I had an incredible experience and most strongly recommend working with Alysia (Day of Coordinator) and Chelsea from Starstruck on my 60 person wedding in Prescott, AZ in June 2025. Alysia's guidance and experience was absolutely spot on and we deeply appreciate her work in executing a vision across 2 venues, 3 music groups, and ensuring our guests were able to enjoy it all. I was most keen to ensure our religious ceremony was seamless and reverent, and it would not have been possible without Alysia and Chelsea's work. Her efforts were critical to our wedding and we recommend Starstruck in the strongest terms - there is no better DoC or Event Planning firm out there!

One year ago I got to marry my best friend. When we look back on that day we talk about how much fun we had and how stress-free that day was due to StarStruck! I like to plan events and decorate. I had worked many hours on decorations for the big day. I was worried about handing over all my work to a planner but as soon as I met with Tahna I knew I had made the best decision. We met a few times before the wedding going over how we wanted the day to flow and how I wanted things to be set up. A month or so before the wedding she went through contracts and informed us of some items we was unaware of. A week before she helped me work with a rental company to have a tent on hold because the forecast had changed. The day of was the most impressive. I got ready with my friends and family by my side. The only phone calls and texts I received were messages of congratulations. Any questions or concerns went through my MOH. My mom and mother in law were pampered and got to enjoy family and friends who had come from out of town. We did absolutely nothing, Tahna’s team handled it all beautifully. My husband and I were completely unaware of how much work they would do for us leading up to and the day of. We truly had the best time and we give credit to StarStruck! for that.

We haven’t even had the wedding yet and Katie has been above and beyond helpful. She has given us great recommendations that we have used and we are so grateful for how much they are going to help with on our big day! We are so glad we chose them!

I would recommend using Starstruck Event Planning to anyone getting married. It was a pleasure working with Tahna and her team! It was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I feel as though my wedding day would have been so chaotic without the help of Tahna and her staff. They went above and beyond to coordinate the day of our wedding and it could not have gone any smoother! I would recommend these ladies to every bride out there! They create a very detailed timeline of every aspect of your wedding day to help keep you and the vendors on track. Tahna worked with us to set up our daughter's wedding in the summer of 2017. The wedding planning was a critical element for us as we had planned the occasion to be at the Prescott Heritage Park Zoo and we live in Phoenix. She was very professional and incredibly helpful in her recommendations for vendors and suggestions to make the wedding an event to remember without us having to worry about the details. During the wedding she organized all the details so that it went off smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy the moment. Aside from my wedding dress and husbands tux, hiring Tahna and her team as our day of coordinator was the best money we spent! They helped us stay on time (we were actually running early for the most part), deal with any issues that came up, wrangle all vendors and make sure our set up looked amazing. I was unsure if it'd be worth it to hire a day of coordinator and I'm so glad I did. They were professional and whatever I wanted happen. They were awesome!!!

The feeling of hiring a wedding planner was a HUGE relief. It was even more of a relief that Tahna did day of planning as I hired her about 3 weeks before my wedding so nearly everything was planned. We talked once - about a 20 minute conversation and then everything was done via email. I was an overly organized bride because I thought I was going to have to do the planning myself - but she was affordable, smart and easy to work with so she picked up everything where I left off. I am so glad I had her there because seriously, she came up with things I NEVER would have thought of. We used a good friend as our officiant - he didn't have anything to put his script in...here came Tahna with a hollow cook for him to use. She had a HUGE emergency day kit with anything and everything I could have ever needed. On top of that I got to see her and her assistant having fun and dancing at my wedding which seriously made my night. You know your wedding was a success when the event planner can take a break and let loose. If you ever need a planner - day of or even to plan the entire thing, Tahna and her team are the people to call!

Fetu and Clay were great to work with. They helped me set the tables and made sure everything was on schedule as I focused on my big day. They were fun and so nice to work with. I highly recommend them for day of wedding coordinating so you don't have to stress and just enjoy. They spent extra time just to make sure everything was done correctly. Thank you!
