We got engaged in May and decided to get married in August last year because my fiancé at the time was taking a new job and we were gonna be moving out of state. we called around a different wedding venues, but as you can imagine that short of notice, nothing was available so we decided to have an outdoor wedding. I called superior tents and spoke to Cindy in the office. She was extremely helpful knowledgeable about all the different items that we might need for the wedding even reminded me of things that I didn’t think of. She assured me that this would be a beautiful event and they would set up a couple days early to allow us time to decorate underneath. She immediately gave me a quote and then emailed it over so my fiancé and I could review it. I called her the next day and booked the reservation. Most places require a huge deposit. She told me not to worry they would just collect the payment when they set up the tent. The set up crew called when they were on their way over and showed up right on time. They asked us where we wanted the the tent and set it up perfectly. Their entire crew was so friendly and helpful. My wedding turned out amazing!

We waited until the last minute to rent a tent for our outdoor wedding ceremony, Superior Tents saved us! They were flexible with when we wanted them to come on such short notice, and were done setting up within an hour! They came the day before the wedding to set up and the day after to take down, we didn't have to deal with trying to set it up ourselves, which saved us a lot of stress! And the tent was very reasonably priced considering the size of it!

Superior Tents destroyed my wedding. The Canopiys collapsed during the vow exchange. It destroy the tables and the food tables. The worst was my wedding cake. Never even apologized and wouldn't even recoiup any of the costs. All he wanted was the money. Never use this company again.
