So delicious!

My husband and I had a Sweet Grace wedding cake included in our package with our reception venue, and on top of that, it was highly recommended by our wedding planner. We went to a cake tasting so that we could choose flavors and design, and scheduling was super easy. We tried a few flavor combinations and there was plenty of cake to count as lunch if that's your style. We were interested in a lemon flavor for our brunch reception, and though that wasn't available at the tasting, the designer who met with us helped us choose coordinating flavors (we landed on an incredible raspberry filling and a light vanilla buttercream). My husband took the lead on the design of the cake and the designer was excited to add some unique touches like whole and sliced lemons instead of flowers. The week of my wedding, I received a call from one of the bakers that they had been working to figure out how to candy lemons so they continued to look beautiful for extended periods of time (a new feat for the shop) and assured me that he had many solutions available, including having the lemons fresh cut by the chef at the reception location, whom they work closely with. It was comforting to be kept in the loop so that no surprises happened the day of! I have to say, this was not a "wedding cake" as you've experienced before - it was a sweet lemony, fruity cloud of tastiness. MULTIPLE guests made a point to tell us how much, to their surprise, they enjoyed the cake. It was exactly what we wanted in both aesthetic and flavor. I can't wait to eat the anniversary tier they included for us next June!

Delicious and Beautiful Cake!

My wedding cake was absolutely delicious and looked exactly how I wanted it to look! It was really a beautiful cake! I have a peanut allergy and Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure all of my needs were met. I did not have to worry about anything, which was such a huge relief!! Having a peanut free cake was something I was very worried about. I wanted to make sure I could eat the cake at my own wedding. Lisa was great throughout the whole process and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Sweet Grace!!

My guests could not stop raving about how delicious, moist, and decadent my wedding cake was. Not to mention a true work of art. It was so elegant you almost wouldn't want to eat it until you took a bite, and then you would not want to stop eating it! Lisa was professional and set up a nice intimate cake taste testing for us. All her flavors were top-notch. My husband and I chose the pink champagne with strawberry buttercream. I cannot give this cake enough praise. I am so happy we found her and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cake for any occasion. We will be using her again for sure!!

Sweet Grace deserves a 10 out of 5. Lisa is very professioal and extreamly creative. She is always prompt and her cakes are PERFECT!. i have never been disappointed. and will never use another cake designer again.

There are not enough stars for Sweet Grace! The cake was perfection and delicious and a pleasure to work with!! My gorgeous cake was exactly what I wanted!!

Lisa at Sweet Grace is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to create a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS cake that didn't break the bank! We went with the pink champagne cake with a layer of strawberry buttercream in the middle, coated with vanilla buttercream. I would highly recommend this combination -the pink champagne cake is unique and extremely delicious. Lisa was also able to create a personalized cake-topper out of sugar, to match our wedding theme. The cake was a HUGE hit at out wedding, with several guests actually requesting extra cake! Lisa also creates a special anniversary tier of your same cake for you, so you don't have to worry about saving any of the cake that is served at the wedding. I will be shocked if our anniversary tier makes it the full year without us eating it!

Lisa made me the two most wonderful cakes for my 2 daughters who celebrated their First Holy Communion and Confirmation this May 1st 2016. The cakes were both exquisite, elegant and absolutely delicious. It is a true blessing that I was able to find someone who could make the cakes that I envisioned perfectly and it helped that I live nearby in Bergen County NJ. I highly recommend Sweet Grace's beautiful cakes for any party event; and I also want to mention that Lisa was such a pleasure to work with.

