Hotel Wedding Venues in New Orleans

In making arrangements for my wedding weekend, Madison and Lacey were a God sent! Lacey helped me coordinate my wedding room block -- answering all my questions and administering all my requests to make sure my guests and I have a smooth wedding weekend. With planning our rehearsal dinner and first look within the hotel, Madison went above and beyond the call of duty! She showed us all the spaces and packages available to us in the hotel – all with the most contagious smile and friendliest personality. These ladies were extremely personable and professional, and their communication was top notch! If you are contemplating having ANYTHING for your wedding at the Renaissance, trust me when I tell you to just do it! This process has been an enjoyable and smooth one, and I thank these ladies from the bottom of my heart for all they have done.

My daughter and her groom were married this past weekend at the Hilton BR Capitol Center. It was everything we planned for and more. From the beginning we dealt with Jaynie and she was amazing to work with. She answered every question, and they were many and she put my mind at ease. At the reception, the tables and chavari chairs were set up as planned, the uplighting was beautiful and the bars were fully stocked. The food was better than we could have planned. There were so many choices and we had a great time at the taste testing back in February. The chef really out did himself. The hotel appeared to be sold out, but the bellman and valet's are to be commended on a job well done. Although, we had no control over a hot steamy night, it cooled down a bit and we saw the most amazing sunset over the Mississippi River bridge. It just added to our perfect evening. Leslie and Ellie assisted in the final preparations and we so pleased. I would highly recommend the Hilton for your "big day"!

I can't say enough about our wedding weekend experience at The Eliza Jane hotel. My daughter chose this for our stay due to being across the street from our venue, Board of Trade, but we fell in love with it after our 1st tour. It has a great rich history to the city of NOLA and we loved that. Their staff from front desk, bar tenders, to housekeeping went above and beyond to make our groups weekend nothing short of amazing. Our points of contact were also very accommodating and no detail was left out. The bridal suites were simply beautiful and perfect for many of our families and bridal party needs as were the King and Queen rooms. We cannot thank Eliza Jane enough for a perfect stay for the wedding weekend

I was initially worried when the hotel decided to do a revamp of the ballroom space, but the updated ballroom looks great! Hayley from Joel's catering was incredibly easy to work with and paid attention to my needs, and often incredibly responsive! It made planning the wedding myself go a lot smoother. Also, everyone kept raving about the food! This is really a great value for what you get!

The Sales and Service Staff were extremely accommodating, pleasant, flexible and professional. We had a large group of rooms for several nights at the hotel and also had several catered events. The in room dining for our wedding party was excellent. We had yogurt and honey and fruit and muffins and for the groom: king cake. We also had coffee and tea. The food was great and service so good that I added gratuity. People make the difference. The pictures we took outside the ballroom were iconic to New Orleans. They will be treasured forever and the hotel staff made it happen when our first location was rained out. The brunch I hosted was spectacular. The hotel put on a wonderfully delicious spread and exceeded my expectations. I just wish we could do it all again at the bourbon Orleans hotel.

The Westin New Orleans handled our room block and they went above and beyond with everything during the wedding process. Justice and Max were excellent with all of the details and helping orchestrate the details regarding the room block for our wedding and they were excellent with communicating with me regularly. I highly recommend The Westin New Orleans for any room blocks or events. We had an amazing Welcome cocktails hour at Observatory Eleven. Thank you for everything!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the French Quarter Royal Sonesta — the setting, the amenities with the jazz club the coffee house, the wonderful restaurant the fabulous pool with pool bar the lobby where people can hang out and meet it was just the most excellent place to host a destination wedding. But even more than that, the people that work at this hotel are all the very best kind of people — helpful cheerful smart from the bellmen to the front desk folks and most especially I thank the catering department all the chefs and servers were terrific. The food was kept hot. It was plentiful. It was delicious. We had the wedding in the Fleur de Lis room w adjoining patio which was the perfect setting. Most of all, I have to thank our AMAZING event manager Taylor Van Ness - what a pro, what a doll!! So smart and organized and pro active, she went way above and beyond to help me with pre event details with the room block and tote bags and our suppliers. Taylor made me feel secure that I’d made the best choice in selecting the Royal Sonesta for our wedding.

The NOPSI was the perfect place to host my wedding and our entire wedding weekend. From start to finish, the team truly exceeded our expectations. Tara was incredible from the very beginning. She made sure every question was answered and that I felt confident and secure in my decision to move forward with NOPSI. Her guidance and responsiveness meant everything during the planning process. Versonda was an absolute gem when it came to managing both my reservations and my guests’ hotel accommodations. She handled every change and request with such patience, care, and kindness. She even made a point to personally greet me on check-in day. That meant so much and truly speaks to her level of service and attention to detail. Lauren stepped in seamlessly wherever needed. Whether assisting with event updates, communicating with Tara, or helping with hotel logistics, her support helped keep everything running smoothly. Chef Adam was extremely patient and accommodating with my many menu adjustments. He truly listened to what I wanted and delivered beautifully. The amount of compliments we received from our guests about the venue, hotel rooms, service, and especially the food was overwhelming, in the best way. Everything came together so beautifully, and we could not have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend NOPSI to anyone looking for a stunning venue in New Orleans with an exceptional team that truly cares. Looking forward to our next visit to our favorite French Quarter hotel. 🤍
