Kelly was a God sent. I am very particular about my hair. My sister owns a hair solon and highlights my hair. She knows how meticulous I am and how important my hair is to me. I have very fine hair and need all that I had. She was raving about Kelly and told me I had to get hair extensions and highly recommended Kelly. I went to see Kelly and she was AMAZING!!!
