**Due to many outdoor weddings in the area we also specialize in a "fake cake". This is a regular tiered cake that has one real tier for the bride and groom to cut during the ceremony. These cake hold up better in summer heat. We can then serve a variety of things in place of the cake: cupcakes, sheet cake or a variety of desserts.
