in Bergen County NJ. I highly recommend Sweet Grace's beautiful cakes for any party event; and I also want to mention that Lisa was such a pleasure to work with.

Where do I begin? Lisa was amazing from start to finish!! I loved everything about my wedding cake. She did such an amazing job with the design and taste was wonderful! I will definitely use her for other future celebrations!!
