For Elia, the best wedding planner in this world … From planning a wedding overseas, to postponing it due to Covid, Elia was fantastic and patiently helping us plan every step of the way. Without any hesitation, he was available at all hours of the day and weekend (without with 6hr difference), dealt with all of the vendors on my behalf, and made sure I was happy every time we spoke. He genuinely managed all of the headaches of wedding planning and did so with a smile every time. Rescheduling due to Covid was no small task, but Elia delivered on every single detail (including dealing with Customs!). He helped manage transportation details for all of my international guests, Covid testing, and thought of every small aspect that I did not think of, to ensure a perfect few days for everyone involved. The day of wedding, Elia was present from the top of the morning to end of wedding (3am) organizing all of the vendors, managing the guests, and checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were content. Having someone there take care of everything else, truly left us enjoying our guests, the venue, and our wedding day without any concerns. Everything turned out beautifully and perfect all thanks to Elia and his amazing attention to detail and calm approach to everything. This wedding is one to be talked about amongst all of my guests for the rest of their lives. My husband and I are so so happy with how everything turned out, all thanks to Elia. Our wedding in Florence was the most beautiful experience in our life. The Moretti Events Team did such a fantastic job to make this week-end of celebrations fabulous. They went above and beyond to make our tuscan weekend even more extraordinary than we could have ever imagined. From the smallest details to the big picture, everything was flawless. Their dedication and expertise truly made our special day unforgettable.

I just got married on Oct 19th and had been working with the team at Moretti Events for over a year. We traveled across the world with 100 guests and had to last minute move every event due to weather. Silvia, Elia and their team not only made it happen seamlessly but I think made it better than our original plan. I also was adding items and making changes up until the last week and Silvia mad them ALL happen. I truly can’t thank the Moretti Events team enough for putting on a spectacular weekend. It’s hard to plan an event this large from across the world but this is the team to put your faith in. Our guests will not stop raving about it. I wish we could do it all over again because I will miss working with these wonderful people!

What an amazing experience working with Moretti Events, and more so Silvia. Being based in the UK, it is quite daunting and stressful planning a wedding overseas, we had a vision in our head of what you wanted and Silvia exceeded all expectations. Elia and his team (in our case Ezgi) made our Italian dream wedding in Tuscany come true in August 2023! We (a couple from Germany) found Moretti Events online and on Instagram and their fantastic photos of past weddings made us feel super comfortable choosing them as our wedding planners. After having seen their references we did have quite high expectations and we can tell that they even exceeded them! There's not a single detail that could have been improved and we can highly recommend Moretti Events to everybody who's planning to have their wedding in Italy - both from the personal aspect of Elia and his team and from the result they have realized for us. We had an initial call with Elia to set the scene and clarify the basics like budget planning, locations etc. Even though we already had quite concrete plans of how our dream wedding should look like, Elia and team always came up with recommendations and ideas that even exceeded our imagination. We started planning 12 month prior to the wedding date and during that time we were always very relaxed knowing that the team would realize our dreams - just from the communication with Ezgi and Elia. Even though we started planning 12 month ago, due to their experience and connections we are sure they would have been able to realize the wedding in a shorter time. They definitely know how to make you feel comfortable which allows you looking forward to your great day without any stress.
We really appreciated that the first steps of planning were already very transparent with regards to costs, locations and services from external parties. Moretti Events has a very broad range of locations in their portfolio and it was super easy for us to find the perfect venue to host the wedding and accommodate all our guests (we were a rather small group of just 33 people).
The selection of entertainment during the wedding (musicians, bands, DJs, magicians etc) as well as photographers was also very broad and thus, everyone will find their perfect choice. Furthermore, the cooperation with the florist Biancospino Flowers was very nice and they offer anything you can imagine.