I was looking for a minnie mouse cake for my daughter's third birthday party to match the birthday theme and came across Sweet Grace Designs on google search. The pictures looked inviting. I emailed Lisa with my requirement. She was very prompt with all her responses and accomodated my request without any hassles. I even requested a really early morning pick up and she was gracious enough to come in that early for me. I must say that the cake was ABSOLUETLY GORGEOUS! It looked much better in person than the online photos can do justice. It was IMPECCABLE. Simply a flawless cake! The final test came with tasting the cake. I had a party for about 30 toddlers and many adults and EVERYONE SIMPLY LOVED IT!! I received so many compliments on the design of the cake and more so for the taste of it!! I ordered a two tired minnie mouse cake and there was not a morsel left over! It was a chocolate cake with vanilla filling and it was absolutely scrumptious. I would highly recommend Sweet Grace Design for all ur cake needs and hoping to have many more events in future with an opportunity to order a cake from them. Lisa is very friendly and professional. Very good service.

This was one of the "smoothest" transactions ever! Lisa from Sweet Grace was very attentive to my requests, quick to respond to all my queries, and helpful throughout the entire process.
All my guests were in awe of the beautiful cake and many had second helpings because the cake was so moist and delicious! I ordered a two tier cake- pink champagne cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
I can not wait to celebrate another milestone so that I can order more cake from Sweet Grace, Cake Designs!

My husband and I recently had a gender reveal party, Sweet Grace provided our cake revealing the baby's gender and it came out absolutely perfect! It was delicious and our family and friends absolutely loved the sweet design, the cake was moist and perfectly sweet. I highly reccomend Sweet Grace Cakes for any occasion. The quality, value and taste of the cake is amazing and Lisa was so helpful and professional. We loved working with her and look forward to using her for plenty more events in our future.

I have used Sweet Grace for all my special events. My best friends bridal shower and most recently my husband's 40th birthday. I sent them a photo of what I wanted and Lisa followed through even suggesting perfect placement of some inages I wanted on the cake. The cake was AMAZING! All my guests were in awe. I am so happy I found Seeet Grace and bonus is that they are readonably priced. P.S. My son has 16th birthday in March I will be using them again.

I was on the hunt for the most beautiful cake for my daughter's 1st birthday when I discovered Sweet Grace. I took a chance and ordered through email with my fingers tightly crossed. I had no idea what to expect but not only was the cake beautifully tiered and intricately decorated just as photographed on the website, but it was dense, moist and outrageously delicious too. This cake crossed state borders to arrive for my daughter's birthday and it was more than worth it. I'm looking forward to the next event, holiday or excuse to order again. I'm beyond impressed and definitely a new and loyal fan!!!

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was referred to her by a friend that used her for a couple of prior events and her cakes were thoroughly enjoyed then. Lisa created my beautiful wedding cake and surprise groom cake! The cakes were exactly as I had envisioned, them, if not better! We chose a pink champagne cake with meringue filling which was so different and delicious. It melted in your mouth! A few weeks prior to my wedding I decided on a grooms cake for my die hard Islander fan of a husband. Lisa created a Stanley cup cake with a NY Islanders puck on the side. It was amazing and the talk of the wedding! Lisa was so easy to work with, so responsive, and so talented! Can’t wait to order another cake from her!

I am writing this review and I hope you took the time to read what I have to say I was looking on the Internet searching for someone to make the most magnificent bridal shower cake for my daughter I found a picture and I search locally with just your basic bridal shower cakes and that it wanted I had a picture of the cake that I want to duplicated. And I found sweet grace her pictures of her cakes do not do her justice I cannot explain to you the detail and the time that went into my daughters cake not only was it the focal point that everyone was talking about pictures were taken and when it was cut it was absolutely delicious. I never even met Lisa I sent her a picture She had my phone number in my email and I prayed that when my cake was delivered the day of my daughter's bridal shower it would look close to what the picture was when the cake arrived I was in tears she is unbelievable the cake was absolutely gorgeous people were walking up to the cake looking at the flowers thinking that they were silk flowers put onto the cake I cannot even describe how she completed my day. Anyone that is thinking of using her please do you will be so happy she is so talented I could go on and on but you pay for what you get and her time was worth every penny. Again if you are in anyway not sure if you should purchase a cake from Sweet Grace please do so. Lisa if you are reading this again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my daughter's bridal shower perfect.

