They are a four season DJ and Photo Booth service that offers karaoke if that is what your party needs. My wife and I had our wedding in 2014 on New Years in Upstate NY and Sound Investment was the best investment we could have made. From the happy hour music to the dinner introductions and traditional dances to the new year’s Eve party we put on for our guests we had Alan and his team moving from room to room of our venue and the party never missed a beat. He was our Jack and Jill DJ at Halloween and we could not have asked for anything more from up lighting to Laser light wedding announcement on the dance floor no stone was unturned and the price was the best in town. Alan relocated and now it’s summer all year long so look no further and make the Sound Investment with Alan. We did and we have lived happily ever after since 12/31/14

The actual music and dj service was fine but the team is extremely rude and even argued with a couple members of our wedding party, particularly the woman who assists the dj. They also just took over the coordination which really upset our actual wedding coordinator. I wouldn’t recommend them

Sound investment DJ was a very terrible company to do business with. Melanie was extremely rude and forceful pushing my bride into everything and very uncooperative. They were extremely rude and did not abide by any of our requests. The agreements we made on music were not anything that we asked for. They would not play any explicit music after 9pm which was agreed upon. Melanie threatened to shut down our event because I was asking for certain songs to be played. They would not take any requests from the girls for songs. They screwed up every single name of my groomsmen and said the wrong last names for my best man. Completely unprofessional and would NEVER EVER recommend them to anybody. For $900 i could of found much better services elsewhere. They reeked of cigarettes through the entire ceremony and reception. 100% wish i would of chose somebody else. I feel bad to anybody who chooses to use them
