Facilities and Capacity
Spicewood Vineyards Event Center offers both indoor and outdoor facilities for your entire wedding day. There are several acres of green space with the picturesque vineyard to serve as your ceremony background. Late spring and autumn offer the best weather for outdoor events, as well as the most beautiful vineyard settings. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor views on the wraparound porch, perfect for hosting your cocktail hour. Inside the winery, limestone walls and authentic hardwood flooring offer a rustic, elegant ambiance to your reception. The winery offers several different floor plan options which can be customized to suit your guest count and overall wedding vision. Spicewood Vineyards Event Center has a capacity of up to 200 guests inside with more space on the event lawn.

Spicewood Vineyards Event Center offers full-service wedding packages to cater to your every need. You’ll work with their professional event coordinator to plan, prepare, and perfect your day-of plans. The wedding coordinator allows you to enjoy your day and have the peace of mind that your event execution is handled professionally. Absolutely amazing!!

We had our wedding in SV this March. It was absolutely amazing! We chose it because of their amazing wine (we are wine lovers!), great landscape and really friendly and knowledgeable day of coordinator (Lauren). Lauren was an awesome day of coordinator and really helped make our day even more amazing. Before the event she was very helpful and made sure to answer of all of our questions in a timely manner. She is very nice and really knows her game about coordinating weddings. Our event went without any issues. SV is such a beautiful place!! We did our wedding under the trees which provided good amount of shade and all the plants really added a special touch. We followed Lauren's recommendations for food, beer and rental vendors, and we couldn't be happier. We saved significant amounts of money and everybody loved the food! Also the best food I have had in a wedding hah. The wine is so good!! Certainly one of our favorite. We are part of the wine club now :D All in all, we 100% recommend SV and working with Lauren. We are so happy and thankful for having had this much luck and having had such a perfect day.

Wonderful Wedding

My husband and I got married in September. With Covid being current we weren't sure how it would play a roll in our wedding. Lauren was so helpful and allowed us to make changes to our plans in ways to make it the day we had hoped for. She was such a great help during the planning process. We got married under the big oak trees. The ceremony was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Our reception was an absolute blast! Lauren made sure we spent our special day enjoying ourselves. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was

Texas Charm!! When chosing a venue my husband and I knew we wanted a vineyard in Texas Hill Country. After visiting surrounding vineyards, we knew Spicewood was the place for us! The area is surrounded by vineyards and cobble stone. It is a warm and romatic location. And not to mention the wine is to die for. Lauren was a pleasure to work with and helped us in every step during our planning. When it came down to the day of Lauren was on top of everything and made sure the day went without a hitch!!

Perfect Day

My son’s wedding at Spicewood was perfect in every way! The ceremony was out under the oaks and all our guests agreed it could not have been a more beautiful setting. The photographs taken in the vineyard and wine cellar are absolutely stunning. Lauren was wonderful to work with; her pre-planning was extremely well-organized and covered all the bases, and her wedding-day coordination eliminated the stress of making sure everything got done - we didn’t worry about a thing and were able to simply enjoy every minute of the day and night! The vendors she recommended were all amazing. And of course the delicious wine at Spicewood was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

The Best Night!

Our experience at Spicewood Vineyards for our wedding venue was amazing and unforgettable. We were luckily paired with the amazing Lauren Spocetta as our planner and she made the celebration so breezy to plan. Everything that we planned went smoothly and in a timely manner. I can’t thank this venue enough for the beautiful scenery and staff for the best night ever. They suggested our photographer, caterer, blooms, and beverage supply and all were amazing!! All we had to do was give the thumbs up and everything was taken care of. If you’re looking for a place for an inside or outside ceremony, reception inside/outside, amazing views during the day and lighting at night, and the whole place to yourselves??? Spicewood Vineyards is where you want to be. You won’t regret it!

Gorgeous Hill Country Vineyard

We couldn't have asked for a more amazing wedding and Spicewood Vineyards (and their event coordinator, Lauren) made it happen! We got married in April 2019 with about 80 guests, and everything was just magical, from the weather to the gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony. The indoor space is perfect for an intimate reception that still has plenty of room for a dance party! They can also easily move an outdoor ceremony indoors with a few hours notice. Lauren helped us plan and pick our vendors in addition to running the show the day of, and I can't imagine things running so smoothly without her! I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a Hill Country wedding!

If you are thinking of having a vineyard wedding in the Texas Hill country, this is the place! Choosing Spicewood Vineyards as our wedding venue was the absolute best decision. Lauren, the event coordinator, was phenomenal. We live in Washington, DC so we planned our entire wedding from a distance. Lauren worked with us throughout our year-long engagement, answering every single email and phone call. The day of the wedding, Lauren handled every single coordination issue. My groom and I were able to peacefully enjoy our wedding day.

The event center is spacious and beautiful. It's great that they allow you to bring in your own caterer and other vendors. This saved us thousands of dollars. The wine here is honestly the best in Texas! It's also great that you get a significant discount on the wine. We had many wine aficionado guests from California and they were all impressed at how good the Spicewood Vineyards wine was. The bar tenders that Spicewood provided were also excellent. The ladies made sure that our glasses were filled at all times.

After the wedding, it felt like the staff were part of the family. I am looking forward to going back and celebrating anniversaries here. I am also crossing my fingers, hoping that they start shipping wine to the east coast.

Spicewood Vineyards was the perfect place for our wedding event. It is an inviting and warm environment with a beautiful back drop. Lauren and the staff were great to work with from start to finish, and after.

We decided to get married with the vineyard behind us, but there were other lovely spots that we could have used as our backdrop if we so chose. The hall is available for the ceremony, but we used it for our reception. It is an easy place to decorate for most styles. We had just under 100 people and felt that there was enough room to dance and mingle. The wrap around porch was a great place for four 'cocktail hour' and relax.

Some of the perks with the venue include tables, chairs, and Lauren! She was perfect for our day of coordinator. Lauren always responded in a timely manner and was always willing to talk to us if we randomly showed up at the vineyard. She offered great tips, was quick with problem solving, shared some helpful resources, and was not shy to getting things done. Her experience shows in her ability to keep calm and keeping the event going when something unexpectedly happens (like when the bride's father manages to cancel a shuttle right before the ceremony).

There is not enough room to go on about how much we love this place and the people who work there!

Lauren was amazing on the day of our wedding. She kept me relaxed about having to move our ceremony location indoors due to weather and made sure my husband and I had time to reflect on our ceremony by ourselves. That was also awesome! Everyone at Spicewood was so kind and helpful. The location is beautiful. I highly recommend!

We loved having our ceremony and reception at Spicewood! The venue was incredible, and the price was perfect.

Lauren acted as our day-of coordinator and she did a phenomenal job. We ended up doing the ceremony inside due to the possibility of rain and Lauren walked us through making the call, then handled the changeover. She was absolutely incredible.

We loved the facilities, loved the staff, and loved the wines! We're so glad this is the place we chose to have our special day!