A consummate professional, Lisa made the cake I had been imagining with ease and speed, after I bailed out of an order that had been languishing in another bakers's email box for days. I t was such a pleasure, and relief to put my dream in her capable hands and the baby shower cake was even more than I asked for with thoughtful design elements that enhanced it immeasurably. And it was mouthwatering lay delicious too!! I'm so grateful to have found her!!

I was organising a very special baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law - special as I am in London and the shower was in NJ. From my very first contact with Sweet Grace, I was immediately made to feel at ease. Lisa was magnificent in her attention to detail, creative ideas and finally product. The cake was of course an artistic master piece but the "icing on the cake" (no pun intended) was how delicious the cake tasted. Guests raved about the cake for hours and folks were taking second and third helpings! We had a buttercream frosting, yellow cake with strawberry buttercream filling... for that special occasion, Sweet Grace takes the cake!

I planned this event remotely. Although i am from NYC I current live in Georgia, had no idea of whom I should work with for a cake & would not have an opportunity to taste test prior to the event. These obstacles did not prevent Lisa from offering EXCELLENT, timely and & all around professional customer service. The cake was so much more beautiful than expected, tasted great and arrived on time! If I lived in the area, Lisa would definitely be my go to baker.

I ordered a surprise groom's cake for my husband for our wedding reception through Lisa at Sweet Grace and was absolutely thrilled at how it turned out! I wanted the cake to look like an NFL jersey of my husband's favorite football team and went with Sweet Grace because of a picture on their website of another NFL jersey cake they've previously done. And the cake I ordered turned out exactly how I imagined! My guests, my husband, and I were so impressed by how great it looked and it had everyone talking at the reception. Unfortunately we only got to eat the one small bite that we fed each other during the cake cutting, because once it was sliced it was snatched up quickly, but it was delicious! I felt like, for the quality, the price was very good and am so happy in the decision to order this cake from Sweet Grace. I would absolutely recommend them and would order from here again!

I requested a custom order of 20 cupcakes and a small cake to make a cupcake/cake tower with a sheep theme and Lisa did a phenomenal job. She made it perfect and exactly like the picture that I requested with. I ordered vanilla creme, chocolate creme, and red velvet and they were all DELICIOUS! They were truly the highlight of the shower. Lisa is very professional, nice, and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

lisa from sweet grace cake designs created a BEAUTIFUL rendition of our daughter's chosen design. it was a chocolate cake, mocha filling, white buttercream frosting decorated in natural vines and pinecones. not only was the cake beautiful, but i am still dreaming about the two pieces i had- perfect in every way. moist but not too moist, sweet but not too sweet, great texture. everyone was raving about it.

After searching for a custom baker, my search is finally over with Sweet Grace! The cake was absolutely beautiful - it became the centerpiece of my shower. In addition to being gorgeous, the taste was amazing. I throw parties very frequently and have found that with so many custom cakes, the appearance is fantastic but the taste is subpar. Not with Sweet Grace. The chocolate cake tasted almost better than it looked. In addition, Lisa was professional, accommodating and responsive. A snow storm was predicted and she worked with us to ensure that we would have our cake - snow or not. I give Lisa my highest praise and will certainly be going back again!

Lisa is so talented!!! I chose a Willy Wonka theme for my son's second Birthday and the cake she designed was perfect. I live over an hour away and he setup a delivery service to bring the cake to me. I highly recommend using her for any celebration!!! I will be using her again in the future. I wanted something fun & unique for my daughter's 21st birthday, and I ordered it last minute (only 2 days prior to when they actually had to deliver it (which was in bad winter weather, too!)), but Sweet Grace Cake Designs delivered (no pun intended, lol) and then some! My daughter was so happily surprised to get the best 21st birthday cake delivered to her college dorm, and Sweet Grace really pulled it off for us! My daughter said it tasted as great as it looked! I was so relieved that I picked the right design baker for this project :) TYTYTYTY, from the bottom of our hearts! I will definitely use your product & service again, and I recommend them to anyone & everyone! It's not cheap, but definitely worth it the money we spent!!!

