Vicki helped with a lot more than I expected and was super responsive to my texts on quick questions for how to setup and organize different aspects. Even helped look over the invitation wording so it made sense. Day-of I barely had to think about anything (I could have done less I'm sure, but I can't help myself). She had all my timing notes and made sure the vendors were on track - I got to have fun and didn't even remember the cleanup at the end of the night!

It was such a pleasure to work with SWAY Events! Their customer service was great. They are reliable, flexible and very professional! Easy to communicate with. They kept me on track and focused (I had a lot going on at the time). Without them, I wpuldnt have been able to execute my vision of our 10 year renewal. I will for sure use them again!

Words cannot express the love and attention SWAY puts into their work. Melissa, Vicki and Deja'Nay are absolute magicians at wedding planning. From months before, helping us find more information about vendors, assisting with communications, giving recommendations for decorations or just keeping us sane the day of, they had everything covered. Deja'Nay was flawless in her organization of the day and she nailed our vision. We had our stressors but she checked in on both me and the groom the whole morning making sure we had water, that we were relaxing and weren't freaking out too much. Everything went so smoothly that we hardly even noticed how fast the day went by. All the small personal touches the SWAY team included in our day made for an even more memorable experience. They took everything we said into consideration, no matter how small the ask was. The moment a doubt or concern came into my head, they squashed it. I could not recommend SWAY more. They're top notch professionals that I would work with again in a heartbeat if I ever got the chance.

We got married outside in a state park setting with about 140 friends and family members. Because of SWAY, we can close our eyes and remember every moment of our beautiful day. SWAY is professional, affable and unflappable. Not have experienced many weddings ourselves, SWAY had all of the tip and tricks that made each family member feel welcome and honored. Melissa and the SWAY team were absolutely incredible!! My husband and I had no idea what we were doing planning our wedding so we decided to hire Melissa for day-of-coordination.
