Emmy was attentive start to finish. She put together exactly what I had envisioned for my hair and makeup. Everyone in my bridal party loved their hair and makeup. I am so glad I reached out to her!!

Something Blu was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy with my choice. From beginning to end, they were extremely responsive to all of my questions. I got a trial done and they were willing to try out my different ideas until we came to the perfect look. On the day of the wedding, they came to my house and were ahead of schedule most of the day. My hair stylist had an emergency the day of my wedding, but was still there to do my hair, since she was the one that did it at my trial. Something Blu sent another hairstylist to do the rest of my wedding party's hair. Everything was absolutely perfect. They nailed my wedding day look and made me feel pretty without looking overdone. Everyone that we worked with was fun and easy going and really wanted to make each girl's hair and makeup unique to them. I would definitely recommend Something Blu!

Absolutely loved my wedding hair and makeup from Something Blu. Lynda and Courtney did a fabulous job on hair and makeup for me, my 5 bridesmaids and mom. Lynda was my contact person for my wedding details and she was super responsive throughout the process. They did a great job staying on time with everyone to get us all done in time for pictures. I couldn't have asked for better hair and makeup for my wedding! 100% would recommend!

I had an incredible experience with Ainara and Lindsay!! They were both so so sweet from the moment I met them at my trial and very professional. When I got to my trial, I started with makeup with Lindsay and it was like we were old friends, she made me feel comfortable, even though I was nervous and asked all about my wedding. She patiently worked with me to get the perfect look, starting with lighter makeup and adding more until I was 100% happy!! When it came to hair, I was really nervous because I wanted something that was in between an up-do and half up/down but only had a few pictures with what I kind of liked. Ainara knocked it out of the park!!! I absolutely loved my hair, and she took a couple additional notes to make sure she incorporated some additional volume, etc on the day of.

On my wedding day, they both promptly arrived at our hotel, worked quickly but never at the expense of perfection!! They both were so patient with my bridal party and did an incredible job with their hair and makeup! Lindsay made sure to put my lashes on first thing so I could adjust to them and made my makeup just as beautiful as the trial. Ainara was extra patience with a couple changes from my mom on her hair and again, I was blown away by my hair. I got so many compliments on it and am in awe that these ladies were able to take some words and a couple pictures and completely bring my vision to life (Note: I am NOT a big girlie girl who wears makeup and does her hair a lot, so it was a challenge). Best of all, they were so much fun to have in the room while we got ready!! Highly recommend them for any event or wedding!!

Ainara was absolutely wonderful! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, so it was important that I still felt like myself, and she listened to me and was able to deliver. I felt both like myself and also like I have never looked more beautiful. They got all my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law ready in plenty of time, and everyone looked incredible. Every time I look at pictures, I can't stop thinking how wonderful we all looked. Please make Somethingblu part of your day, you will not regret it!

Jayme and her team did an amazing job. I wanted hair and makeup done for 11 people in a short amount of time, and Jayme made it happen. I had been planning to use another vendor, but due to their unresponsiveness, decided to go with Jayme. Jayme was very responsive and took the time to talk with me and ensure that I was getting everything I wanted. She put together an amazing team, with only three weeks’ notice. When wearing makeup, I tend to break out, the airbrush makeup was light enough that I didn’t feel like I was wearing makeup, and gave a completely natural beautiful look. Natalie did my hair which was stunning, stayed in place all night, and was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend Something Blu!

I had an amazing experience with Something Blu! They were so responsive right from the beginning, and made me feel so comfortable during my trial. They were very prompt on the day of my wedding, and worked so hard to make sure that all of my bridesmaids, my mother, my MIL and I were all happy with how we looked!