My mother in law and good friend enlisted Sweet Grace to create my baby shower red velvet cake in December of 2013. The cake was not only beautifully designed but absolutely delicious as well. As my daughter's first birthday approached a few weeks ago, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Lisa to design yet another one of her edible masterpieces. Once again, she didn't disappoint. This time around I opted for vanilla/vanilla buttercream. The cake was such a hit that one of the party attendees had 4 slices in 1 sitting! I was so pleased that I recommended her services to a number of friends. If you are looking for a cake for a special occasion or simply just because, Sweet Grace is the way to go.

I normally don't write reviews but I had to write one for the excellent experience I has with Lisa. Lisa was absolutely amazing. I booked an appointment for a tasting after reading such excellent reviews about Sweet Grace and Lisa. It turned out to be better then expected. I brought in a picture of a cake I wanted and she replicated the cake so perfectly!!! I would say if you are looking for a place to do your cake look no further Sweet Grace is the place!!! Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!

The most splendid cake ever! Lisa took a cake I chose from her site and made creative suggestions to cater to our event. The cake was absolutely amazing. My guests could not get over the fact that it was delicious on top of being so beautiful. The embellishments were just perfect. I rarely refer people for fear of getting blamed, but I referred her to none other than my boss-- so you can get an idea of how confident I am. The whole experience was easy and excellent!

Lisa at Sweet Grace listened to what we wanted for our Tibetan Buddhist event -- I sketched the cake -- Buddhist flag pattern on the bottom tier -- with the Sakya flag pattern on the top tier; photo of the director we were honoring on top with a lotus. It was the most unique cake -- and a huge hit. Cell phones were out and pictures of the cake went to Nepal and India. Lisa also researched the flag pattern for authenticity. Lisa designed not only the most beautiful cake, but a DELICIOUS cake as well! The cake was a replica of a car and it was spot on and the hit/focal point of the party. The service Lisa provided was exceeding over the top from the beginning to the end. She is very professional and has lots of confident that she can make your dreams come true by designing you a cake like no other. My cake was for my daughter's baby shower; a winnie pooh cake. This cake had lots of details that Lisa was very persistent to make. If you look at the winnie pooh cake with his friends sitting under the tree; it looks like a picture but it is a fascinating cake designed by Sweet Grace.

Amazing craftsmanship on both our wedding & baby showed cakes. First cake was a custom mustang gt with a baby wearing shades in the driver seat ! Sweet Grace did the cake for my daughter's Quinceanera and it was amazingly beautiful and delicious. We communicated via email and responses were very quick and at last minute I realized I needed more cake and it what taken care of without a hitch. I ordered a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. The theme was minnie mouse. I wanted a 3 tier cake with 3 different flavors for each tier. Lisa was very responsive from my 1st email on queries. Lisa is very creative and artistic. She gave us exact picture of how the cake would be during our consultation and the cake came out even more beautiful. She also suggested cost effective alternatives. The cake was so lovely all the guests in our party had all the 3 flavors.

It has been 3 days since the party and i am still gourding on the left over cakes and it is still moist and yummy.

I ordered a five tier birthday cake and 25 cupcakes for my daughter's pink and lavender candy themed Sweet 16. We wanted something playful yet elegant and the cake was absolutely beautiful. Lisa made it a perfect shade of lavender and artfully scattered purple and pink m&m's on the tiers. It was exactly what we had discussed and elegantly picked up on the candy theme. The cupcakes were beautifully decorated again incorporating the candy theme with hand made candy decorations. Best of all the cakes were light and moist and the icing delicious without being overly sweet...the BEST cakes I have ever had!!!

