There are no words to accurately describe how incredible Rebecca was. Our wedding was beautiful and memorable because of Rebecca. She kept us on track, reminded us of important deadlines and considerations, sourced vendors, provided recommendations, offered fun ideas, and helped us make big decisions. Hiring Rebecca was the best decision I made in the whole wedding process (besides, you know, deciding to marry my now husband). We hired Rebecca for several services: she was our wedding coordinator, officiant, and sourced a couple of our vendors. In everything we hired her to do, she absolutely crushed it.

As an officiant, Rebecca guided us through a ceremony that celebrated our religious and cultural traditions. She never pushed anything on us, but offered options of what our ceremony could look like and crafted a custom ceremony based on what resonated with us as a couple.

As a coordinator, Rebecca was the MVP of our wedding. We started working with her several months prior to source a few vendors, and her recommendations were fantastic. She was an excellent partner during the planning process, making herself available for regular check ins and providing detailed timelines and checklists to ensure we stayed on track. No matter what question I had, Rebecca was a great resource to making sure I had the right information to make a decision. She was professional with our other vendors and provided clear direction and timelines so our day ran smoothly. Another thing I loved about Rebecca was that she tailored her communication style to fit my preferences — I was a type A bride and craved lots of updates and she worked hard to make sure I felt I had what I needed.

On the day of our wedding, Rebecca was a STAR. Seriously she was the reason I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. She made sure the whole day ran smoothly and everyone knew where they were supposed to be. She was prepared for ANYTHING that came up and worked diligently to make sure our wedding day vision came to life.

Rebecca is an absolute rockstar. We ended up working with her for nearly three years thanks to postponing our wedding once due to COVID, and I can honestly say I'll miss having an excuse to chat with her. I deeply appreciated that Rebecca didn't have a singular vision of what a wedding "should" look like. Whenever we asked for what we should do for xyz tradition, she usually started her answer with "Well, you can really do whatever you want."

As a type-A bride with a vision who didn't really enjoy wedding planning, Rebecca was the perfect planning partner. She never pushed for a particular result, but she researched options, provided pro/con lists, and helped us remember our priorities. I was particularly impressed with the timelines she started making in the last couple weeks before our wedding day – it was so reassuring to know that I didn't have to keep track of what everyone was supposed to be doing or even where I needed to be.

Rebecca was incredible! We completely pivoted our wedding due to COVID, postponing a big reception to next year and instead eloping this year. Rebecca helped us plan everything, with such attention to detail. She listens to what you want, and handles all your vendors professionally and perfectly. She handled every bump in the road for us, and really helped us get what we wanted! She is also just so friendly and easy to get along with.

The BEST decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Rebecca of RMP. I don't want to get cheesy or dramatic here, but I tear up when I think about how amazing she made our day and the weeks leading up to it. If you read nothing else from this review, read this: HIRE REBECCA.

My husband and I did a more-or-less DIY wedding and made efforts to keep costs low for our daytime, all-in-one venue brunch wedding. However, in the month before the wedding, we realized how difficult it was going to be to execute our ideas with just the catering team and ourselves. With less than a month left before our wedding, we began contacting day-of coordinators and spoke with a few in email and phone before deciding that Rebecca was 'the one.' She was by far the most professional and prepared one we spoke to, with a proposal of how she would be able to join the team so late and make it happen.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Rebecca solved so many problems we didn't even know we had. Turns out, you should really read those contracts! She went to bat for us on a few things that we had in contracts with vendors when they tried to change things. There were several problems that we didn't know we had simply because wedding planning isn't our full time job. The week before the date, she offered to relieve us of the vendor communication so we could (try to) relax and enjoy the days leading up to the event--I couldn't have thanked her more for that. It was non-stop wedding for so long that detaching right at the end was exactly what I needed.

Rebecca used a wedding planning website for all communication, which made it so easy to track where we were in the planning process, coordinate with the vendors, design layouts, make lists for things like specific pictures we wanted to photographer to get, etc. She was so organized!

The day of the wedding, Rebecca was our everything. She decorated our tables, arranged the ceremony materials, coordinated with all the vendors, and directed guests, and us, through the whole event. Things you don't think about, like where you go after you exit the ceremony or when to tell the DJ that we're ready to enter the reception--she thought of it and directed us and worked with the whole team. Rebecca did it all seamlessly. If there were problems, I didn't know about them. She made sure that we just enjoyed the day without a concern.

I wish we had had the foresight to hire her from the start because the month leading up to the event would have been so much less stressful--she would have seen these problems and solved them many months before. But, if you are reading this last minute, get her for day-of coordination! She does so much more than just day-of work. If you are reading this months out, hire her. Seriously. Just stop reading the countless pages of reviews for all these other planners.
