The Sugarloaf Inn is a destination wedding venue located in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. Sitting right on “The Birches” trail at the base of the mountain, this destination venue has panoramic views of Maine countryside. Sugarloaf Inn offers many spaces, each unique in their view and décor, which allows for them to offer any kind of setting you want for your event. In addition to onsite lodging and attractions, Sugarloaf Inn offers in-house catering and full bar.

Our two private rooms offer a series of flexible spaces, allowing us to host events of all styles. We can event adjust the size of our event spaces to meet the needs or your group – big or small. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, corporate retreat, or family reunion, our experienced event staff will handle all the details while you enjoy your mountainside celebration.

The Avery Ballroom:
With dividers that can expand or shrink the size of the room, this is our biggest and most adaptable event space with seating for up to 150! Pair that with beautiful views of the Bigelows and you’ll have a truly special event.

Slopeside Dining Room:
With stunning views of Sugarloaf Mountain, you’ll be amazed by the amount of natural light this flexible event space gets. Private bar access for your event can make it even more memorable!
