The best DJ we could have imagined for our wedding. Seriously these guys are amazing. They kept everyone on the dance floor through the very last song. Even our grandmothers were out dancing all night long. The string duo during the cocktail hour was a unexpected addition for our guests and the lights sinking to our dance music hit it out of the park! Book them now!

Katy and Zach were awesome to work with! They were the second vendor I booked right behind the venue. I have been to/been in several weddings over the years. Some of them didn’t have a DJ and they lacked direction and something felt like it was missing. I think people forget how important it is to have a host/MC of your party. These guys set the tone for the night. Starting with the amazing string music they offer for the ceremony. They have a huge selection of modern songs that all sound so unique when they play them. Everyone said this was such an elegant touch. Katy did a fantastic job putting together a playlist that complimented us as a couple. Even though we had a small crowd and not very many people were dancing (It was crazy warm outside for an October evening, so everyone was playing the lawn games I had provided) everyone applauded me on how the night just flowed and was magical. I owe this in large part to Katy and Zach. The cherry on top is the unique and fun lighting displays they were able to create at my venue. They even helped light my selfie photo booth after my light failed to work. These guys put together a complete package for me and I never had to worry about a thing when it came to my wedding day music and lighting. Thank you both for making our day perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about this duo! They executed everything perfectly. Would hire again and again.

Katy and Zach played live stringed music before and after our ceremony and then switched over to recorded music during the dinner hour and for the dancing afterwards. We asked them to play classical music around the ceremony and made more eclectic selections for the cocktail hour-- people loved hearing things on stringed instruments that they'd never heard that way before.

Katy's style as a DJ was also just right for us: she isn't the sort who's making a lot of cheesy statements and cajoling people to dance. She just has a great sense of pacing and played the right music at the right times, allowing for a natural ebb and flow throughout the evening. Zach's lighting was also a really nice touch, and something that we hadn't considered adding before hiring them.

We received so many compliments from all of our guests about how wonderful they were, and we think that they added so much to the entire day-- it wouldn't have been the same without them. Additionally, they were very helpful and responsive during our planning time and were just extremely nice people to boot.

These wonderful people are amazingly talented and truly brought something unique and special to this wedding. With so much going on the day of the wedding, Zach and Katy remained steadfast in their talent and duties. It was a relief to have one less thing to navigate the "day of." Thank you Happy Couple Duo!!
