About Owner

Special Occasions in owned by Dominic McCullough she was born in Waco Texas in 1987. She has always been in love with fashion as a child she would perfect her outfits and sketch garments while sitting on her bed with the visions of building a fashion empire. Dominic McCullough attended college at The University of North Texas in Denton Texas and earned her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with a Retail Certificate. Her strong belief in her vision talent and education equips her to provide customers with the latest trends in casual and formal wear.