My experience with Sweet Grace Cake Design was really great.
I have a severe soy allergy: when I started looking for a wedding cake I quickly realized that it would had been close to a nightmare to find a baker that could (or would) actually bake a soy-free cake.
Finding Lisa was like turning the nightmare into a dream. She proved to be extremely professional, and devoted time and effort to find a way to bake a soy-free cake for us. The final product was not only “safe” but also beautiful and extremely tasteful.
Our guests loved the cake – none of them left even a tiny bit of the cake – and several asked for a second slice.
I highly recommend Sweet Grace Cake design!

Our bridal shower cake was an absolute hit! It totally exceeded my expectations and wowed my guests! The attention to detail was amazing yet the taste and quality of the cake were raved about as well. Sweet Grace exceeded my expectations. I have never bought a cake from other than at a local bakery. But, I wanted something special for my daughter's Bridal Shower. She is a big fan of Alice in Wonderland and I saw that Sweet Grace had many choices. Lisa at Sweet Grace was great to work with. Lisa answered all of my questions immediately and in detail. Finding Sweet Grace Cake Designs was pure luck! After the tasting at my wedding venue we knew we could not use the cake they provided, it was tasteless and dense, like a brick! We started our search for a wedding cake that looked and tasted great, which turned out to be the most difficult search of the wedding! My poor family endured tasting after tasting with us, all of us shocked at how hard it was to find a cake that tasted good! After our 7th bakery I was searching on Wedding Wire when I found that every review of Sweet Grace said how delicious and gorgeous her cakes were, I had hope again! I went to the tasting with my mom and aunt and we were all completely floored at how amazing the samples were. I was tempted to go with the Pink Champagne cake, after reading so many reviews on it. It was so different and tasted great....but then I tasted the chocolate cake, and literally died and went to heaven! I have never in my life tasted a chocolate cake that was so moist and full of flavor, better than Grandma used to make! We decided on the chocolate cake with homemade strawberry preserves mixed with butter cream as the filling (YUM). Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with, and very accommodating for a bride working full time during the day and planning a wedding in the evening. It was very easy to communicate via email and her responses were always very prompt (this was not the case with other vendors that insist you call during business hours for anything). She worked with us to create our vision for the wedding cake, and it turned out to be even more beautiful than we pictured. I also did a groom's cake of a Mac laptop that was phenomenal, people thought it was a real computer for them to type in memories at the wedding! We couldn't have been happier with the cakes, they looked and tasted amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the cake was!

I loved that she was so patient as I changed my mind a few times on the cake design. I also loved that I was able to communicate with her through email since it was very difficult for me to get to her. She made it easy for me and delivered the cake for me on time. And the cake not only looked fantastic but tasted AMAZING!!! I trusted my sister's word who had tasted her cake before that it would be good and it certainly was. We had the pink champagne with butter cream icing. The cake itself was SO DELICIOUS and moist! Everyone at the wedding was raving and asked me where I got the cake. I always recommend her. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sweet Grace Cakes and Owner Lisa. The birthday cake she made for my daughter's 1st birthday was perfect in design and taste.

I am a working Mom with long hours and commute to NYC. Working with Lisa was so easy. We communicated over email and payment was done via pay pal. The cake was delivered to our venue timely and I had nothing to worry about.

I couldn't find anyone else to make the cake I wanted at a reasonable price and then my husband found Sweet Grace Cakes online. We decided to take a chance as we were not familiar with their work. Everything worked out perfectly. Next time I need a special cake for an event I am throwing I will definitely be calling Sweet Grace Cakes again.

At first, we were on the fence because we thought it was a bit expensive for a child's birthday party, however, we went ahead and ordered it anyway. We are so happy we did! The cake was a huge hit! Our guests were raving about it. Lisa's creation was more beautiful then we could have ever imagined, and well worth the investment. She did a Finding Nemo for our "under the sea" theme that was out of this world.

