There isn’t a way to begin to sing the praises of AnneMarie and her team! My fiance and I had reached out/spoken with what seemed like all the wedding planners in the Bay Area--and only for a month of coordination/day of coordinator. When we spoke to AnneMarie, less than half way through the call, we knew we had found the one. AnneMarie was clear with her communication, honest and real. We had signed on to work with AnneMarie but didn’t expect to communicate too often until much closer to the wedding day and she provided us with a spreadsheet to keep ourselves on track. In the interim, we had emailed AnneMarie with a few questions here and there and received an incredibly prompt response. A few months before the wedding, sooner than we had expected, AnneMarie swooped in like a wedding fairy godmother and took over communication with our vendors (just as we were starting to get annoyed with them). AnneMarie had the answer to every question, and her email response rate was so fast that it sometimes felt like a text exchange back and forth. At the rehearsal we met Lauren--she was totally in the loop about all things related to our wedding and was ready to lead our wedding party. Lauren had communicated with us throughout the weekend as needed (and of course we could email with AnneMarie too). On the day of, Ari was equally great! We cannot thank Something Blue Productions more for helping to make our fairytale dream wedding a reality.

AnneMarie was great to work with and we're so glad we hired her and her team! She was very responsive leading up to the wedding through email, and helpful with her advice. She attended planning meetings with me virtually with my vendors too. On the day of, she was a dream and ran everything super smoothly with Lauren (her assistant). Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not easy, but SBP made sure the day was perfect. The biggest compliment came from my mom who said SBP was wonderful and worth every penny!

Omg, I can't even begin to explain how AMAZING AnneMarie and Lauren were for our wedding. Seriously, working with them was the absolute best, and I can honestly say that everything went exactly as I had hoped for... I booked AnneMarie for day-of coordinating services back in 2020 during the pandemic when my wedding had to be postponed to this June 2021. She was already super supportive from the get-go when I decided to go with an elopement in 2020 and then have my wedding this year. I didn't even know her yet and she was already there for me!!

About a month or so leading up to my wedding, she was super responsive (like extremely responsive every time I emailed or texted I was shocked lol) and that's how I knew I could trust her. I even appreciated how willing she was to meet up with my husband and I at our venue to do a walk through so she knew what my vision was (and she got there earlier than us too). She's super knowledgeable and her experience really showed through--she was helpful when I needed ideas about transportation to and from my venue, how we were going manage the furniture placement at the venue, and, because she had connections at Pleasanton Rentals, she knew exactly what items to order for my venue at the last minute. I also appreciated how realistic she was with me, but at the same time let me be a diva and plan for the most Type A things I wanted for my wedding. I appreciated that she connected with all of my vendors via email so I didn't have to deal with anyone during the last month, and she even zoomed with my DJ/MC before the wedding day to make sure they were on the same page with the timeline!! Oh, and all of my vendors loved working with her too.

She was even super thoughtful during the event: grabbing my bouquet for the photographers during golden hour photos, taking my veil off, bustling my dress... Making sure all of my items I brought to the venue was packaged so it got back home safely (We did so much DIY for our wedding, I was impressed she didn't lose anything!)... I can cry just thinking about all of the amazing things she did to make the day just feel so special.

We used Something Blue Productions for our wedding this past Saturday, and I'm extremely grateful for their services! AnneMarie did a wonderful job helping prepare for the big day (month-of package) and Lauren and Leah that worked the day of the wedding were very professional and busy busy busy! All the set-up and tear down, handling vendors, checking in with us along the way, they made sure my day was stress-free and absolutely memorable. We're all human so there were a few hiccups but nothing that they didn't handle with class and style. All my family and guests were impressed with their work and didn't need to worry about a thing all day.

Working with AnneMarie has been such a relief during the pandemic. My fiancée and I were originally supposed to get married in June of 2020, we then postponed to September 2020 and now again to 2021. AnneMarie helped us reschedule both times and did so quickly and calmly, while helping us look on the bright side. AnneMarie has been a lifesaver! Most especially during these unprecedented times! My fiancé and I made the difficult decision to go forward with our wedding with modifications. We reached out to several day-of coordinators about 1 month before our wedding, after our previous coordinator disappeared on us suddenly. AnneMarie at Something Blue Productions was the first coordinator to respond back to us. From the beginning, AnneMarie was very quick to respond to all our emails/messages. During our initial phone consultation we could tell she was very knowledgable and had plenty of experience with wedding coordination. She quickly put us at ease, even though we were stressed about having to find someone last minute.

Right after we hired her, she got to work with contacting our vendors and helping us with our timeline and other final details for our wedding. Even though we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she acted more as a month-of coordinator and was always very helpful answering any of our questions leading up to our wedding day. AnneMarie and her assistant, Lauren, were present during our rehearsal and even took most of our decorations and items for our ceremony and reception so that we wouldn't have to worry about bringing them ourselves. They even helped us assemble our ceremony programs and folded our place cards for us.

On the day of the wedding, AnneMarie and Lauren helped our ceremony run smoothly. For the reception, they set up all our items and decorations exactly how we had asked. Everything looked beautiful. Our reception activities ran smoothly and they kept us on track with our timeline. At the end of the night, AnneMarie and Lauren had all of our items packed and ready to be loaded into my family member's car. Our wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly that I, along with my family, had very little stress! I was really able to enjoy our wedding day, which is something I can attribute to AnneMarie and Lauren's hard work.
