Hired as a day of wedding planner & did not live up to a wedding planners standards. Effort level was low & little eye for detail.
The unprofessionalism began when she arrived more than an hour later then the agreed upon time, multiple vendors had already arrived after she did causing some confusion with multiple people calling her trying to see where she was at and couldnt reach her! The lack of effort continued when she was asked to help place out the last decorations (the families crystal bell for the head table, serving dishes for the hor' dourves, and decorative signs) which she didnt place out & instead decided to pack back away.

She wasnt prepared and didnt take the time to learn what she was supposed to be doing or to even ask questions if she wasnt sure where something went. I woukd like to say that we sidnt procide her with all the information however (as a planner if you are unsure you dind out)bjt it wasnt just that, she t couldnt even be bothered to look over the documents she was provided, for ex: I provided her a table layout which was created by the venue which clearly labeled all the tables including one labeled "dessert table" but the mousse and other deserts ended up on the cake table blocking the cake!
I also purchased a gold napkin holder for the hor d'hourve napkins and had informed her that but she placed the napkins on the hor dourve table without it, & instead decided to place it on one of the tables provided for guests.
During the wedding instead of walking around trying to improve things, noticing things that were wrong or could be done (why was the bar crowded with 2 signs when my own was provided? Why were the votives not turned on when it started getting dark?) she was talking.

She was also supposed to over see the cleanup but I was missing items (all the chair sashes) as well as had multiple items broken (globes, a candle holder, & 2 antique picture frames). She just allowed everyrhing to be tossed into boxes without any care. Wedding planning is a detail orriented job which requires effort to pull off and this wasnt even a large wedding )less the 100 people). She did the bare minimum & wouldnt reccomend her for any serious event.