There is only one word to describe Lisa and Sweet Grace: amazing! Lisa did three cakes for me: my bridal shower cake, our wedding cake, and a surprise rehearsal dinner cake for my husband. All three cakes were stunning. For our wedding cake, we showed Lisa a picture of the cake we wanted. The resulting cake was far more beautiful than the picture we showed her. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful it was--even the manager at the venue. The cake was delicious too and Lisa will make a custom flavor for you. I highly recommend Lisa and Sweet Grace!

We decided to use cupcakes from our caterer for our wine-themed wedding but as I was putting together the rehearsal dinner I started thinking about whether we could get some sort of cake that would be wine-oriented. I'm so glad I looked it up! Lisa made us an amazing cake for our rehearsal---it looked like a wine bottle in a wooden crate. It was created using fondant but was vanilla cake with chocolate icing and cinnamon filling and everything loved it. We were giving out bottles of wine we made as favors for the wedding and when I sent Lisa the custom label we'd made for our favors, she used her edible printer to make it the label on the cake's bottle. It was delicious and beautiful and I'm so glad I found Lisa! We saved the bottle to eat on our first anniversary---can't wait for an excuse to order something else from Sweet Grace!

Sweet Grace Cakes actually didn't do my wedding cake, they did the cake for my Bridal Shower! She replicated exactly to a picture I found online and it was just beautiful! She had great suggestions to help keep with the theme of the shower! EVERYONE and I mean everyone would not stop talking about how delicious the cake was! It's very odd you find a cake that tastes as delicious as it looks!!! We had the pink champagne filling which I am still dreaming about :) the owner was sweet, on time and professional!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE sweet grace cakes!

We used Sweet Grace for my Bridal Shower and I am still hearing how delicious the cupcakes were. Not only were they delicious but they were decorated with such detail and looked so beautiful. I am not a big cake/cupcake person but I was told I had to try these and they were so moist and scrumptious, I couldn't stop eating it, which is a rarity. Sweet Grace is a must for anyone looking for a terrific cake or cupcakes.

We had our wedding just as Hurricane Irene was set to pound New York!

While a lot of our vendors cancelled on us, tried to extort us for more money, or didn't take our calls - Lisa was as a treasure to deal with at such a stressful time. Lisa was as gracious & pleasant to deal with, as the very first day we met her for our wedding cake consultation.

Lisa from Sweet Grace Cake designs came though for us in a big way, with a beautiful cake! It was a true realization of a vision that captured my heritage and paid homage to an element of my parents wedding as well. Our guests raved about the the cake being just as delicious, as it was gorgeous!

I worked with Lisa who is the baker and she definitely helped bring my vision to life. She was very accomodating because we were able to talk alot through email. We had her red velvet cake which is out of this world and everyone loved it. I am not a red velvet kind of girl because of other red velvet cakes that I had but Lisa's red velvet was different. It was moist and all of the flavors worked together, one flavor didn't over power another. I also had Lisa bake a basketball cake as my surprise grooms cake and it came out absolutely perfect...it really looked like a real life basketball. You can't go wrong with Sweet Grace Cake Designs.

Sweet Grace made a groom's cake as a surprise for my fiance - an exact replica of his English Bulldog, Dino. When John and I showed up at the rehearsal dinner I was blown away - the cake looked absolutely amazing! John couldn't believe it was for him and it was an edible cake...it looked so real!!!! Not only did it look incredible it tasted even better!! The red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was the best!!! I was so pleased with the service from the very start. Lisa was so enthusiastic about the design which made me really comfortable about the purchase. I trusted her and the cake was a huge hit!! Sweet Grace, what a most appropriate NAME!!!!! This lady was definitely sent to me from above!!! I found her, by God's "GRACE" at a time when another baker decided to back out at the last minute without any prior notice and with such unprofessionalism. When I was brought to Sweet Grace, not only did she offer the assignment in less than a 2 week notice, she did an absolutely OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! I wanted her to make a came for my groom as a replica of a Gucci Cap - she duplicated that hat perfectly!!!! And, I also told her that my groom like to drink Guiness Stout Beer - well, instead of making a cake in the shape of a beer bottle, she made an actual BEER BOTTLE of a dark brown sugar - if you didn't know any better, you'd think you were lookijng at an empty Guiness beer bottle!!!! So, not only is she a gift from Heaven, she is an artist, a fantastic baker and a true delight!!!!! She arrived on time, and everyone's mouth just dropped at the gorgeous arrangments she had put together - I will definitely pass her name on to more to come!!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!! Oh, and I also chose the Pink Champayne - Very Very Moist - YUM!!!!!

