My husband and I got married in August, outside, so we wanted a fun and cold dessert! We immediately thought of Sunshine Sammies, because we already love them so much. Having the Sunshine Sammies truck come out to our wedding was such a blast! It was easy to communicate and coordinate with their team, and we were able to offer a wide selection of made to order ice cream sandwiches for our 100 guests. Went this route instead of a traditional cake for our wedding and was so glad we did. These were a massive hit and also so good. You know its a good place when all of our vendors were hyped we got these and offered them one.

We hired Sunshine Sammies for our summer camp wedding outside of Hendersonville. Susie, the owner, was super easy to work with -- and was also willing to accommodate several guests who were gluten- and dairy-free. The umbrella cart was super cute, and the sammies were delicious!

We used the ice cream truck instead of cake at our wedding and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the ice cream, and the server helped us take cute pictures in the truck. It was delicious and great for a photo op as well!

We saw Sunshine Sammies at another wedding and knew we had to have them at ours! They were great about fitting a catering plan to our needs and the ice cream sandwiches are absolutely delicious! The truck was so fun for everyone to get their sandwiches at the wedding, we loved every bit of it!

You have to have sunshine Sammie’s at your wedding if you’re looking for something delicious and different! We love them outside of our big event, but they were incredible day of. We worked mostly with Susie, and she was so wonderful! We couldn’t appreciate her more.

After a very excellent dessert experience at Sunshine Sammies' brick and mortar store in Asheville, my fiance and I knew we wanted to have sammies instead of cake at our wedding.
