My husband and I can’t say enough about SWAY. This duo is incredible. I am so glad webhired day-of coordination, and Vicki and Melissa made sure nothing was missed. And I’m pretty convinced they are the reason the sun made its way out after a rainy wedding day about 2 minutes before our ceremony started!

Melissa and the SWAY team were absolutely incredible!! My husband and I had no idea what we were doing planning our wedding so we decided to hire Melissa for day-of-coordination. She went above and beyond and made the planning process stress free and fun! Her communication, professionalism, fun loving attitude and kindness was more than we could have wished for! When the actual wedding day came, Melissa made sure that we relaxed and focused on having a good time. She took care of everything from setting up the venue and communicating with vendors to holding crying babies and ordering McDonald’s for kids having meltdowns. We seriously can’t recommend the SWAY team enough!! Thank you for making our wedding more special than we ever could have imagined!

I just got to start off by saying that Melissa and Vicki are amazing, I love their personalities and they will become your bestfriends! We met them back in May 2018 at my husband's and I cousin-in-laws wedding. As we were in the wedding party, we got to see them work their magic and we were amazed! They made the whole day go smooth and stress free for everyone! So as soon as my husband and I became engaged in 2018 we knew we had to hire them. We hired Melissa and Vicki as day of coordinators, and right off the start they were on top of it! Our original wedding date was supposed to be in June 2020, but just like many other 2020 couples, we had to postpone our wedding to Feb. 2021 due to COVID. With all the uncertainties, in September we decided to bring our wedding back to 2020 and got married in October! With all the craziness and only having about a month to get everything planned out, I couldn't have done it without these girls!! They made sure we got all the vendors we needed, and helped us find a new venue, since the one I originally had was still closed down. Not only were they on top of the wedding but they always made sure we weren't stressing out about the planning. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as I knew it would go, even with pouring rain that never stopped lol. I can't give these girls enough credit for all they did for us! And even though my wedding didn't go as originally planned, they still made sure we still got the perfect wedding!