I found a picture of the cake I wanted and Sweet grace Cakes walked me through how she would decorate it to make it perfect. And perfect is exacly what she did. Plus the taste was amazing. My cake was red velvet and pink champagne. Everyone loved it so much. I had also used Sweet Grace for cupcakes for my bridal shower as a preview taste to the wedding. I highly recommend her work, she is reliable and makes stuff the way you want it. My biggest thing throughout the wedding was food and dessert, because that's what most people come for and it turned out to be wonderful. I highly recommend Sweet Grace, even for everyday cakes. I tasted a lot of cakes before choosing her and found differences in everyone's cake formulas! Sweet Grace is the best that I have found!!

I asked her to make two cakes. One traditional wedding cake, plus a fun Super Mario Bros, cake for my groom as a surprise. Both cakes were perfect and delicios and very reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend her and use her again if I need another cake for anything.

We had a great experience working with Lisa from Sweet Grace Cake Designs. My husband and I reached out to her about two months before our wedding, with only a handful of open days that we could meet to do a tasting. Lisa got back to us immediately and told us that she could not only work around our schedule, but offered to either have us come to her shop or have her come to us for a tasting and meet at a convenient location. The entire process was fun and stress-free. She even let me have the cake topper be shipped directly to her shop, and put it on the top of our cake the day of our wedding for us (one less thing for us to worry about!) Not to mention her cakes were delicious! We ended up going with her famous strawberry champagne cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. I recommend doing a little research and going in to the tasting with somewhat of a vision - that way, she'll be able to swiftly help you make your vision come to life. We can't recommend Sweet Grace Cake's enough!

Her cakes are true to the picture design on the website. She did such a wonderful job with our wedding cake. My husband, our families, and guests were are very impressed with the appearance of the cake. To be honest, when people saw the cake or see a picture of it, they are amazed. Also, she has good cost effective ideas. We were very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend her.

I was in charge of a retirement luncheon for a prestigious official and chose Sweet Grace to provide a stand-out cake. The cake she provided was extraordinary. Designed as a stack of legal books, topped with a gavel, our guests marveled at the realistic design of the cake. Delivery and order coordination was uncomplicated. Calls and emails were promptly answered. Custom cakes are expensive, but worth the expense for those special occasions. I was very satisfied with the service and the product provided by Sweet Grace.

We ordered this cake for our Grandson's first birthday. At first, we were on the fence because we thought it was a bit expensive for a children's birthday party, but we went ahead and ordered it. It was a HIT! People couldn't stop talking about it. The cake was more beautiful then the picture we sent her! Since it was fondant, we were expecting the cake not to be too tasty. It was delicious! I rated her a 4 on flexibility because it is by appointment. However, I was supposed to pick it up at 9:00 AM, and she was there waiting for me and explained in detail how to take care of the cake until the party, how to cut it, etc. I can't wait to see what we'll order for his next birthday!

We used Lisa at Sweet Grace for our Wedding Cake and were very satisfied! The tasting appointment was delicious and made us feel comfortable as we made our choices for a pink champagne cake with raspberry buttercream frosting. Can't stop thinking about this cake.

Sweet Grace was recommended to my wife and me through our venue. It was the best cake we've ever tasted. Every single guest finished their plates at the reception. The cake was so good, that we even ate half our topper before the traditional freezing. The next time I need a cake for a party, Sweet Grace will be my first call.
