They were right on time, but there was an overage charge every 15 minutes we weren't aware of until we were already 30 minutes over. Also, a/c didn't work very good - 90 degrees out - but the driver was so nice and very patient. All-in-all a good experience.

This guy was a DISASTER. It probably serves me right for trying to save a few bucks by going with a small, local company. The guy sent us a limobus with NO airconditioning on a 75+ degree day in 89% humidity. The driver was probably about 60 years old and never turned around or said a word to me. My bridal party tells me the only thing he said to them was that YES the A/C was broken and NO they could not open any windows.

Unbeknownst to us, half way through our pictures session, the limo driver left with half of the (drunk) bridal party to go on a beer run. It started to rain. Here are the bride, groom, our parents and siblings standing out in the rain making phone calls to try to figure out where the limo was...

The last straw was when he went to drop us off and I asked him to pull up to the covered entrance to let me and my maid of honor out (it was still raining). He told me he couldn't because he'd have to go in reverse to leave...

The best part is that there is a MANDATORY 20% gratuity to the driver in the contract.

I wouldn't wish this company upon anyone. It's not worth saving a couple hundred bucks.
